100% best planner ever

Sarah is absolutely incredible - she cares deeply and prioritizes her client’s vision. We wanted a somewhat non traditional wedding and Sarah went above and beyond to make it happen. Everyone who attended the wedding said it was the best they have been to! We can’t thank Sarah enough. 100/10 recommend!!

Sarah Transformed Our Wedding Planning Experience!

Sarah planned a business school bachelorette weekend for 75 people post-Covid, and made the entire planning process (and weekend itself!) so much fun! Sarah's organization is next-level. She managed our group chat like a pro, keeping all attendees updated on COVID protocols without causing anxiety or nervousness. She also got us an entire hotel floor + private pool access all within budget. Girl's got connections, and she is great at building relationships with new venues and vendors if she hasn't worked with before! Fastest email responses ever + always available for quick calls during our lunch breaks. Sarah did a phenomenal job and everyone left that weekend impressed and had an amazing time! Wouldn't have been possible without her planning skills! I would 10/10 recommend hiring Sarah for any of your planning needs!

The BEST wedding planner!!

Sarah is an amazing event planner! She balances professionalism and empathy to make sure your event goes perfectly! Sarah helped my fiance plan our surprise engagement party and she did such an amazing job handling all of our questions and requests. She managed everything end to end while we were living over 2500 miles away. She did an excellent job vetting and securing the venue, coordinating all of our guests, and communicating the important updates to my fiancé. We enjoyed her services immensely and were super bummed she wasn't available for our wedding weekend. I cannot recommend Sarah / Theory and Time enough- make sure to lock her down if you want to have the perfect wedding day!

What started as a perfect NYC bachelorette weekend turned into a full wedding planning journey! Sarah planned the most incredible 4-day getaway for my 7 bridesmaids, all flying in from different cities. She managed our budget brilliantly, scoring insider access to the hottest spots while keeping costs reasonable. After seeing how she handled every detail - from restaurant reservations to surprise activities - I immediately hired her for my wedding. If she could make magic happen in expensive NYC while keeping everyone happy and on budget, I knew she'd be perfect for my big day.

Sarah is the best wedding planner ever!

Working with Theory & Time for our Thun wedding was the best decision we made. Despite this being Sarah's first destination wedding, her strategic approach to planning was invaluable. She even coordinated an incredible 8-day Swiss experience for our guests, from Zurich to Zermatt and everywhere in between. She transformed complex international planning and guest logistics into a seamless process.

What truly set Sarah apart was her ability to handle unexpected challenges on our wedding day. There were unforeseen hiccups on the day of but Sarah quickly devised solutions without causing any stress to us or our guests. During the wedding rehearsal, she struck the perfect balance between meticulous attention to detail and creating a warm, supportive environment where everyone felt heard and comfortable. Her calm demeanor and quick thinking turned potential problems into smooth transitions.

Sarah worked seamlessly with our vendors with much precision and grace. Her organizational skills and proactive problem-solving approach meant we could truly enjoy both our wedding day. We love her!!
