The Buttes at Reflections is the perfect venue for an elopement! We wanted something scenic and intimate, and they did not disappoint. All the staff were so friendly and helpful from the time we booked to our big day. They were so helpful making everything go smoothly on the day of. Choosing the Buttes at Reflections was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, the entire experience was warm, welcoming, and stress free. Georgina and Jonathan are such genuine, kind people who immediately made us feel like family. Their passion for what they do shines through in every detail, and we felt so cared for throughout the whole process.
We also must give the biggest thank you to Debi, our wedding planner at the venue. She was absolutely amazing- wonderfully patient, endlessly kind, and always calm and reassuring. No matter how many questions we had, Debi was there with solutions and a smile. We couldn't imagine our day without her.
On the wedding day itself, the venue looked breathtaking, and the team executed everything FLAWLESSLY. We were truly able to relax and soak up every moment knowing Debi and the staff had everything under control. Jim, our DJ was our own personal hype man and kept the dance floor full. We are forever grateful to The Buttes at Reflections, Debi, Georgina, Jonathan, Jim, and Chris (Chris handled all of the logistics and let me tell you- he saved me A LOT of stress). Thank you for helping us create the most unforgettable day of our lives. If you are looking for a venue that combines beauty, heart, and genuine care- you have found it.

This review is very delayed (6 months!) due to "life" getting in the way, but the sentiment behind it is very much the same. We had looked at a few venues before taking a tour of The Buttes at Reflections, and as soon as we walked inside, we knew this was the venue for us. Chris gave us a wonderful tour of the building and the grounds, and the beauty of the reception area, bridal suite, and the surrounding desert immediately pulled us in. This was the venue that I had dreamed of since I was a little girl, and my then-fiancé agreed - we had found our venue. We loved the fact that The Buttes at Reflections was family-owned and that it wasn't a large corporation or hotel-based venue. We were also thrilled to learn that their package options included catering, DJ services, and a bartender - 3 less things for us to worry about! As we proceeded through the planning process, we had the opportunity to meet Georgina, who captured some amazing engagement photos for us while simultaneously sharing her story of how she and her husband, Jon, along with Chris (their son) brought their vision to life at The Buttes at Reflections. Felicia helped ensure we had all the information we needed to secure our date, complete our food tasting, and select various contractual components for our reception. And then there was Debi, the wedding planner. As an "older" bride who wanted to keep things simple, elegant, and timeless, having a wedding coordinator like Debi to walk me (us) through the process was invaluable. Her kindness, ability to weed out what we envisioned and bring it to life, and offer guidance and much-needed advice along the way made the wedding planning process so much fun. We had a lot of questions and initially struggled with color and decoration choices, and Debi was so patient and gracious in how she helped us decide what would really capture the theme we wanted. We never felt like we were "just a customer." We felt like we were family, and Debi and the Buttes at Reflections staff were holding our hands and gently guiding us during the entire planning process.
When it came time for our wedding day, we had some challenges with our timeline for getting ready, and Georgina and Jon were so kind in working with us to ensure our day was as stress-free as possible. Having access to a bridal suite that was so beautiful and elegant and a groom's area that allowed the groom's party to get ready and also have some fun really set the stage for the day. When I walked into the reception hall prior to the first touch with my soon-to-be husband, I was stunned. Everything that I had dreamed was right in front of me, and it truly felt like a fairy tale. Debi and her team had nailed it.
The reception was perfect (of note, we got married off-site at a church and then returned for our reception at The Buttes). From the delicious food, the wonderful DJ (thank you, Tim, from Executive DJs!!), and Chris's bartending services (thanks for taking on that role when the original bartender got sick!), we couldn't have had a better time. I know everyone says to expect things to go wrong, but looking back on the day, I don't think a single thing went wrong. It was truly perfect. And we have Jon, Georgina, Chris, Debi, Felicia, Tim, and the entire Buttes at Reflections staff to thank for that. You guys will always have a very special place in our hearts. Thank you for making our dream wedding become a reality.

Buttes at Reflections is a locally-owned and operated venue that has so much to offer aside from exceptional service. They have a beautiful porch for cocktail hour, places for outdoor or indoor receptions, a breathtaking backdrop for the ceremony, exceptional groomsman and bridesmaids quarters (we had 9 each), and amazing dancing infrastructure (connections to local DJs, great lighting, sound quality, etc. etc.).

My wife and I could not be happier with The Buttes at Reflections-- from planning to execution to everything else-- and you will not regret booking with them, too!

The Buttes at Reflections deserves more than just 5 stars for our wedding day. From the multiple picturesque photo spots to the stunning sceneryuu, each moment felt magical. The newly remodeled floors and separate getting-ready rooms for both the bride and groom added to the luxury experience. What truly stood out was the arch outside – it provided the perfect backdrop for our vows.The staff, including Debbie, Georgina, Chris, and Felicia, were not just helpful, but they made us feel like part of their family. Their seamless coordination ensured that we had zero stress, and any issues that arose were swiftly handled without us even noticing. Their dedication to making our day the best it could be was truly heartwarming.While the service was exceptional, there were a few minor neutral aspects worth mentioning. Some areas in the venue could benefit from further refurbishment, but this didn't detract from the overall beauty of the place. Additionally, the menu options, while good, could have had a bit more variety to cater to different tastes.In conclusion, The Buttes at Reflections provided us with a dream wedding day, thanks to their amazing team and breathtaking location. We are grateful for the memories created and the support received throughout the entire process. We can't wait to return and reminisce about our special day with such wonderful people.

My wife and I had our wedding at Reflections this month and could not have been happier with it! Over the 11 months of our planning every question, every request, and every need was handled beyond expectations. We would like to particularly thank Debi, Georgina, Sam, and Chris for helping throughout the process, but specifically the day of for making it smoother than we could have ever hoped it could go. We could not recommend this venue enough to host your wedding or any other event!

Unbelievable venue and staff. This venue was worth every penny!! They made the planning process so easy and they brought our vision to life. Everything about our day was perfect!! We had one small hiccup when the grooms bowtie, pocket square and socks were missing and the staff went above and beyond to get him new stuff. They saved the day!!!! Could not recommend getting married here enough!! It was perfection on all ends from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception.

The entire staff for this venue went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding went perfectly. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous but the people who work there are what make this venue such a great place to have your wedding. I highly recommend.

The Buttes at Reflections was the perfect spot for our wedding ceremony and reception. We spent a day and a half touring all the top venues in the Tucson area. Our visit to The Buttes at Reflections was set for our second day of venue touring and can I say, what a waste that first day was! The moment we stepped out of our car we were blown away by the beauty of the property, mountain scene and garden pathway into the reception hall. Upon entering the newly remodeled reception hall I knew this was where I wanted to marry the love of my life and celebrate our day. Georgina provided us with a wonderful tour and we didn’t even stop to talk about it with each other, we were ready to book a date! Along with the property/location being so beautiful… the staff, service and package options were top notch! Everything was so wonderful, from the planning process to the free engagement photo shoot to the actual wedding day! The Buttes at Reflection team, bartenders and partner vendors for DJ and Catering services were really great to work with and all helped to make our day so very special.

The Buttes at Reflections was a stunning venue for our wedding!! We were so happy we chose to go with them and their services! The staff, wedding planner (Debi), views, accommodations, etc were all excellent!! If I were to do my wedding all over again, I would still chose this venue! I was very impressed with everything! The DJ, catering service, etc exceeded my expectations! Our wedding couldn’t have gone better and with the help of the staff the day of the wedding was very smooth! There were no hiccups whatsoever! Everything was so well planned out and went very well! My husband and I are very pleased that we chose to have our wedding with the Buttes at Reflections! The entirety of the day of our wedding and still almost two weeks post wedding we are having countless people come up to us and tell us how beautiful and smooth our wedding was! Thank you very much to all of the staff, catering services, and DJ service for doing such an excellent job!

I wanted to praise this venue so highly. I would 100% recommend this over and over again. I came across the venue at the bridal show expo. I met Debi. I just kind of knew this venue was gonna be the one from there. When I met Debi she was super fantastic from the get-go. Not saying that the other people were not as great like John or Georgina. They were fantastic with my engagement photos at the venue. Because everybody at the Butte was super amazing. They helped me every step of the way. Any questions concerns it was addressed. The day of all the employees like Debi Georgina John all said hi and checked on me. They truly went out of their way. They wanted to make sure I was good along with the groom. They help me get ties and boutonnieres to people. They made sure that the ceremony ran perfectly along with the reception. They helped me out in anyway possible. They did everything that I ever even envisioned and more. But I just can’t tell you how much I love Debi. Any concerns, any worries that I had she listened. She didn’t judge she really helped me through it all especially when I had conservative parents who tried to put opinions in. She was absolutely an amazing person to work with planning my wedding. She made the planning process so easy I really had no stress at all. I do want to thank Tim from unforgettable events that the venue provided. He made the reception and the ceremony to remember with the music, the sparklers, the clouds. Tim listened to my little fun quirky things I wanted to add and was totally on board for it all. My family and his family loved the venue. They have never seen a venue like this, they were so obsessed. His family had been to four previous weddings before this. They said this was the best wedding they have seen. The details this wedding had was beautifully done and were wowed from the ceremony to the reception. I just want to thank you guys for making my day magical. If anyone wants an all inclusive venue, I would absolutely recommend this venue hands down.

In awe of how perfect my wedding day was at The Buttes! Debi was a dream with helping me plan, and Erin did an amazing job with the day of execution! The venue captured the beauty of the Arizona desert just like we wanted. Everyone had an amazing time and complimented how perfectly the venue was decorated.

I cannot recommend this venue enough! We had the best experience every step of the way. Georgina and Jon had great communication with us and answered all of questions. Debi was always willing to meet with us and helped plan all of the details for our big day. Our DJ Tim was amazing and our guests loved him. We got compliments all night on the venue and the friendliness of all the staff.

Our wedding was amazing thanks to this venue. The views are awesome, the reception area was great and because the price includes a lot of the necessities like a dj and reception area. There is not enough room here to express how much we enjoyed working with them on our big day.

We got married on September 2, 2023. The buttes at Reflections made our special day so magical 🎉 Every detail was perfection. The venue has the most breathtaking views along with beautiful modern upgraded bridal and groom suite. Working with them to create our special day has been amazing! They are extremely helpful and will make your wedding a dream come true! Highly recommend ❤️ They are even dog friendly venue❤️ Our fur baby got to be apart of our special day!!

We booked our wedding on shorter notice (4 months planning time) and were so glad we booked at Reflections. Food, DJ, much of the decor, bar services, and more were included in the price we paid. Also included was time with the most amazing wedding coordinator we could have asked for, Debi. She made planning everything so easy, made sure we had everything covered, and even showed up on the day itself to help make sure it all ran smoothly! I can not say enough about how amazing Debi was.
The venue was gorgeous, all of our out of state guests were extremely impressed with the views for the ceremony and how smooth and professional everything was.

My wedding day at Reflections was absolutely perfect. Debi is a dream to work with through the planning process and the day flowed seamlessly. Debi, Georgina, and John were readily available for any needs that arose during the reception. Guests were impressed with how beautiful the venue is and were equally impressed by DJ Jim(bo) at Unforgettable Events, provided by Reflections.

Loved loved loved working with this venue. They did an amazing job, especially Johanna and Debbi. They were so wonderful and helped us create the wedding of our dreams. They were so patient with us, and answered every questions we had. They do amazing work and the venue was beautiful. Overall I loved my October wedding.

Nine years ago I attended my brother's wedding at The Buttes at Reflections. The garden was breath taking as was the rest of the venue. On that day I decided that if I was ever lucky enough to get married, I wanted my special day to be there.

Like many others out there I'm a COVID bride. My original date was on April 3, 2020. I was heartbroken when I had to postpone my wedding not once but twice due to the pandemic. Debi was so empathetic and knew just the right words to say to make me feel at ease. She promised me that everything would be okay, and in the end I would have a beautiful wedding. She was absolutely right. The decorations were perfect, the food was amazing, and Obi the DJ filled the night with great music. My wedding day was everything I hoped it would be and more.

Our wedding day was on 8/20/21. Three weeks later I'm still receiving compliments about our wedding and how great everything was. It truly was a day to remember. If you're looking for the perfect place for your wedding I highly recommend The Buttes at Reflections.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience here. The property is absolutely gorgeous, but we chose the venue originally because it had a generous groom’s area, which many of the other venues did not, or had to be shared with guests. Debi and Asher were incredible to work with and we received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. Because so much was included, there was very, very little I had to provide. I showed Debi some pictures of what I had in mind and she did a beautiful job recreating it with their very wide selection of decor. She is just the sweetest woman and the entire night every time I turned around I could see her managing little details so that we didn’t need to even think about any of it. It was the magical, stress-free experience we could have hoped for.

We got married on 3/27/21, and our experience was awesome. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. I loved being able to just pick out all the decor they had to choose from during our planning sessions, and then show up on the day with everything already put together. Great value for an all inclusive venue - the things our guests raved about the most were the location/views during the ceremony and the food. Lots of complements on our wedding photos because of the location - various spots on the grounds to get amazing pictures. 10/10.

I couldn't of asked for a better group of people to work with. The entire crew is amazing and make sure everything is exceptional for your big day. They make sure to understand your vision and get every detail you have dreamed of for your perfect day. The venue is absolutely beautiful from the mountain views behind you as you say your vows to the gorgeous courtyard and the beautifully lit areas once the sun goes down. I can't say enough how grateful to have my wedding at Reflections. They made my dream wedding come true.

Hi! My names Samantha. I am looking for a photographer for maybe just an hour or so for my wedding ceremony. We were planning the whole big wedding for April 6th and have had to postpone more than once. So now we just want to do a short VERY small ceremony on October 5th. And then were just gonna try to have the big thing for a one year anniversary. So for now I'm just looking for someone to photograph the ceremony so can at least the pictures can look pretty and we can have some positive memories thru these crazy times.

One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was choosing The Buttes at Reflections for our venue. The entire staff was incredible throughout the entire process. We were able to meet many times with Debi (the owner) to plan our perfect day. They had so many options to choose from (linens, chargers, centerpieces, decor, catering, etc) included in the cost, but were also happy to include any personal items or details that we wanted as well so that it didn't feel "cookie cutter." On the day of the event, their staff executed our vision so perfectly. We did not hire a wedding planner/coordinator and I don't really feel like we needed one! The Buttes staff know exactly what they're doing. Everything flowed so smoothly throughout the whole day. All of our guests loved the venue- we received so many compliments on how beautiful the ceremony was, the quality of the food, and the awesome DJ (also included with the venue).

We had our wedding at Reflections in July 2019. From when we first stepped foot into Reflections, we knew that this would be our wedding venue. The entire site is gorgeous - from the interior (foyer, bridal room, groom's area, reception space) to the exterior (grounds, ceremony site w/gazebo, back patio), and the views create the most exceptional backdrop for a wedding venue that is truly a dream come true! Having a beautiful building in a great location pulled us in immediately, but knowing that so many things would be included with the venue is what really sealed the deal for us. We were able to use any decor items they had - and they have a ton, in a wide variety of styles! They have lots of cute signs available for use that are handmade by one of their employees. We were also able to bring in our own decor items and the staff set them up exactly how we wanted, though somehow it turned out even better than we envisioned!

Not only is the space gorgeous and inclusive of so many options, but we could not have asked for better customer service! Each and every employee that we worked with was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They worked so hard to ensure that every aspect of our ceremony and reception turned out just the way we wanted, and had many ideas to help guide us if we weren't sure about one thing or another. Every time I called, emailed, or came to the venue in person, I felt so valued not only as a customer, but as someone that the employees truly cared about.

The food was absolutely delicious - with so many options, it was hard to choose but the chef gave some suggestions and everything went together so well! The DJ was on point - not only did he get our input ahead of time, but it felt like he was reading the crowd and playing songs catered to the mood on the dance floor. The bartender kept up with our guests and was very friendly! The staff working the day of our wedding did everything possible to ensure that the whole day ran smoothly, from start to finish.

Some of our items got left behind inadvertently and Debi was quick to reach out as soon as they discovered the forgotten box as well as hold on to it until I was able to come by at a later date.

I wish I could get married again if only just to work with this fabulous crew once more! I highly recommend this venue!

A beautiful location for a wedding! Amazing views, lots of green space, an awesome patio with string lights, and absolutely amazing staff. We loved working with Debi, she is an amazing wedding coordinator and amazing women! She made us feel so calm and relaxed throughout the whole planning process, thought of every detail, and the evening of our wedding was so perfect. We can't thank her enough! The venue has everything you could imagine and more, so there is nothing to worry about. And the food was so delicious our guests are still raving about it. We would definitely recommend The Buttes at Reflections 100%. Great value for a magical experience!

Reflections at the Buttes was a wonderful place to have my wedding! They had a friendly staff and were very accommodating, they even let me try several options for my dinner above and beyond their tastings just to be sure that I was completely happy with my choices. I was also able to bring my own rope lights that they set out for decor and were sure to table everything so I would get everything back. We had an open bar and they were careful to help us pack up the extra liquor so we could pick it up the next day!
Thanks to the entire staff I was able to have my fair tail wedding!!

The stunning views of Pusch Ridge in the Catalina Mountains speak for itself! The November wedding for my daughter was perfect - beautiful sunny afternoon, not too cool or hot, gorgeous mountain backdrop topped with a dark blue sky - breathtaking! The food served at the reception was great! The staff was attentive and helpful. But the whole planning process was stress-free. We could not have picked a better place! We choose this venue because of the charming grounds and beautiful location. The staff are wonderful to work with and the cuisine was delicious! I work in the events industry so I am not easily impressed. This venue checked all of the boxes. Deb was professional, kind and very involved. We had our wedding here this past October. The venue is so beautiful, well organized, and affordable! They really do mean all inclusive when it comes to decorations!!! Debi is the sweetest lady and walked us though step by step to make sure our day was perfect. When we arrived to get ready everything was already set up and exactly where it was supposed to be. Working with Debi and her team at Reflections at the Buttes in Oro Valley was a phenomenal experience! My husband and I were very particular on every detail of our wedding, from the ceremony, centerpieces, reception hall table setup, decor, food, and music. The whole team at reflections made every one of our requests and our entire dream a reality! We were absolutely floored by all of the decorating possibilities Debi had to her disposal, all of which we could use at no extra cost. Additionally, if we requested additional decorations, she went out of her way to purchase them for our wedding at no additional cost, simply to meet our requests. Debi had recommendations for local bakers, florists, and musicians, as well, which were all fantastic. Debi and her team were extremely responsive with phone calls, impromptu meetings, and emails, and extremely professional every step of the way. We were also very particular on the music, and Obi, the DJ, was extremely professional as he listened to our requests, and accommodated all of our song selections. The music was at the perfect volume and kept people on the dance floor as he live-mixed the music we had requested. We even had a special request to have a miniature wedding donkey at our cocktail hour, which Debi easily accommodated! We couldn’t stop getting complements from our guests and family about how beautiful and seamless the day itself was, and my husband and I were so relaxed the day of because the staff took care of everything! We truly feel that our wedding, from the first time we met Debi, to the day itself, couldn’t have been more perfect. My husband and I feel we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue to celebrate the best day of our lives!

Our daughter's wedding was simply stunning, thanks to the perfection offered by Reflections and the amazing staff on all fronts. From the planning sessions with the owner, to the tasting of the delicious meals by the incredible chef, to the endless music spun by the party-maker, Obie, and the kindness and exquisite service provided by all at Reflections. The location was private and the grounds were all dedicated to us, which made our guests feel most comfortable. Many of our guests said that the dinner was the BEST they have ever had at a wedding! My husband and I just had our wedding there this past Sunday. It was everything we asked for and went so perfectly. We used Deb as our coordinator. She was very helpful and guided us through the whole process. At our first meeting, she asked us so many questions that neither my husband nor I even thought about as we began planning our wedding. Throughout all our subsequent meetings, she was great about checking in to make sure we were still happy with our choices willing to make any changes we wanted. When we arrived to get ready everything was set up as we requested and looked perfect.

The day of /night of, we had Hannah as our night manager and she was great checking in throughout the night to make sure we had everything we needed and to fix any problems that we may have encountered. The food was amazing! Everyone kept telling us over the course of the night how delicious the prickly pear chicken was and how fresh the vegetable medley tasted. Reflections is very affordable for everything they provide from almost any color table linens, to colored charger plates, to napkin holders, a whole room of decorations and the set up/tear down. My husband and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone getting married!

I couldn’t have been more pleased with not only the outcome, the food, the staff, overall everything with our wedding here at Reflections at the Buttes! We had around 160 guest, and everything was absolutely stunning. Staff was so helpful! Great DJ, and couldn’t have done it all without Debbie! We got married Jan 2017, and we ARE still getting compliments about he wedding, and how enjoyable everything was.... it was even recommended we throw a 1 year anniversary there to repeat the party! Haha. Thanks to everyone at Reflections for making our amazing day sooooo so special and memorable!! You can’t go wrong here!!!!

Trying to find a wedding venue has turned into the most stressful part of my wedding. That was until I met with Tiffany at Reflections. She was so kind and patient and made me feel comfortable enough to ask her a million questions and trust me I did. It's been difficult to find a venue that can hold 200 guests and not have a western environment. I believe I have found my perfect garden venue.

A uniquely private venue. Can't say enough about the close relationship that the Buttes Team offers throughout the whole process until the wedding event comes to a close. Suggest the Buttes for anyone considering a workable way to enjoy the planning stresses that happen while planning a wedding.

Our entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception exceeded our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend Joanna as the wedding coordinator. She delivers quality customer service with her amiable attitude and wide knowledge of wedding ideas. I absolutely felt comfortable and welcomed her suggestions.

Reflections is an amazing place to get married! The site itself offers breathtaking views, and the landscape is so beautiful! It felt like we were in the middle of the desert in one area of the venue, but in another area, it felt like we were nowhere near the desert because of the giant trees and grass. The staff went above and beyond, and my coordinator, Johanna, was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and responsive. She really went above and beyond to make my wedding day flawless! When you book with Reflections, you get your ceremony and reception spaces, a full color palate of linens, a HUGE array of full-sized centerpieces to choose from, your DJ, officiating services, and catering! The building is so unique too, with huge semi-circle shaped windows and large bridal and grooms quarters.They make the planning process so easy, and they are affordable. My husband and I checked out other venues around our area, and none of them offered as much as Reflections, and the were even more costly! Reflections definitely gives you the most bang for your buck. I highly recommend this venue! Thank you, Reflections staff, for making my wedding day amazing! We got so many compliments on every part of our wedding!

Our entire family wants to say THANK YOU to Reflections at The Buttes for making dreams come true. Every bride has those dreams of "The Perfect Wedding", well; we'd like to say that our princess' dream of that was fulfilled thanks to everyone at Reflections, and the grace of God. We all had an unforgettable beautiful night!!! We all worked hard at completing the dream, but Johanna and Debbie were there to guide us every step of the way in things we were "newbies" at. From the moment we arrived at Reflections, John put our minds at ease saying "We'll take care of it" and they did, they were not only words, but truths. The DJ, Obi-WanKenobi, was awesome!!! The bar attendant was wonderful!!! The set up/take down staff was incredible!!! Food was delicious!!! Everyone there radiated peace, the peace you need at those moments when you panic because you want everything to be perfect, and THAT was soo helpful. Thank you for the words of encouragement Debbie, with the not so little rain we got that day before and during the wedding (yes, the day that rained A LOT!) we decided it was a gift from God, and we went on to have fun, and we did. We had a lot of fun, more than the rain! We felt you cared about our wedding as if it was your own. Incredible memories were made at Reflections at The Buttes, and you ask if we recommend it? I cannot imagine my wedding day without Reflections and the wonderful staff there! They made my day priceless and stree FREE! The beauty of this venue, the service, the weather, the views, the reception services, the music, the food- EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. Thank you for making my wedding the best wedding my guests have ever been to- they keep telling me how much fun they had!!!

I got married here a couple weeks ago... and honestly, I loved it! I was so worried with how everything would turn out, the decor, the food, etc etc... and it was all better than I expected! Debi is an amazing person, she really did everything she could for me and then some! I can be a handful and she did a great job of handling me and all my requests with such respect and due diligence! And the food... every one of my wedding guests could not stop raving about how delicious the food was! We all enjoyed a Middle Eastern cuisine... and I had quite a few food snobs attend my wedding... and they were just floored with how amazing the food was! I'm always told that the food is the most important part and here I am a couple weeks later and I still have wedding guests complimenting the food at my wedding. Needless to say, I am absolutely happy I decided to go with Reflections. They made my wedding better than I could have dreamed!

We fell in love with Reflections at the Buttes when we first toured the venue. The location and venue are breathtaking. The staff, especially our wedding coordinator Johanna, has been so wonderful to work with during the two years we took to plan our wedding. They are so organized and take care of every little detail that we may have overseen. With their incredibly large inventory of linens, centerpieces, and decorations, we didn't really have to bring any additional items. They handled our parents gently with their extensive concerns and always made sure we got what we envisioned for our wedding. They always went out of their way to make sure we got everything we wanted, even if it meant more work for them. When visiting other venues, we had to consider all the hidden cake cutting and champagne pouring fees. The venue is wonderful in that everything is included in their package-DJ, cake cutting, champagne pouring, and officiant. The only things we had to take care of on our own were cake, photographer, flowers, and alcohol. We were beyond impressed when we caught the first glimpse of our reception set up. They got every little detail perfect and accommodate all changes we wanted to make. Needless to say, we will highly recommend this venue to other couples.

I do not have enough good things to say about Reflections at the Buttes. I'll start by saying I live in Virginia but I'm from Tucson originally and much of my family lives in Phoenix. When I got engaged the only thing I wanted was to get married in Tucson. I knew I didn't want to be basic reception hall (what is the point of a destination wedding if you're just in a hotel's conference halls) but I knew I wanted to be smart about my budget and not spend a fortune on a wedding.
When I first walked up to Reflections, I knew it had the atmosphere I wanted. The views are amazing of Pusch Ridge and the gardens are beautiful and manicured with an old school Tucson feel.
What really makes Reflections so special is their team and their business model. They consolidate so much for you in a wedding package (dj, catering, linens, decorations, wedding planner, etc) that you are able to get so much bang for your buck. Debi and her team are there with you every step of the way and go above and beyond. They were flexible with us considering we were planning from out of state. They are courteous, and treat you like your wedding is the most important one they have ever done. You would think they only had time for you even though they are booked every weekend year round.
Another important aspect, the FOOD! Their caterer is amazing. No boring wedding food here. My husband and I are both foodies and I have to say their prickly pear chicken blew us away. We were looking forward to our wedding meal ever since we did the tasting months before!
All of our guests have an amazing time and keep raving about it. I also have to say, I never shed a tear, had a meltdown, or lost any sleep planning our wedding. Reflections will keep you sane, organized, out of bankruptcy, and give you an amazing wedding.

from the moment me and me fiancee looked at the venue , we knew that it was the place for us to have our special day. the wedding is still two weeks away. but up to this point they are yet to disappoint. they are so welcoming, friendly, and on top of everything. there is nothing they can not handle or make possible for the vision you have in mind for the day of. i can not wait to see how it all turns out the day off i just know it will be amazing

we aren't married yet and I love working with the Buttes! The staff is great, the prices are great and they offer a TON of of decorations, they of course give you the option to bring in your own stuff but they have a lot of different center piece ideas linens etc. and its all current to the current wedding trends and its included in your package! no additional fees, no cake cutting fees or corking fees.

This venue is truly amazing . The staff is by far the very best in AZ !!! I'm so blessed to be married in such a wonderful Tucson treasure!

Everything about Reflections at the Buttes is perfect! We were married there in late October 2013. There were so many reasons why we chose RATB. For one it is a spectacular location with picturesque mountain views. Another great thing about RATB is that they do not nickel and dime you. They do NOT charge hidden fees like, cake cutting fees, flower girl fees, or corking fees, just to name a few. Also, the price they give you includes taxes and gratuity! You pay what they advertise! John and Debbie are amazing people. They love what they do and it shows! Debbie helped us plan the wedding every step of the way and is a real, tried and true professional. John was the one who married us and he met with us several times to get to know us personally. He said the most amazing things during the ceremony. It was personal and touching. Our guests were all crying and still rave about it to this day. Working with RATB was completely stress free. They handle what feels like everything! They include and set up all the center pieces for the tables. They order linens and set up and tear down everything, all included. They provided excellent, top notch bartenders and DJ!! The venue is gorgeous!! So many places to take pictures, and you will have the entire venue to yourself! The catering company they use is amazing as well and the food was delicious! What a wonderful, fairy tale like place to get married. Couldn't have been any better. Perfect, perfect, perfect!!

We chose to have our wedding at Reflections because of the location and the beautiful views. To our delight, we met John, Debbie and the rest of the wonderful staff who were so helpful throughout the entire process. For our menu, we wanted something special that they did not have listed but they were very accommodating and were able to make it for us and it was amazing! The venue is beautiful, the staff is great and the food was amazing! We still get compliments to this day about how beautiful our wedding was and how delicious the food was. We are so glad that we chose to have our wedding at such a beautiful and intimate venue and being able to work with such wonderful people was a bonus. I would highly recommend Reflections to any couple looking for a venue. They are so good at what they do and it makes it easy knowing that you have a staff of people who are experts that will make sure your day is perfect! This was not only a beautiful setting for a wedding, but the team that put it all together was amazing! We totally depended on them and they came through with flying colors. We absolutely would highly recommend this venue to anyone even if you are out of state which we were.

Debi at reflections is hands down the BEST! My husband and I wanted a potluck vintage wedding and NO venues were understanding of this idea except Reflections. What ever you want (within reason) they make happen. They have everything you could possibly need for the big day and are more than happy to let you use it at no additional charge.

We had a very custom wedding and had some bumps on the wedding day, but Debi and her team jumped into action and helped save the day! We had a summer wedding and cashed in on the summer discounts and WOW am I happy we did. We had a HUGE monsoon mid-day but the Reflections team got our outdoor ceremony site looking top notch in no time. Even if it had rained all day I had the comfort of knowing they could handle any change in plans with no issue. Reflections gave me the best gift of all on our wedding day, peace of mind. I knew I was in good hands. Leading up to the big day regarding contracts etc.. it got a little off track but that's with any big vendor in my opinion. Come the day of though, they knocked it out of the park!!

John, the officiant, was great. He made us feel comfortable when meeting about our vows. We received several compliments that this was the most beautiful ceremony that our guests had been at. I have never seen/heard of a wedding going more smoothly than mine did at the Reflections at the Buttes. The wedding planning leading up to the big day was so organized and if I needed something or forgot something the girls were right on top of it. This venue exclusively does weddings so they are all prepared for ANYTHING can comes up. I brought in crazy requests that I wanted to do at my wedding and the ladies there made it happen and everything was perfect! All day/night of my wedding I did not worry about ONE thing-and that's how it should be! Before I walked out (to walk down the aisle) our ring bearer didn't have a pillow and the ladies ran all over the place to find one for him! There is no better word to describe this place than PERFECT! I reccommend this venue with full confidence that they are the BEST venue in Arizona!

Reflections at the Buttes is the ideal wedding location with its outdoor gazebo and indoor reception site. The staff at the Buttes goes above and beyond to make your wedding dreams a reality. The Buttes takes care of all the details so that on the day of your wedding you can relax and just enjoy your day. They also feature a unique area for Brides to get ready and your groom to hang out and relax before the ceremony begins. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful.

I am also a bride with a peanut allergy and Debi made sure the food was taken care of so I wouldn't have to worry. They also adjusted our contract to include other options when our guest list suddenly shrunk. Her husband John was our officiant and he makes you feel very comfortable from the moment you meet him. He taylorizes your ceremony with details he learns about each of you and has a great sense of humor. They are well established in Tucson and are able to recommend a variety of vendors for you to use for photography, flowers, and cake. They even matched me up with a special cake maker when all the other Tucson bakeries couldn't do my cupcakes because of my food allergy. They are quick to respond to questions and provide suggestions. If you want to have a high quality wedding without all the fuss and stress of planning meetings with vendors, the Buttes is the only place you should visit.

For an added tip, book your wedding on a Thursday night and you will save two thousand dollars. You will find that your family doesn't mind coming in early and then spending the weekend in Tucson.

Reflections was a great place to have the reception. Debi was a wonderful planner. She asked us questions about things we never thought about. The DJ was also great. He was not corny or anything and played the music we wanted. When a request was made he was not sure about, he came to ask if it was ok. All of the people we worked with for music, coordination were all so helpful. I happily recommend Reflections.

My husband and I looked at several venues in Tucson before deciding on Reflections and we have not regretted it. We initially loved the intimacy and privacy of the location and the gorgeous mountains that serve as the ceremony backdrop. The staff make it so easy to plan the wedding and keep everything on track, which was hugely beneficial as we were completing our final year of pharmacy school and low-stress was what we wanted. It is also a wallet-friendly venue, that lets you really do as much or as little as you want. They have so many decorations and equipment on site that you could truly host a beautiful wedding buying very little beyond what they provide. I will say that sometimes it takes several days to hear back from some of the vendors or staff, especially via e-mail, but its usually because they have so many events during the week/weekends that their focus is dedicated to making those immediately upcoming events great. Our wedding day was beautiful and we received so many compliments on the ceremony, decor, and evening in general. If we had to do it all over again, we would hands down choose Reflections again as well.

Reflections is a great place for a wedding. The setting is gorgeous. The facility is very attractive without being over the top. We were really happy to have a template and guidance throughout the process, while still being able to individualize the wedding. Debi and her staff are knowledgeable and responsive, and walk you through the whole process with a smile. You never feel like you are one of many. One wedding happens at a time, and you never feel like it is a mill They delight in the variations you bring to their basic package. They even accommodated the dog being a ring bearer!!

I cannot think of a better place to get married in Tucson, AZ than Reflection at the Buttes. The cost is affordable and EVERYTHING is included! No needing to scramble around town trying to find centerpieces, tables, chairs, table cloths, caterer, DJ...they even provide outdoor heaters for no charge if it is cold outside! I was under no stress whatsoever planning my wedding or on my wedding day. There was always someone there to find me and let me know how many more minutes until the first dance, until the cake cutting (although we had pie). The only reason I rated them 4.5 stars on responsiveness is because they are quite busy helping other couples plan their weddings, but that just shows how good they are! Seriously, you cannot go wrong with Reflections. They will make your day a living fantasy =)

We are using the same review for a couple different sites: Our wedding at the Buttes at Reflections was absolutely spectacular! The venue offered an affordable yet stunning backdrop with breathtaking views of Pusch Ridge and a charming garden filled with beautiful flowers, citrus trees, and birds (for my fellow bird watchers!)

The package provided everything we needed for our special day, including a cake, delicious food (salad and entree), a bartender, servers, a talented wedding planner, and a ton of decor options. The DJ kept the party going, and the two photographers captured every precious moment flawlessly.

Despite the unpredictable weather, the amazing staff, especially Samantha, ensured that our day went off without a hitch. Their quick thinking and flexibility when the rain started was truly incredible, and a rainbow showed right after the rain stopped and the ceremony was about to begin just made the day perfect.

With our package, we had to arrange our own flowers, attire, appetizers, videography, officiant, musicians, and alcohol, it didn't detract from the overall experience, things. that's just how we did The only slight hiccup was a last-minute request for a large slideshow, which couldn't be accommodated due to the short notice, but it was a minor detail in an otherwise perfect day.

We didn't love Weven as a form of communication - it felt too clunky and difficult to use compared to just email. We did love being able to make our own website though!

A huge thank you to Debi, John, Georgina, Felicia, Tim, Jim, and everyone else who played a part in making our day so special. We wholeheartedly recommend the Buttes at Reflections to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding experience. Five stars doesn't seem like enough to express our gratitude, we really feel like we got our money's worth, especially considering how expensive weddings are nowadays.

Hannah was the best wedding day manager you could have asked for. She was friendly, fun, on -top of everything, and fantastic to work with. Debby was also ultra-professional and I would highly recommend, in fact I have highly recommended them to anyone who asks about Jessica's wedding. This was such an amazing location! The view during sunset was the best setting and made for such a beautiful wedding. Debi was the one who helped us with planning our wedding and completely understood what we wanted for our wedding. I'm the type of person who is nervous to give control over but she made the wedding day so beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

I had already looked at 10 venues give or take when I had scheduled and apt with Johanna. I was thrilled to see this venue because of the back and forth emails with her and really looked forward to meeting her. She wasn't going to be in at the time of my apt so I was a little bummed out the tour would be with someone else. When my mom and I arrived Tiffany greeted us and did the tour. I have to say she is AMAZING at what she does. She really knows her stuff, she saw my vision, answered all my questions, sat down and went into full detail about everything we needed to know. She has been extremely flexible with scheduling apts with us. I honestly think she is one of the biggest reasons we will be having our wedding there. I believe she will help make our day that much more special and I absolutely look forward to working with her!! Thank you Tiffany!!

They were so helpful up until the day of the wedding. everything went pretty smooth until we were done taking pictures and were awaiting some kind of direction on how to make the grand entrance. the only people i saw from the venue the night of the wedding was the dj and the bartender.

I loved my wedding planner, she knew what she was doing, very organized and was able to bounce ideas with me without completely changing my mind about what i wanted.

We absolutely loved our wedding at Reflections! We moved to Charleston, SC in the process of planning the wedding, but Debi and the staff at Reflections were so easy to work with long distance! They were accommodating with appointments when I was able to be in town and kept in good contact about the details in the year I was away. The site is absolutely beautiful, though I may be biased because I grew up looking at those Pusch Ridge mountains! The inside and out we're so beautifully decorated and they made it so easy to plan from so far away. Very flexible too- allowing whatever crazy details you have in mind to be totally accepted and incorporated into your awesome day!

Reflections at the Buttes is a top-notch, one-stop, wedding destination. With the exception of your cake and bouquets, they ease the process of planning your wedding by providing all of the services under one roof. Debie Fazio and her staff make sure every detail is followed through and placed exactly as you would like. They have plenty of in-house decor for the ceremony and reception tables, but if you care to provide your own, as well as additional items to be placed around the venue, they do all of the work so that you don't have to lift a finger on your wedding day!
They also coordinate the catering for you with River's Edge catering. The cost of catering is inclusive of their package prices and there is always room for upgrades as well. Another great part of this venue is that you can also save money by providing your own appetizers (Costco) and alcohol. Again, you bring everything on your rehearsal day and they will plate it and/or serve it. This saves a couple thousand dollars by itself!
When the weather permits, the ceremony takes place outside, nestled against the Pusch Ridge Mountains. What a backdrop! They have a beautifully landscaped site with an array flowers, GREEN grass, large trees and also the desert landscape. There are so many great spots for photo ops, you almost need to put aside an extra hour before AND after the ceremony to take advantage of all the great locations!
The only reason I gave just 4 stars for "Responsiveness" is because sometimes it took a few weeks to hear back from the wedding coordinator or DJ, but it was pretty seldom and could often wait. I do know that it took a while because they have SO many events to take care of, especially in the Spring months, which was when mine took place. However, the week of the wedding, they treated me like my wedding was the only one taking place ( they had 2-3 additional events that week). Every detail was executed perfectly on the wedding day and John who was the DJ for the evening, stayed on schedule with all of the formalities, and made sure to communicate with us throughout the evening so we knew where to be and when.
The banquet captain even boxed our decor, signage, and leftover alcohol up at the end of the night so we did not have to leave the party to do so.
Reflections at the Buttes makes it so easy and the location is beautiful, why wouldn't you have your wedding here? All I have are GREAT memories and it's because of Debi and her wonderful staff.

Reflections at the Buttes provided a PERFECT day. Everything from the ceremony to the reception was flawless. As the bride, I had nothing to worry about.

My husband and I got married at the Saguaro Buttes location. During our planning our original wedding coordinator changed, but that did not interrupt the quality of service we received. The coordinators were prompt in responding to our concerns, and incredibly helpful when one of my bridesmaids was sick and couldn't be in the ceremony. They helped quickly rearrange the order in which the wedding party went down the aisle, which made things so much nicer for me as I didn't have to worry. Working with Reflections at the Buttes allows you to relax during your wedding planning and the event day, as they take care of pretty much EVERYTHING for you. The only "issue" my husband and I had was that the bar is either a 5-hour open bar, or no bar at all, and just two bottles of wine and one bottle of champagne at every table. We also had a minor issue with the vegatarian meals, but that was based more on a failure of mine to communicate with the DJ (in terms of announcing that vegetarians should remain seated and the meal would be brought to them) than anything else. You do not get nickle-and-dimed here; they are very up front about all the costs, and there isn't a separate cake-cutting fee, nor a corking and pouring fee, nor are you limited in the linen choices to just white or ivory. They are incredibly friendly and professional, and their goal is to make your wedding day as stress-free and beautiful as possible, which it was! We would definitely recommend working with Reflections at the Buttes to anyone.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful it is. And the staff are total pros who took care of everything, from the decor to the music to the excellent food. Our coordinator Debi was an absolute joy to work with. Very kind and patient (especially through our COVID postponement) and made sure everything was just how we wanted it on our special day. We looked at a LOT of venues, and we're so glad we chose this one!

Reflections was absolutely fantastic. Debi is extremely organized and detail-oriented. I did not worry about anything during the planning due to her extremely thorough coordination and planning. The DJ, caterer and bartenders were all wonderful and I also used their recommended salon, baker, florist and photographer - and all were great!

This place is awesome, the staff is very proffesional and knowledgable. They will work with you if you have any special requests. They do everything for you with their on site wedding planner, and such. I had to plan a wedding in less than a month and they were able to accomodate me and provide for a lot of things, they provided catering, dj, ceremony and reception sites, minesterial services, wedding planning services. They really made planning my wedding a breeze, and the result was amazing, couldn't have asked for anything better.

The price was a great value once everything came together. They aren't the most organized people in the world but it all worked out beautifully. Up until the very end they were nothing but helpful and made me feel like I was their only client the whole time I was dealing with them.

The food was delicious and perfect. The DJ and bartender were great as well. I'd highly recommend them.

The Buttes at Reflections is a beautiful venue. Amazing mountain view backdrop at the ceremony location and awesome new sunset photo area that has outstanding picturesque views. The venue has collected décor through the years and encourages couples to use their decorations as a part of the package. That was a main selling factor for us, we did not have to provide much of anything for our centerpieces or signs. The wedding planner Debi is amazing, such a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable planner. Johanna was also outstanding night of, assisting with everything (great bartender as well)!

Biggest complaint was probably due to our timing and one very unfortunate professionalism issue with the new owners/staff. We signed our original contract before the new owners and COVID. This meant changes happened sporadically throughout our planning process and as we got closer to our date. Many changes were small but added up to creating some additional stressors. Other than that we loved our event and had a great overall experience. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing!! The staff was great and the food exceptional. I am not so sure the value for the prime rib was there as it was a bit tough and hard to cute threw, but the food the all the other food was fantastic!!

Pretty much everything is included which is a big bonus. The only slight worry I have is that their business hours during the week are right in the middle of the work day so it can be a bit difficult to schedule appointments that both me and my fiancee can attend.

The Buttes was very helpful in organizing the wedding.
Took a while for them to respond (a week) after I first contacted them but after the first meeting they where available every time we called. We cancelled our wedding a couple of months before the actual date and when we tried to get our date back they where very helpful in helping us get back on track. Food was excellent, place looked impeccable and everyone was very good to us.
