Valentina is a dream! She was hands down the best decision we made surrounding our wedding (besides each other of course, lol!). I don't even know where to begin. She was absolutely phenomenal. When planning our wedding, I wasn't sure if we needed a coordinator but I knew I didn't want to have to worry about set up on the morning of. Boy, was I wrong! Valentina was everything that we didn't even know we needed. Contracting with her was hands down the best decision we made. She was communicative, professional, detail oriented and really personable.

In the months leading up to the wedding, Valentina met with us several times to discuss vision and details. We did several walk-throughs of the venue together. She wasn't contracted to help with planning but when I got stuck deciding on what rentals to get, she stepped in and worked directly with the rental company to ensure that what we ordered would fit our needs and look amazing. She designed all of our diagrams so we could see what it would look like and updated them as needed. She really went above and beyond and took away all of the stress.

In the month prior to the wedding she connected with every single one of our vendors to make sure they had everything they needed and knew exactly what do. She even reviewed our contracts to make sure that we didn't miss anything important! All of our vendors commented how easy it was to work with her and how she made their jobs easier. Prior to the wedding day I gave all of our decor to V for set up. I didn't have to do a single thing on the day of. When we arrived, it look magical, exactly how I wanted it. During the ceremony and reception, she made sure everything happened exactly how it was supposed to. It really was a dream and we couldn't have done it without her. We had Valentina provide month-of coordination for our wedding in July 2023 (which was actually 2 months of assistance). She was extremely helpful throughout the process, giving us lots of tips and things to think about, and we’d recommend her to anyone who needs help organizing the final details. Everything on our wedding day went smoothly, which was largely due to Valentina's comprehensive timeline and skillful coordination.
Everyone probably has some sources of stress during the wedding planning process. For us, one of these was an unresponsive vendor in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We're extremely appreciative that Valentina helped ease this stress for us by making contact with the vendor and ensuring that everything would go according to plan. She also helped us in our vendor search by providing lists of solid recommendations. In the final weeks of planning, she provided guidance on a sensible timeline for the day so as to not overwhelm the wedding party. She gave us reassurance throughout the day as well, which is needed for such a hectic event! She leaves no stone unturned and really will help you with all the details of your wedding!

It was a pleasure to work with Valentina as our wedding coordinator. We met her at a wedding expo before the coronavirus pandemic and we knew right away we wanted to work with her because she seemed genuine, soft spoken, and organized. From the very beginning, Valentina was very attentive, polite, and considerate. She scheduled in person and video meetings with us to go over the color scheme and design board for the wedding. She gave us great recommendations of vendors and great ideas for decorations. We had to postpone our wedding multiple times during the pandemic, but Valentina always kept in touch to check on how we were doing, even though she only needed to start working with us 2 months before the wedding day. Valentina was very professional, organized, and the service she provided was excellent. She really made me feel relaxed on my wedding day and I trusted her to coordinate the event, so I didn’t feel I needed to be checking on everything and super stressed. I would definitely recommend Valentina as a coordinator to other couples.

I can not begin to tell you how amazing Valentina is! She was the coordinator for our wedding and I honestly could not have had the perfect day without her. Her guidance and attention to detail is impeccable. We had originally set a date for sept of 2020 and had to cancel because of covid. After rescheduling everything Valentina helped us navigate through all the bumps in the road. She would check in with me just to make sure things were going well. She definitely was my calm in all the chaos. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. She handled all aspects and let’s us just sit back and enjoy every moment. I even had my other vendors contact me after to complement me on hiring her. That she stood out from all the coordinater they have worked with in the past. My family absolutely loved her and she really cares about her clients. I will be using her for all my up coming events in the future.

V is truly amazing.

We booked Valentina right after meeting her at a wedding expo. My husband knowing me well enough insisted that we needed a coordinator to keep me sane so I could enjoy the day. My background is in hospitality, so I tend to nitpick. This wasn't the case with V as she made sure everything was perfect for us on our special day as well as leading up to it.
She even reached out to us multiple times before our "Month of Coordination" even began to see how we were both doing. She included my husband into everything, which was very special for him as the groom. In addition to it all, we had to reschedule 3 times due to the pandemic.
