We had our wedding on February 22nd, 2024. Overall it was a seamless, phenomenal experience!!
One of the biggest pros of the venue is how much is included in the base pricing.

1) The Venue. Absolutely gorgeous venue, the mountain and desert views are stunning. The ceremony area is gorgeous, the reception area is cozy and warm, and there are many photo-op locations! The venue also has a staggering number of centerpieces, silk flowers, table clothes, decorations, you name it! We donated a few of the extra things we bought for our wedding, and it’s wonderful knowing that our donated wedding decorations may be used for other beautiful weddings.

2) The staff. Extremely knowledgeable and on top of it! They set up everything for the ceremony/reception and took it down after. Everything was set up exactly as we had envisioned it, it was absolutely perfect. Made our wedding so stress-free. They had everything bundled up and ready to go the next day, so we could pick everything up easily.

3) Wedding Planner. Having a wedding planner who comes with the venue was incredibly helpful. Debi walked us through the wedding day procedure and was very quick to answer any questions we had! She was wonderful to work with.

4) DJ. I didn’t realize how important a DJ would be for my wedding until about a week before! We worked with Tim, and he made sure our reception went smoothly. Very smart and fun music choices and checked in on us occasionally to see if we needed anything. He was in charge of mic’ing people up, and from what my guests tell me, everyone was perfectly hearable!

5) Food. The venue went through three different caterers during our planning. When we signed on in December 2022, they were moving to a new caterer. In January of 2023, they moved onto the third caterer, Edge Catering. While it was stressful having to pick new meals for everyone, the caterer and venue absolutely nailed it! We had a lot of vegetarians with specific diet restrictions, and everyone got exactly what they needed! It was a huge weight off my shoulders to see everyone enjoying the delicious food. The Edge Catering was a star, and I’m guessing the venue will stick with them!

Our perfect wedding could not have happened without the Buttes at Reflections. I’m so grateful to them, and I absolutely recommend them.

Choosing the Buttes at Reflections was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, the entire experience was warm, welcoming, and stress free. Georgina and Jonathan are such genuine, kind people who immediately made us feel like family. Their passion for what they do shines through in every detail, and we felt so cared for throughout the whole process.
We also must give the biggest thank you to Debi, our wedding planner at the venue. She was absolutely amazing- wonderfully patient, endlessly kind, and always calm and reassuring. No matter how many questions we had, Debi was there with solutions and a smile. We couldn't imagine our day without her.
On the wedding day itself, the venue looked breathtaking, and the team executed everything FLAWLESSLY. We were truly able to relax and soak up every moment knowing Debi and the staff had everything under control. Jim, our DJ was our own personal hype man and kept the dance floor full. We are forever grateful to The Buttes at Reflections, Debi, Georgina, Jonathan, Jim, and Chris (Chris handled all of the logistics and let me tell you- he saved me A LOT of stress). Thank you for helping us create the most unforgettable day of our lives. If you are looking for a venue that combines beauty, heart, and genuine care- you have found it.

This review is very delayed (6 months!) due to "life" getting in the way, but the sentiment behind it is very much the same. We had looked at a few venues before taking a tour of The Buttes at Reflections, and as soon as we walked inside, we knew this was the venue for us. Chris gave us a wonderful tour of the building and the grounds, and the beauty of the reception area, bridal suite, and the surrounding desert immediately pulled us in. This was the venue that I had dreamed of since I was a little girl, and my then-fiancé agreed - we had found our venue. We loved the fact that The Buttes at Reflections was family-owned and that it wasn't a large corporation or hotel-based venue. We were also thrilled to learn that their package options included catering, DJ services, and a bartender - 3 less things for us to worry about! As we proceeded through the planning process, we had the opportunity to meet Georgina, who captured some amazing engagement photos for us while simultaneously sharing her story of how she and her husband, Jon, along with Chris (their son) brought their vision to life at The Buttes at Reflections. Felicia helped ensure we had all the information we needed to secure our date, complete our food tasting, and select various contractual components for our reception. And then there was Debi, the wedding planner. As an "older" bride who wanted to keep things simple, elegant, and timeless, having a wedding coordinator like Debi to walk me (us) through the process was invaluable. Her kindness, ability to weed out what we envisioned and bring it to life, and offer guidance and much-needed advice along the way made the wedding planning process so much fun. We had a lot of questions and initially struggled with color and decoration choices, and Debi was so patient and gracious in how she helped us decide what would really capture the theme we wanted. We never felt like we were "just a customer." We felt like we were family, and Debi and the Buttes at Reflections staff were holding our hands and gently guiding us during the entire planning process.
When it came time for our wedding day, we had some challenges with our timeline for getting ready, and Georgina and Jon were so kind in working with us to ensure our day was as stress-free as possible. Having access to a bridal suite that was so beautiful and elegant and a groom's area that allowed the groom's party to get ready and also have some fun really set the stage for the day. When I walked into the reception hall prior to the first touch with my soon-to-be husband, I was stunned. Everything that I had dreamed was right in front of me, and it truly felt like a fairy tale. Debi and her team had nailed it.
The reception was perfect (of note, we got married off-site at a church and then returned for our reception at The Buttes). From the delicious food, the wonderful DJ (thank you, Tim, from Executive DJs!!), and Chris's bartending services (thanks for taking on that role when the original bartender got sick!), we couldn't have had a better time. I know everyone says to expect things to go wrong, but looking back on the day, I don't think a single thing went wrong. It was truly perfect. And we have Jon, Georgina, Chris, Debi, Felicia, Tim, and the entire Buttes at Reflections staff to thank for that. You guys will always have a very special place in our hearts. Thank you for making our dream wedding become a reality.

Choosing Buttes at Reflections for our wedding was nothing short of a spectacular decision. Their exceptional service and dedication to us turned our special day into an unforgettable experience. Buttes at Reflections is a locally-owned and operated venue that has so much to offer aside from exceptional service. They have a beautiful porch for cocktail hour, places for outdoor or indoor receptions, a breathtaking backdrop for the ceremony, exceptional groomsman and bridesmaids quarters (we had 9 each), and amazing dancing infrastructure (connections to local DJs, great lighting, sound quality, etc. etc.).

The Buttes at Reflections deserves more than just 5 stars for our wedding day. From the multiple picturesque photo spots to the stunning sceneryuu, each moment felt magical. The newly remodeled floors and separate getting-ready rooms for both the bride and groom added to the luxury experience. What truly stood out was the arch outside – it provided the perfect backdrop for our vows.The staff, including Debbie, Georgina, Chris, and Felicia, were not just helpful, but they made us feel like part of their family. Their seamless coordination ensured that we had zero stress, and any issues that arose were swiftly handled without us even noticing. Their dedication to making our day the best it could be was truly heartwarming.While the service was exceptional, there were a few minor neutral aspects worth mentioning. Some areas in the venue could benefit from further refurbishment, but this didn't detract from the overall beauty of the place. Additionally, the menu options, while good, could have had a bit more variety to cater to different tastes.In conclusion, The Buttes at Reflections provided us with a dream wedding day, thanks to their amazing team and breathtaking location. We are grateful for the memories created and the support received throughout the entire process. We can't wait to return and reminisce about our special day with such wonderful people.

My wife and I had our wedding at Reflections this month and could not have been happier with it! Over the 11 months of our planning every question, every request, and every need was handled beyond expectations. We would like to particularly thank Debi, Georgina, Sam, and Chris for helping throughout the process, but specifically the day of for making it smoother than we could have ever hoped it could go. We could not recommend this venue enough to host your wedding or any other event!

Unbelievable venue and staff. This venue was worth every penny!! They made the planning process so easy and they brought our vision to life. Everything about our day was perfect!! We had one small hiccup when the grooms bowtie, pocket square and socks were missing and the staff went above and beyond to get him new stuff. They saved the day!!!! Could not recommend getting married here enough!! It was perfection on all ends from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception.

The entire staff for this venue went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding went perfectly. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous but the people who work there are what make this venue such a great place to have your wedding. I highly recommend.

The Buttes at Reflections was the perfect spot for our wedding ceremony and reception. We spent a day and a half touring all the top venues in the Tucson area. Our visit to The Buttes at Reflections was set for our second day of venue touring and can I say, what a waste that first day was! The moment we stepped out of our car we were blown away by the beauty of the property, mountain scene and garden pathway into the reception hall. Upon entering the newly remodeled reception hall I knew this was where I wanted to marry the love of my life and celebrate our day. Georgina provided us with a wonderful tour and we didn’t even stop to talk about it with each other, we were ready to book a date! Along with the property/location being so beautiful… the staff, service and package options were top notch! Everything was so wonderful, from the planning process to the free engagement photo shoot to the actual wedding day! The Buttes at Reflection team, bartenders and partner vendors for DJ and Catering services were really great to work with and all helped to make our day so very special.
