Lydia was AMAZING!! I’ve had not great experiences in the past with hair and makeup but she took away all of my worries. She was meticulous, thoughtful, and really listened to every little concern that I had regarding my wedding hair and makeup. She was an absolute delight and made my trial such a fun and relaxed experience. -

We really can’t imagine having any other team of hair and makeup superheroes with us on our wedding day! Lydia and Julia were incredible — the best combo of absolutely wonderful humans and such talented hair stylists and makeup artists. They were a professional, fun, calming, and joyful presence on the morning of our wedding. We all loved hanging out with them, and we were over the top happy with how our hair and makeup turned out. They truly listened to and understood us, and did everything with so much care, attention to detail, warmth, and compassion. It was so important to us that we looked and felt like ourselves on our wedding day, and Lydia and Julia truly nailed it. We’re so happy we found them.
My wife had a massive spreadsheet of literally hundreds of hair stylists and makeup stylists we were considering in the New England area, and we were searching for the perfect mix stylists who were talented, down to earth, and affordable. And we absolutely hit the jackpot with Teal. The whole team was great throughout the entire process, and we would recommend them to absolutely anyone. They’re the best! -

Natural Makeup & Gorgeous Hair
Lydia did my hair and makeup for my wedding day and I have never felt so beautiful. I loved her collaborative approach but she was such a pro that I ended up deferring to her expertise. She and her team did a great job with my extended family as well - managing some difficult personalities with ease. From my trial to my wedding day, Lydia put me at ease. She was able to make me look like the best version of myself and my hair stayed gorgeous for for 4 days even after my half up-do was out. As someone who doesn't wear makeup often or have professional make up done ever, I was worried about the investment and I appreciated how important the trial was to them (since it was so important to me). I also love the products they use and ended up buying a few products she used on me. I cannot recommend them enough. -

Not only did Lydia style all of our hair beautifully (and make us feel gorgeous!), she also was so easy to get along with and made getting ready that morning as stress-free as possible - We even finished ahead of schedule! She was great at making sure each of us looked exactly how we envisioned, even my mom who is very picky about her hair and was nervous about picking a MOB look. The conversation flowed easily, and we all felt like she was one of the group! We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing experience, which as the bride and a bit of a worry-wart/perfectionist, I GREATLY appreciated. My own hair was exactly what I'd imagined for my wedding day! When I first decided on a style (based on Pinterest photos) I was worried my hair wouldn't cooperate, but Lydia made it happen! Beginning with the trial, she listened to all of my requests and concerns and made sure it was exactly what I wanted, she even said I could email any questions from other bridal party members as well if they were worried about their own style ideas. Thank you again so much to Lydia and TEAL!! -

Amazing throughout the entire process!
TEAL Hair and Makeup Studio did the hair and make up for my wedding on October 22, 2021. They were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. We had to reschedule our wedding twice and were luck enough to rebook with Teal each time. Day of they showed up right on time and work quickly to transform 8 bridesmaid, 2 moms and myself the bride. Everyone loved there hair and make up and it lasted great throughout the entire evening. -

Lydia and TEAL are amazing! My wedding trial was so stress-free and Lydia quickly got my vision for hair and makeup. On the wedding day, we finished ahead of schedule and everyone looked GORGEOUS! Stunning hair and make up-- I couldn't recommend Lydia and the TEAL team more! -

Teal studio was great to work with for my wedding. They had very reasonable pricing for the area, were very prompt, organized, and made everyone's hair and makeup look fabulous. I was happy to have done a hair and makeup trial with Devin prior to the actual day so I could figure out what exactly I was looking for. I read similar reviews prior to choosing Teal, and was most comforted by hearing from other brides that they really nailed the "natural" look, as I am not one to really want full glam makeup. Devin did exactly that, I loved my hair and makeup for the wedding and my bridesmaids loved theirs as well. Lydia the wedding coordinator was also very responsive and communicative over email whenever I had questions leading up. Thank you Teal for helping my vision become reality and being a breeze to work with! -

If you’re looking for a sign to book TEAL, then this is it! I’ve been going to TEAL to get my hair cut and styled since I was a teen...so when I got engaged, it was a no brainer who I would hire to style me for my magical day. And BOY did they deliver! The talented team helped amplify everyone’s natural beauty, and everyone looked and felt so confident. They were incredibly easy to work with and do such gorgeous work. If you’re looking into them for your wedding day hair and makeup, look no further. Absolutely nothing felt better than sitting back and relaxing while getting styled on my wedding day knowing that I had full trust in Christina and the entire styling team to make me and my girls glow. Couldn’t recommend TEAL more!!! -

Lydia and Pebbles were wonderful! They arrived early and made sure we were on schedule throughout the day. Our hair and makeup turned out amazing, and all my bridesmaids were asking for their contact info afterwards. Would highly recommend the Teal Team to other brides! -

I’ve been going to Teal since 2014 and working as a freelance makeup artist since 2018 so I know these ladies well. Lydia is fantastic to work with as a wedding coordinator - very responsive and helpful in determining timeline and what you need. Julia was fantastic as my lead stylist. She really listened to what I wanted during my trial and was quick to follow up and ask about anything I wanted different. Both she and Lydia were very accommodating when I decided to do my own makeup for the wedding, they helped me figure out the schedule so I could have someone else use my time! Devin and Julia did an amazing job with the hair and makeup for my entire bridal party. Julia is an absolute wizard with hair and got my thick heavy hair to hold up for the entire night! Highly recommend this salon!

The stylists from Teal were wonderful to work with. Julia and Devin got to our hotel where we were getting ready right on time and worked beautifully and efficiently. Everyone loved their hair and makeup and it stayed all night long. Definitely would recommend. -

Highly Recommended
We were so happy with our choice to book Teal Studio for our wedding day! We booked them based on reviews and their reasonable pricing and we knew from the trial that we made the right choice! Lydia and her team worked so hard on the wedding day and did hair/makeup for 9. They were all friendly and personable and listened to all of our requests. I told Lydia I wanted to look at natural as possible and she was very understanding and not at all pushy. All of our hair/makeup lasted throughout the night despite the humidity/rain. We were so happy with our choice and would highly recommend teal studio! -

Absolutely Beautiful!
TEAL Hair and Makeup Studio was absolutely amazing on our wedding day! We worked with Lipor specifically and I cannot say enough good things about her and her team. They made pumping out hair and makeup for 7 girls look easy! The hair and makeup Lipor did for me for my wedding was absolutely stunning and it held up all night, my hair was even curly the next day for brunch. I have extremely sensitive skin and the makeup she used felt amazing all night long. I absolutely recommend Lipor and her team at TEAL Hair and Makeup Studio! -

I was nervous about picking someone to work with my naturally curly hair (sometimes stylists pressure me to straighten out my curls), but Olivia listened to exactly what I wanted and made my curls look their best. She was also incredibly patient and professional with my mother and mother-in-law. So glad I found her!

Jill Sent on 11/22/2017I chose Teal Hair and Makeup Studio originally because they had great reviews on yelp. My experience with them doing hair and makeup for my wedding mimics those reviews. Lydia was so sweet and responsive to my many emails during the planning process and she did a great job on my hair and makeup! Pebbles and Jess did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and they did a fabulous job too. I would highly recommend them!
