Dawn is extremely flexible and accommodating. She is very passionate about what she does, and is a pleasure to work with! If I had any questions or concerns, Dawn had all the answers ....and promptly at that!

When I first started to help my daughter plan her wedding I was very apprehensive with what the venues requirements where about set up and take down for the reception. I wanted to enjoy her special day but to make sure everything went smoothly without a hitch. I could not have made a better decision in hiring Dawn Rock to coordinate and tweak my daughter's special day. I would highly recommend her for future events.

4 weeks before the big day I realized that without a wedding coordinator, either I or a member of my family was going to spend the whole day answering questions and dealing with logistics of catering, florists, emcees, sound systems, guests, etc and would't be able to actually enjoy the day. I called Dawn late in the game, but she jumped in with no hesitation. She asked questions I hadn't thought of, she offered solutions to issues I'd been mulling over, and she politely, but firmly, made sure that my vision for my wedding day was what I got (even if other opinions abounded!).
The day was PERFECT and I mean perfect. If there was any hint of chaos or confusion, it was completely unseen by me and my guests. I remember looking up at one point and seeing a guest who was not on the list and didn't have a seating card. I briefly panicked only to quickly realize, Dawn had it under control and I didn't need to worry about a thing. I only wish I'd called her earlier in the process!

Prior to the wedding, Dawn thought of myriad little details I'd not even considered. She had suggestions for amounts of different things based on our head count (helped us not overspend by not overbuying); e.g. how many cupcakes, how many appetizers, extra flatware, etc. If I had a question, Dawn was upbeat, cheerful, professional and helpful.
At the rehearsal she took charge gently, but firmly/professionally and with a great sense of humor. (She even thought to ask the venue owners to make sure pest control was done prior to our outdoor wedding to reduce the incidence of bug bites for our guests.)
The day of the wedding she showed up early & helped with setup, coordinating the placement of everything according to our plans.
Dawn orchestrated the actual ceremony flawlessly.
During the reception, she continued to quietly and professionally make sure everything stayed on schedule: trays were refilled, things were cleaned up before anyone knew, interacted with the venue owners ... everything ran smoothly.
Dawn told me to enjoy the day, and not to worry about a thing. I took her at her word. As mother-of-the-bride, I was overjoyed to quite literally do absolutely nothing other than enjoy my daughter's day, and focus on visiting with beloved guests.
I honestly can't tell you EVERYTHING Dawn did, because she did it all so smoothly and so discreetly that the wedding and the reception went off perfectly.

Dawn is amazing and I'm so happy to have had her help me plan my wedding. She was easy to get in contact with over email and through text/phone calls. She also ran errands for me, came to appointments with me, and suggested vendors for services that I hadn't chosen yet.
