Lydia was AMAZING!! I’ve had not great experiences in the past with hair and makeup but she took away all of my worries. She was meticulous, thoughtful, and really listened to every little concern that I had regarding my wedding hair and makeup. She was an absolute delight and made my trial such a fun and relaxed experience.

Lydia at Teal was incredible. She made everything so easy and painless. She is extremely responsive and very obviously dedicated to her work. She perfected everyone’s hair just as they wished and made sure everyone was satisfied prior to moving forward. Our hair lasted a night of wild dancing and sweat! Highly recommend Lydia and the team at Teal!!

Lydia and her team at Teal were fabulous. They did the hair and makeup for my wedding, and I was so incredibly pleased with results. They made me feel like my wedding was just as important to them as it was to me. Between work and living out of state, I had never been to Teal Studio and was not able to get in for a hair and makeup trial before my wedding. However, that was no problem, as Lydia was so helpful leading up to and during the event. Lydia and Leah arrived on time and prepared. They made it clear that they were able to make adjustments and meet everyone's preferences and comfort levels. They were extremely patient with my mom and the mother of the groom who had not had hair/makeup professionally done before and were not sure what they wanted. I cannot recommend Teal Studio enough. They are so talented and truly a pleasure to be around on your wedding day!

The Teal Team was fantastic. I have had some bad wedding hair and makeup in the past, so I was pretty nervous and very picky when finding a HMU vendor. Teal had popped up on so many searches, and as very close to my wedding location, so I went in for a trial with Julia. The studio is immaculate, and Julia was open to trying many hairstyles on me. I also wanted minimal makeup, and she was able to accomplish the look that I was going for. The day of the wedding the team fit right in with the flow, and made all of the girls visions come true. My hair has also never been able to hold a curl, and Julia made magic happen! I could not recommend the Teal Hair team enough!

The team at Teal is fabulous!  The stylists for my wedding were experts in hair & makeup -- and they were a delight to work with.  The trial was more fun than I expected and the day-of went flawlessly.  I could not recommend Teal enough!

We really can’t imagine having any other team of hair and makeup superheroes with us on our wedding day! Lydia and Julia were incredible — the best combo of absolutely wonderful humans and such talented hair stylists and makeup artists. They were a professional, fun, calming, and joyful presence on the morning of our wedding. We all loved hanging out with them, and we were over the top happy with how our hair and makeup turned out. They truly listened to and understood us, and did everything with so much care, attention to detail, warmth, and compassion. It was so important to us that we looked and felt like ourselves on our wedding day, and Lydia and Julia truly nailed it. We’re so happy we found them.

My wife had a massive spreadsheet of literally hundreds of hair stylists and makeup stylists we were considering in the New England area, and we were searching for the perfect mix stylists who were talented, down to earth, and affordable. And we absolutely hit the jackpot with Teal. The whole team was great throughout the entire process, and we would recommend them to absolutely anyone. They’re the best!

I chose TEAL Hair and Makeup Studio as the hair and makeup team for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother and MIL, and I am so glad that I did! I don’t normally wear that much makeup, but their team was so helpful and so friendly that I felt comfortable working with them from start to finish. I had my hair and makeup trial with Lydia, and she was very understanding and responsive while we talked through my vision for the day. She absolutely delivered on the results, and my wedding day was no different. She brought Julia and Erin with her, and the whole team worked together seamlessly to get us all ready for the day. My girls looked effortlessly beautiful; even by the end of the day, with the hot weather, and the hours of dancing, our hair and makeup held up great! I am so grateful for Lydia and her awesome team.

Julia and her team from TEAL hair and makeup studio were absolutely amazing! I cant say enough about how happy each and every bridesmaid / MOB/ MOG and myself were with hair and makeup! The stylists listened to each one of us and made every single one of us feel beautiful ! The absolute ease and comfortability created by this hair and make up team gave me the most unforgettable, special and perfect day.

Lydia did my hair and makeup for my wedding day and I have never felt so beautiful. I loved her collaborative approach but she was such a pro that I ended up deferring to her expertise. She and her team did a great job with my extended family as well - managing some difficult personalities with ease. From my trial to my wedding day, Lydia put me at ease. She was able to make me look like the best version of myself and my hair stayed gorgeous for for 4 days even after my half up-do was out. As someone who doesn't wear makeup often or have professional make up done ever, I was worried about the investment and I appreciated how important the trial was to them (since it was so important to me). I also love the products they use and ended up buying a few products she used on me. I cannot recommend them enough.

Not only did Lydia style all of our hair beautifully (and make us feel gorgeous!), she also was so easy to get along with and made getting ready that morning as stress-free as possible - We even finished ahead of schedule! She was great at making sure each of us looked exactly how we envisioned, even my mom who is very picky about her hair and was nervous about picking a MOB look. The conversation flowed easily, and we all felt like she was one of the group! We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing experience, which as the bride and a bit of a worry-wart/perfectionist, I GREATLY appreciated. My own hair was exactly what I'd imagined for my wedding day! When I first decided on a style (based on Pinterest photos) I was worried my hair wouldn't cooperate, but Lydia made it happen! Beginning with the trial, she listened to all of my requests and concerns and made sure it was exactly what I wanted, she even said I could email any questions from other bridal party members as well if they were worried about their own style ideas.
