Best wedding/family reunion ever!!

The entire staff at Westward Look Wyndham Grand Spa and Resort is not only exceedingly friendly, but they are all well informed and made my entire family’s stay a delight in so many ways, big and small. Planning for the rehearsal dinner with Kyle Summers was effortless and the party itself was perfect. The chef prepared a marvelous meal and, once again, the staff outdid themselves. I received so many compliments! We managed to please the bride and groom and all of the relatives. Thank you so much!

Just had the most amazing experience at the Westward Look Resort for our wedding.
The coordinator Deborah was excellent!! Very professional, friendly, responsive & caring! She truly made all the difference! She made sure that me & my “crew” were all taken care of & wanted for nothing! It could not have gone better! Thank u Deborah for an amazing experience!! Will definitely recommend u & Westward Look to anyone who asks!! :)

Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa is the must-book venue for your Tucson wedding! Representative of the area itself with such a rich history, the venue is absolutely stunning! You can tell that there is a sincere care for how it looks and is kept. The majority of our guests were from out-of-town so we wanted a place that would showcase Tucson and its beauty. Westward Look was it! Sonoran rooftop allowed a beautiful sunset backdrop to our cocktail reception. Coming from NYC, the standard size guest rooms are a treat as they are larger than many 1-bedroom apartments! Our guests LOVED the accommodations.

Planning a wedding from across the country of where your wedding venue is may not always seem like an easy feat. Despite having a staff change in point of contact and the venue undergoing a menu change while we planned, David Toler and his entire staff made us feel 100% comfortable and reassured we were in good hands. They were flexible to plan ahead with us as we had limited time in-person on our few trips to Tucson. David was incredible attentive throughout our time worked with him -- responsive to emails and phone calls, if he did not have an answer, he was able to find out right away.

The staff as a whole was quick to react as we had a burst of showers right before the cocktail reception. Without a blink of an eye, the staff put the roof up on the Sonoran rooftop. We were very impressed with David and his execution of our planning and willingness to communicate and work with our other vendors (wedding planner, DJ, etc.). WWL was able to accommodate our requests (no matter how big or how small) and even allowed input on guest room groupings! They helped allow us to personalize the weekend. The front desk and dining staff on-site always made guests feel welcome.

They are reasonably priced, have delicious food, make you feel like family, and genuinely care for you and your event! I cannot recommend working with WWL enough for your wedding.

Westward Look was the perfect place to have our wedding! We had our ceremony on the beautiful Sonoran Rooftop, cocktail hour on the terrace below and the reception inside the Sonoran Ballroom. It was 110 degrees but the guests were kept cool with the misters that are on the rooftop. Chris the coordinator was amazing! He worked with us since day 1 to make sure everything was perfect and was always willing to answer any question at anytime. We also had our rehearsal dinner and next day brunch there which he coordinated perfectly as well! The food was great and the service of the servers and bartenders at the reception was top notch. We had almost 1/3 of the guests that attended the wedding stay at the resort and they all raved about the costumer service of every person at the resort. The only thing I would suggest is possibly booking your own bridal getting ready room because the one we were given was very small and the other choice to that was a conference room, but otherwise everything was flawless! Westward Look was a perfect place to get married!

Just had my wedding at Westward Look and could not have asked for a better place! Chris Mclaren was our wedding coordinator and was amazing! He was great to work with and truly made the planning process a lot easier. He was also extremely quick to respond to all emails and questions. He was attentive to all our needs and maintained professional throughout the whole process. Chris and the rest of the Westward Look staff were extremely welcoming!

Having our wedding at Westward Look was the best decision about our wedding, and working with Chris to plan our wedding was an amazing experience! From the very first time we met him we knew that we wanted to have him as our wedding coordinator and to have our wedding at Westward look. He was very receptive to different ideas and extremely easy to communicate with. It meant a lot to us to have Persian food served at the wedding and every other venue we had gone to said that their menu was set and would not even consider changing it. Chris was SO helpful and thoughtful and went out of his way to make that a possibility. During our tasting he told us about all the different stores he had gone to in search of the correct spices, and he and the chef did a fantastic job of making the food perfectly!! I was so touched that they listened to what was important to us. Chris answered my millions of questions leading up to the wedding and helped us feel at ease. We had many guests from out of town and they loved their stay at Westward look, I had so many comments about how affordable the rooms were for such a stunning resort and how beautiful the grounds were. During the day of he went out of his way to help us decorate the ballroom the way that we wanted, and all the stress I had about the day going smoothly disappeared when I saw how confidently and expertly Chris ran the evening. He was so fun, thoughtful and excellent at his job, I can't recommend Chris and Westward look enough!!

We were very lucky to have our wedding at Westward Look. It was a fabulous wedding weekend and it was such a seamless process to work with the Westward Look team in the months leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. Most of our wedding guests were coming from out of town and staying at Westward Look, as well, and everyone had an incredibly special time at the resort. Chris McLaren from Westward Look is one in a million and we were so lucky to work with him and his team.

My husband and I are so happy we chose Westward Look as our venue. Approximately half of our guests were coming in from out of town, and they have continued to comment on how wonderful their experience was staying there. They loved the rooms, the facilities, and the entire staff at the resort. We had our cocktail hour on the rooftop of the Sonoran Ballroom and it was the perfect location to show off the beautiful Tucson sunsets. We worked with Chris throughout the experience and we cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He is incredibly responsive, energetic, kind, and great about getting back to you if he doesn't know the answer right away. We had a larger guest list so it ended up being a pricey event, however it was all worth it! I would definitely have my wedding at Westward Look again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a venue.

My husband and I are so happy that we chose The Westward Look to get married at! The staff at the resort directly contributed to our wedding day being such a hugh success. The hospitality that not only we received but our guests received was fabulous. Christopher McLaren, Catering Sales Manager was such a professional. He was very responsive through the entire wedding process that began months before the wedding day thru the details of the wedding day. We are looking forward to going back for anniversaries, etc.

The grounds are so beautiful and our guests loved the natural surroundings. Everyone was super nice, helpful and friendly. There were some changes that took place in the middle of the wedding planning, but the staff worked to make the transition smooth. The food was PHENOMENAL!!!! While all wedding food is pricey, WWL provides a ton of very, very tasty food. We would have our wedding again here in a heartbeat!
