From the moment we started working with her, we knew we were in the best hands. Her professionalism, attention to detail, organization, and calm demeanor made the entire planning process and wedding day feel effortless. She anticipated needs before they arose, kept everything running on schedule, and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every single moment.

One of the best pieces of advice she gave us was to replace our original white linens with beautiful printed linens. She was absolutely right—they elevated the entire room and added so much elegance to the reception. It's just one example of her incredible eye for design and experience.

When I arrived at the venue and noticed the chair cushions were white instead of the black ones we had planned, I started to panic. April immediately reassured me, reminded me to focus on what truly mattered, and within minutes I was completely at ease. Looking back, she was right. Everything looked absolutely beautiful.

She also helped coordinate one of the most meaningful moments of our wedding—a surprise performance by my favorite singer. She handled every detail flawlessly while keeping the surprise completely under wraps. It was one of the most unforgettable moments of our lives, and we know it took an incredible amount of planning behind the scenes to make it happen.

We hired Aprill as our wedding planner through a reference and found her services to be one of the best investments in our wedding! We worked with her for about 16 months in preparation for our wedding and she walked with us through the entire wedding process including (but not limited to) finding a venue, coordinating bridesmaid dress colors, and trying to help me find my lost veil! She is extremely knowledgeable about the wedding industry as well as design and organized with our ceremony and reception. She made our vision come to life in a way that I was not even expecting and it was the most wonderful day.

Aprill and her assistant did a wonderful job during the day of our wedding making sure we were comfortable as well as had adequate water and food throughout the day. She also helped in the aftermath of the wedding with issues such as a my lost veil and an incorrect cake design. What she orchestrated was beyond what I ever could have imagined. On the day of our wedding, she took care of so many things I never would have thought of or been able to do- she made an additional boutonnière quite literally on the spot in my hotel room for my brother’s partner, she transported so many tough to carry items to the venue for us, she snagged my husband and I gelato and brought it to us on the dance floor before it ran out, and was so attentive to all of our last-minute needs. I know there are so many, many more things she took care of that went unnoticed because she is that good! Aprill and her team were the most incredible people to work with and literally saved the day during my wedding. A very last minute and unexpected rain shower minutes before our ceremony was sure to cause chaos as the ceremony and most of the reception were planned to be outside, but Aprill kicked it into high-gear and coordinated with all of the vendors to swiftly transition to Plan C and pull off the most incredible ceremony and reception. Without Aprill the wedding would have been extremely delayed and would not be the same experience. Although Aprill was my day-of coordinator, she met with me and my fiance multiple times months ahead of the wedding, answered numerous questions via email, and kept us organized and on track. I am naturally a Type A person but Aprill truly thought of every single logistic and rule of the venue making sure the wedding went off without a hitch.
