So happy with June and her team! From the start, I was easily able to book my bridal trial. She listened to my feedback from the trial, and my makeup for my wedding and rehearsal dinner looked exactly how I imagined. As someone who never got her makeup done before this, I wasn’t sure how to communicate what I wanted, but June knew exactly the right thing! I also worked with one of June’s makeup artists for a different event and was equally happy. Overall, June runs her business so that everyone is organized and on time. I was happy that I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING with June (or hair and makeup in general) on my wedding day. She was easily able to accommodate even the pickiest of customers (my mom and mother in law) and hair/skin of all types. Everyone still looked stunning at the end of the night. My hair and makeup never looked better, and I was so happy I randomly learned about Love Notes by June when hiring vendors for my wedding. You can’t go wrong working with June and her ladies!!

June and her entire team did a phenomenal job! At my trial, June was able to envision a beautiful updo and makeup look that was exactly as I envisioned but couldn’t quite put into words. Her team member Raquel put my mom at ease during her trial, and knew exactly how to do her makeup in a simple and classic way. The entire team worked quickly and professionally on my wedding day and made my mom and I, and each of my bridesmaids, feel comfortable while enhancing natural beauty. June and her team were amazing! My whole bridal party and myself are not heavy (or even regular) makeup-wearers, so we all wanted a natural look with our makeup, which can often be more difficult to do than glam makeup. June and her team definitely delivered, using really high quality products including subtle, but still stunning, fake lashes. Our hair also all stayed put throughout a full day (we started hair and makeup at 8:15) and full night of dancing. Also, they were ahead of their projected timeline, assuring that we had plenty of time for getting ready pictures and other things on our tight timeline for the day. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

June was my hair and makeup artist for my wedding in September, 2022 and she was an absolute pleasure to work with!!! Starting from my initial inquiry with her, to the bridal hair and makeup trial, to the actual wedding day, she made everything so easy and stress-free. June made me feel very confident that hair and makeup was NOT something I was going to have to worry about on my wedding day. During the bridal trial, I had a specific vision of what I wanted for my hair but wanted some advice from her regarding my makeup look. It was very clear that June had a ton of expert experience curating gorgeous wedding day looks from the suggestions she gave and how she explained everything she was doing!! She made me feel very comfortable and created such a beautiful make-up look that was natural but still enhanced my features and it was absolutely perfect. On my actual wedding day, June and her team were punctual and were so fun to work with! They helped make the morning of my wedding so memorable because they were so kind and had great conversation with all my bridesmaids and my mother/MIL!! Additionally, my mother does not typically wear makeup and she can be a little picky about how her hair and makeup are done but June and her team absolutely nailed it. My mom was so thrilled and afterward she joked that she needed June in her every day life hahah. Additionally, my natural hair type is very straight and fine but I wanted more volume for the wedding hairstyle I had in mind. June was so patient and helpful giving me suggestions on different ways we could accomplish the look. She ended up adding in some extensions from a brand she recommended and it was flawless. The extensions seamlessly blended into my hair to the point that even some of my bridesmaids were surprised I had in some extensions! As a bride, you want to feel beautiful and confident on your wedding day and June helped me accomplish that. I felt absolutely ethereal and both my hair and makeup lasted all night long!! Choosing to work with June was one of the best wedding planning decisions I made, I would hire her 10 out of 10 times again if I could!! Thank you again June!!

I really enjoyed working with June and would highly recommend her for wedding make up. I chose June because she is simply the best in the region for natural glowy make up, especially for Asian brides. She is very professional, organized, and talented; I had 9 bridesmaids plus our moms getting both hair make up and everything went smoothly and on time. We also had to pivot my hair style a bit because my hair had grown out differently than in the trial, but June did an amazing job on the fly. Everyone looked beautiful and loved how they looked!

Raquel from Love Notes by June is the absolute BEST! Incredibly professional, so nice and easy to chat with. She is ten steps ahead of the game and was helpful beyond just doing my hair and makeup. We will be using her for all of our family weddings!!!

She also executed my vision for my hair perfectly (a textured, romantic bun) - despite me asking for something slightly different the day-of. She and her team operate with such a high level of efficiency and professionalism, even when having a large wedding party. June and her team did wedding hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party and some family members. Before the wedding day, June helped me secure the right hair extensions and perfect lip color. During the day of my wedding, everything was right on schedule and everyone in my party loved our hair and makeup looks! My hair can normally never hold a curl, but with June's expertise my hair lasted all night. I also had people of varying ages, ethnicities, and hair types in my party and June and her team made them all look great. Overall, great communication and a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

I have nothing but positive things to say about June and her team! I used them for my May 2023 wedding and would 100% recommend them. From the booking process to the initial hair and makeup trial I had with Raquel (the artist who did my hair/makeup) to the communication leading up to the wedding... all of it was A+. June answered all of my questions promptly and set up an excellent day-of schedule for hair and makeup that went off without a hitch. I had 6 bridesmaids as well as myself having hair and makeup done, so we ended up working with 3 artists on the day of the wedding. They were all friendly, professional, and wonderful to work with, and they kept us right on schedule without things ever feeling rushed or chaotic. My "bridesman" had an unexpected issue where he had a scrape on his head and they were even able to cover it for us last minute. As for my look, Raquel and June CRUSHED it - they totally matched my inspo photos and took all of my feedback and requests to heart. In short, you should absolutely book June and her team if you want to guarantee a beautiful, stress-free wedding day!

June and her team were absolutely amazing for my September 2023 wedding. Starting from the trial, June was able to capture exactly what I wanted from the inspo pics that I sent over for both hair and makeup, and took her time to ask me my preferences along the way. I also emailed her afterward with additional preferences/changes, and she was more than happy to accommodate. On the day of the wedding, June and her team worked very efficiently but thoroughly, and we were perfectly on schedule for me, a bridal party of 3, and 2 moms. June's team was so nice and lovely as well, and took extra time to adjust the moms' hair as requested. I really appreciated that June took thorough and precise notes during my trial so that there was no hesitation or confusion on the wedding day. As for the quality of work, let me just say that I was crying, sweating, and dancing - and my hair and especially my makeup somehow still looked completely perfect at the end of the night.
