The service was great there, they were very helpful in giving us advice as to colour and styles for the myself(groom) and the groomsmen. They had us go in to the store just before closing so that they could give us their full attention and measure us right away; in and out it was great! We went in to the store 2 1/2 months before the wedding and that was plenty of time to order everything!
Our wedding was out of town so 4 days before the wedding they had us all come to make sure everything fit, and pick it all up, everything was great, no complaints from anyone.. and we all looked fantastic!!
The price was very reasonable and comparable to the other retailers out there that provide tuxedos, but i would recommmend Tuxedo Royale first.. that is all they do.. sell tuxes.. no suits, sweaters,mens wear.. just tuxes. They know their stuff and are very good at it.

We were thrilled with Tuxedo Royale. I did not use the location in Bramalea (I used the one in Burlington), and they were fabulous. They were calm, and gave helpful suggestions that enabled us to create the look we wanted. We even had an usher who was measured in and rented from Mississauga, and there wasn't a single problem there either - I was afraid we would end up with one man in the wrong vest or tie, but we didn't! The staff was easy going, and instilled a sense of confidence in us that at least this part of the wedding would go smoothly.

Overall we were happy with the service. They had a really good selection and the staff was friendly.

We had a Friday wedding, and found that they could not adapt the delivery to reflect that. We had to go with how they do things for Saturday weddings and since my husband's tux needed some minor alterations, he didn't actually get it until the morning of the wedding. Although it worked out, it was stress we didn't really need.

We also had some difficulty after the wedding. Our best man was not able to return his tux so we offered to take it back to the Hamilton location with the rest, instead of Burlington where he had picked it up. The store have my father-in-law a really hard time about this and almost didn't take it back. This didn't make any sense to us at all.

Generally we were satisfied, but found them to be quite lacking in flexibility.
