Every Bride Needs a Coordinator!
Victoria was the very first vendor we booked! My thought process was that she could give us recommendations on other vendors and cut back my excessive researching. She DID provide us with great recommendations, but I still did over-the top searches. Victoria is super sweet, and also really detail oriented. She took the time to get to know us, and was able to add setting-up and breaking-down the tables and chairs at our reception venue into our contract (this was a must-have of ours). We booked her “Petals” Month of planning package. It came with two in-person in-depth meetings at the venue, and she was constantly available to help me with questions or reviewing contracts through email or over the phone. She provided us with a planning to-do list broken down by months to help us with the planning, and has a good amount of décor you are able to use for your event (great way to save some costs)! Victoria also makes your wedding day timeline, helps you create your seating chart, coordinates with every vendor, comes to the rehearsal, keeps the day running smoothly and on time, and completely sets-up and breaks-down all décor. We ended up postponing our reception until December, and still getting married with three guests in April. So, we did not get to see Victoria in action on our wedding day, but she has been so wonderful to work with so far, and incredibly helpful! We cannot wait to have her with us in December, knowing we do not have to worry about any of the details for our celebration. Omg, I cannot express how much I appreciate Victoria for everything she did for our special day! I foolishly thought I didn’t need a day-of coordinator until 3 months before the big day and then I panicked realizing I didn’t want to be stressing on the day with all of the logistics, details, set-up, clean-up, etc. I reached out to Victoria and thankfully she was available on our date because I could not have done it without her! She was SO much more than just a day-of coordinator! She helped me with decor ideas, rehearsal logistics, wedding logistics, vendor management, created a detailed timeline, set-up the event, cleaned up after, and so much more! We had a large bridal party (8 groomsman and 8 bridesmaids) and she was so patient and kind with wrangling in the madness of us all! Without her and her team, our special day would have gone much different and I don’t even want to think about how unorganized and chaotic it would have been. Everything from start to finish ran so smoothly and flowed perfectly! She handled everything behind the scenes so I could relax and have a stress free day. If you’re contemplating about getting a coordinator PLEASE spend the money and get one, and hire Victoria Rose Events - You won’t regret it!Sent on 12/30/2019
