    She Made Everything Happen!

    Victoria kept me organized and sane throughout the entire process of wedding planning. She was amazing at orchestrating my crazy friends and family at the rehearsal. But then…. The day our weeding day came and I swear to the heavens this woman grew wings. Her and her assistant Lauren were everywhere at once. Waters? They were there with one. A quick beer/mojito? They were there. A forgotten baby bottle in the bridal house- they got it. An extra seat for my dad when he needed to sit during a long day? They had on ready. They held my baby so I could adjust the ladies ;) in my dress. They kept my water cup filled. They set up an incredible reception, down to the final detail of how the mini cannolis were stacked perfectly. At one point we ran out of a few items behind the bar (first time for them too haha! And they went and grabbed it for us! I cannot praise them highly enough. We wouldn’t have had the most magical day if it wasn’t directly due to them

    The Absolute Best!

    Victoria Rose is a literal angel! She was so professional, creative, energetic & caring throughout the entire planning process. When we started planning in January of 2022, I knew what I wanted but had no idea how to put it all together but let me tell you she did! She was a lifesaver throughout the entire planning process & a ROCKSTAR on the day of our wedding! She was so easy to work with & honestly felt like my new best friend. When I tell you I was not stressing at all on the big day because I knew Victoria & her team had everything handled, I am being 100% honest! When we walked into the reception & saw how everything came together, I was brought to tears. Everything was so beautiful & perfect & Victoria really brought my vision to life! She was the BEST coordinator I could have asked for & I am so glad that Shawna at Bridle Oaks chose her to be mine. Thank you so much for everything Victoria!

    Spectacular Wedding Planner 5 STARS

    We had our wedding in Saint Augustine, FL at The White Room on May 1st, 2022. From the VERY beginning I knew that I wanted Victoria to help plan our wedding. Victoria is incredible and always kept me calm and answered EVERY question that I had (which was a lot). During the wedding planning process, she thought of every little detail that I was thinking of and made my vision become a reality. It was amazing to have Victoria by my side to help us plan the wedding and the rehearsal dinner. Once wedding day came, it was all a dream come true because of Victoria. It was our perfect and dream wedding. Victoria is kind, smart, knowledgeable, and organized! SHE’S SPECTACULAR! Thank you, Victoria, for everything! If anyone needs someone to make their DREAM wedding come to life, it would be Victoria!

    My Saving Grace!

    Victoria is SO amazing! Her bubbly personality and excitement for what she does showed through the entire planning process. She was able to answer all of my questions so quickly and a wealth of knowledge. She made sure no detail how small was forgotten and made the day go perfectly smooth. I cannot say enough great things about her!

    5 Stars!!!

    Victoria was recommended as a preferred vendor from my wedding venue and I am so happy I chose her as our wedding day of coordinator!! As not only a COVID bride but also planning from out of state in South Carolina, Victoria made the planning process so seamless. She was so helpful with recommendations, planning, contract coordination and follow through, and she even has her own rentals to help with decorating. Victoria's organization and planning skills are out of this world and really helped with the seamless process of the entire wedding day. As if planning out of state wasn't difficult enough, I also had my ceremony and reception in two different locations and Victoria was amazing at assisting in coordinating all the logistics that happen behind the scene. For those getting married soon, ensure you have a coordinator like Victoria!

    I am going to start this review with the fact that I was a Covid bride. My original date was March 22, 2020. I had to chancel and reschedule my wedding 3 times. Not once was I ever completely wrecked by this because my planner, Victoria was so amazing. She was with me every step of the way.
    For the actual planning: Victoria was so helpful and knowledgable. She knows what will work, what won’t work, what looks good, and what may need tweaking. She helped me plan while still leaving all of the decisions up to me with zero judgement.
    This woman knows what she is doing and she is worth her weight in gold (and yet is very affordable)
    For my wedding day: everything was perfect. IF a problem arose, I didn’t know about it. She took care of everything.
    I had minimal stress on my wedding day. All I did was show up, get ready, get married, and party
    I owe this success to Victoria.

    Absolutely amazing!

    If you're thinking about hiring Victoria, save yourself the trouble of looking at other planners/coordinators and just go with Victoria. We originally had planned a 150 person outdoor wedding ceremony/reception at a venue, however due to COVID we decided to downsize to a 25 person backyard wedding. Victoria was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, she offered to meet with us again at our home to discuss all of the changes that we would be making. Prior to the event, her communication was great, she was very responsive and always on time! She came up with a lot of great ideas for our wedding and both my husband and I were very happy to be working with her. The day of - she arrived on time and literally turned our backyard into a beautiful wedding venue. Victoria and her assistant did such an amazing job with set up and break down of our backyard along with making sure that everything flowed smoothly that day. I knew I could relax and enjoy my wedding because Victoria would take care of everything! I would highly recommend her services!!

    Every Bride Needs a Coordinator!

    Victoria was the very first vendor we booked! My thought process was that she could give us recommendations on other vendors and cut back my excessive researching. She DID provide us with great recommendations, but I still did over-the top searches. Victoria is super sweet, and also really detail oriented. She took the time to get to know us, and was able to add setting-up and breaking-down the tables and chairs at our reception venue into our contract (this was a must-have of ours). We booked her “Petals” Month of planning package. It came with two in-person in-depth meetings at the venue, and she was constantly available to help me with questions or reviewing contracts through email or over the phone. She provided us with a planning to-do list broken down by months to help us with the planning, and has a good amount of décor you are able to use for your event (great way to save some costs)! Victoria also makes your wedding day timeline, helps you create your seating chart, coordinates with every vendor, comes to the rehearsal, keeps the day running smoothly and on time, and completely sets-up and breaks-down all décor. We ended up postponing our reception until December, and still getting married with three guests in April. So, we did not get to see Victoria in action on our wedding day, but she has been so wonderful to work with so far, and incredibly helpful! We cannot wait to have her with us in December, knowing we do not have to worry about any of the details for our celebration. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator- DO IT!

    Life saver!

    Omg, I cannot express how much I appreciate Victoria for everything she did for our special day! I foolishly thought I didn’t need a day-of coordinator until 3 months before the big day and then I panicked realizing I didn’t want to be stressing on the day with all of the logistics, details, set-up, clean-up, etc. I reached out to Victoria and thankfully she was available on our date because I could not have done it without her! She was SO much more than just a day-of coordinator! She helped me with decor ideas, rehearsal logistics, wedding logistics, vendor management, created a detailed timeline, set-up the event, cleaned up after, and so much more! We had a large bridal party (8 groomsman and 8 bridesmaids) and she was so patient and kind with wrangling in the madness of us all! Without her and her team, our special day would have gone much different and I don’t even want to think about how unorganized and chaotic it would have been. Everything from start to finish ran so smoothly and flowed perfectly! She handled everything behind the scenes so I could relax and have a stress free day. If you’re contemplating about getting a coordinator PLEASE spend the money and get one, and hire Victoria Rose Events - You won’t regret it!

    Speechless!

    AMAZING! Speachless! I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Victoria before she began her business, and to watch her flourish into the boss wedding planner she is! I LITERALLY CANNOT thank her awesome team enough for everything! Not a single thing went wrong the entire time, from the delivery of food and flowers, to my glam squad and to the venue everything was SPOT ON!

    Victoria was a lifesaver!

    Victoria stood with us as our wedding was rescheduled several times due to COVID. She managed to keep us calm, be supportive, and get to know us better as a couple while still maintaining a professional demeanor, working tirelessly in any aspect we needed. We simply could not have pulled off the wedding of our dreams without her. Her carefully selected vendor list, attention to detail, and availability to talk, text, zoom, etc. to answer any questions we had took so much weight off of our shoulders. We are BEYOND thankful for her!
