My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Yi. We could not say enough good things about our experience. He captured our city hall wedding perfectly. Despite the horrible weather, he came up with creative and beautiful shots that we could never have dreamed of! Our photos looked great and everything was delivered in a timely fashion after the event (amazingly the day after). Overall, we enjoyed working with him and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Yi, Yi is an artist, story teller, and a master of his craft. He was so responsive and attentive, and the pictures he took for our engagement and wedding show his true dedication to his art and work. Yi is the photographer for those of you who are usually shy in front of the camera, which absolutely is my partner and I, his demeanor makes you feel calm and comforted, and he supports you to get the most beautiful results. I would hire Yi again in a second, and I cannot say how satisfied and happy I am that he was able to be a part of my wedding too document it. I am truly grateful for Yi. Your photographer is such a critical part to your wedding day and we are so happy and thankful that we went with Yi as he exceeded our expectations and more with the engagement shoot, wedding day, sneak peeks and wedding album. And all of this was done to perfection in a quick timeline of us getting married only 6 months after we got engaged. My husband has his own professional camera so the bar was set high to find the best wedding photographer but boy did Yi hit it out of the park! It is truly hard to put into words how talented, organized, caring and go with the flow Yi is. From the moment we reached out to him, he was so responsive, communicative and efficient. During our engagement photo shoot and the wedding day, he had a calming presence about him that made you have full trust that everything would be ok while going above his photographer duties to help relieve stress that can come with such an important moment in your life. We cannot emphasize enough how at ease he makes you feel and his directions during photos are so helpful that you know they are going to turn out great. We did an engagement photo shoot along the Charles River in Waltham which was a great way to get to know him and work together before the big day. Beyond the standard wedding photos, his attention to detail and striving for perfection is apparent in his unique style that captures candids, action shots and everything in between. Even the lead singer in our band commented on Yi’s approach and style and was in awe of how detailed he was with every shot. While he captured the standard wedding group/bride and groom shots beautifully, he also captured so many candids of wedding guests and showed how special the day was for everyone. Our friends and family have all commented on how amazing the wedding photos turned out. Yi even stayed over his allotted time just to get a few more pictures of our guests on the dance floor which truly shows the type of person he is and meant so much to us. We can’t recommend Yi enough for your wedding and look forward to hopefully working with him again in the future.
