The Buttes at Reflections is the perfect venue for an elopement! We wanted something scenic and intimate, and they did not disappoint. All the staff were so friendly and helpful from the time we booked to our big day. They were so helpful making everything go smoothly on the day of. Dan and his crew are amazing. They bent over backwards for us again and again. His efforts before and on the night of our wedding made it an amazing success. He is so easy to work with and thoughtful. The property is as beautiful as the pics show and AUTHENTIC TUCSON downtown. If your looking for a romantic feel in the heart of Tucson this is IT!

As a wedding photographer, I highly recommend Hacienda Del Sol for your wedding! It is a beautiful property that captures Tucson and the southwest unlike any other venue I have seen!

The Loews was a great venue to work with. The property is beautiful and the wedding packages are all inclusive which was a major bonus (this was a destination wedding for us) We worked with Naomi and she was the best! Naomi has this ability to make you feel like you are the only and best wedding she has ever worked with and we really felt special. She has great attention to detail and honestly she is the icing, cherry and sprinkles on top of an already beautiful venue. Beyond our experience with Naomi, we can't say enough about the food and cake. The best you will ever get, hands down (and we've attended a lot of large weddings). The cake was stunning (I wish I could share a picture). It was so delicious that although it was hard to steal me away from the dance floor, I just had to dance around while eating a plate of it! Our only gripe is with some of the front desk staff and booking rooms through the block. Some of the staff was unprofessional and many were clueless when it came to helping guests book their rooms through the block which was frustrating. Overall, everything worked out and management was very professional and helpful.

We used the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites for our Reception Venue. They were phenomenal. They bent over backwards to meet our needs and work with us. We searched many hotels in the area and no one compared to them. Their prices were more than fair and the quality of their food was exceptional. We worked with Cynthia Gonzales and her staff and they were there every step of the way to make sure that our reception was everything we dreamed of. They did an incredible job setting everything up, meeting our needs and everything ran like clockwork! So many of our guests commented on how it was the best reception they have ever been to, because of the way it was done and how wonderful the people were. I have to say, that not only were the people we worked directly with wonderful, but everyone we encountered the day of the wedding (waiters, cleaning people, engineers, front desk, etc.) were so kind, and congratulated us. You don't see that kind of service in hotels very often anymore. We highly recommend them for any type of event you may have. Their rooms are gorgeous too! Just prior to our wedding, they had completely renovated the hotel and the rooms were renovated the year before. It is a beautiful site!

Hosting our wedding at JW Starr Pass was perhaps one of the easiest choices we made. The staff were incredibly helpful and our wedding coordinator, Eli was AMAZING! She made sure every detail was taken care of and that the whole process was smooth and simple. We had an amazing time and loved not having to worry how guests would get home after the ceremony. Oh and the day at the pool after the wedding was the perfect ending to the weekend!!

We hired the Lodge on the Desert for our desert destination wedding 2 weeks ago and they absolutely nailed it. It's THE perfect venue for an adobe-style, historic, desert courtyard wedding. Wedding of our dreams! The Wedding Venue: The venue itself is worth staying at - it's a historic adobe lodge with so many nooks & crannies filled with beautiful cacti. Our guests loved hanging at the pool and ordering their DELICIOUS margaritas before the wedding. It's in the middle of Tucson - but a short drives away from the Saguaro National Parks and fun restaurants, especially the restaurant Locale which is a few blocks away. We encouraged guests to explore the rest of Tucson by creating a weekend of activities for them to join (ie hike, brewery, etc). The lodge gives the bride & groom the most beautiful room at the lodge - it has a HUGE patio with a gorgeous view of the mountains. It was large enough for the entire wedding party to hangout and eat lunch before pictures. That way, everyone could hangout in air conditioning while we all take pictures in the cacti garden down below. The cacti garden below is beautiful! The Staff: Karen, the wedding event manager, was amazing to work with. I had many many questions to ask her while planning the event from a distance, and she always answered very quickly! We scheduled a tour/tasting 4 months before the wedding, which was incredibly helpful to decide on the final menu, etc. They were incredibly supportive - I had no worries leading up to our wedding day. She even helped with the rehearsal the night before the wedding, which was very helpful. The Wedding Space: It's a beautiful grass courtyard with sparkly lights hanging (we also opted for the lights on the courtyard tree to dance underneath - incredibly magical!). The wedding was entirely outdoors. We got married with the Catalina mountains in the distance. The staff was incredibly accommodating to make sure the tables were set-up how we'd like + went above and beyond to pick out the perfect table linens. We hired a mariachi band during the cocktail hour, which added a lot to the "fiesta" theme. The Food: We chose the Mexican taco buffet and all the guests raved about the food - the Tres Leches Cake and churros are to die for. We served pitchers of margaritas and chips/guacamole during the cocktail hour. Overall, I would rate the lodge 10/10 to anyone that is looking to plan a wedding. The venue is beautiful, the staff is amazing...and you will be able to enjoy every moment of your wedding because everything is absolutely perfect.
