In 3500 characters, it is difficult to describe a venue as perfect as The Venue at Orchard View Farms. I searched far and wide for a venue that was clean, simple and affordable. The Venue at Orchard View Farms was just that. The venue is beautiful and unique. It offers so many unique settings for photos and memories to be made. I booked this venue in 2019 (pre-COVID), one year after their opening. Since then, I have seen this venue evolve, detail by detail, into a beautiful setting for the perfect day. The venue will speak for itself if you take the opportunity to visit.

What you may not know is that with the venue you get Carol. Carol owns the venue with her husband and is the unspoken angel of weddings. Carol is the reason I was able to breathe on my wedding day. She is phenomenal! I did not have to question if something was done or if something was out of place. She kept everything moving and was a godsend on our day. I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Even my bridesmaids and family expressed their gratitude for her after the wedding because she was so incredible. Speaking as a person who is very Type A, Carol carried the confidence and knowledge that allowed me to pass the torch and she did not falter. She appeared intermittently, putting out fires as she went.

Now, as a COVID bride, wedding planning and postponement was beyond stressful. BUT, Carol was amazing. She worked with my husband and I to move the date and she even offered the option of a ceremony on our original date at no additional cost. She continued to provide support and encouragement for a stressed out bride for the duration of the ups and downs of wedding planning during the pandemic. I could not imagine going through this with any other vendor.

If you are looking for the perfect location and overall experience for your wedding, look no further than The Venue at Orchard View Farms! Our wedding day was nothing short of perfection. We absolutely loved working with them and we hope to utilize this venue in the future for other events and Anniversary photos!!

Carol was so easy to work with from the beginning! When the big day came, Mother Nature had plans of rain! Jackie was very reassuring and we quickly made plans to get married inside the barn and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The rain didn’t ruin our special day! Would highly recommend!

I got married here this past weekend and I can’t say enough good things about it. Carol and her husband Kevin are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and I am just so thankful to have worked with them for my wedding. Our original date was 3/21/20 and not only were we able to still get married that day we were able to postpone the big celebration to 8/22. This year has been difficult for everyone but I can’t imagine having my wedding anywhere else. The barn is so beautiful and the grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. Carol and Kevin put so much thought and hard work into every detail and I will forever be grateful for them!

I've had a fairytale wedding and It wouldn't have been possible without Carol and her husband. The Venue itself is a Beautiful setup admist of Greens. Pictures do no justice to the site, you gotto be there in person. As beautific is the place so beautiful are two amazing souls, the Owners of the Venue. I am so grateful I found this place and found such amazing host like Carol, they've just made my fairytale dream come true, exclusive to the fireworks they've done for us, which was utterly impromptu- was such a sweet gesture. Thank you Thank you so much guys! Throughout the process of wedding they've just been so amazing and helpful. It was raining on my wedding day, they've helped us set up the tent, they've helped us with decoration, food setup and every little detail. I can't thank these guys enough. We got married here on October 6, 2018. We were the first people to book with this venue and they allowed us to book prior to their grand opening, because we were in a pinch! We can't believe we ever considered having our wedding anywhere else - this place is perfect! Kevin & Carol Frazier have been so helpful throughout the entire wedding process and were always available with new ideas to ease my mind! I would recommend this place to anyone getting married who wants a stress-free day! Kevin & Carol were there throughout our entire wedding day to help out, move things, and greet the guests! All of my family and guests raved about them and how helpful they were! Thanks, Kevin & Carol, for making our day magical!

Such a beautiful venue! We had the perfect wedding day in April 2022. Carol and Kevin were awesome throughout the entire process. It made it so much easier on us that the venue provided tables, chairs, place settings, and more. Don't let the distance from Farmville scare you. We didn't end up using transportation services and none of our guests seemed to have an issue with the distance. If you are looking for a peaceful location and a stress free day, this is the venue for you!

Overall I loved the venue as it was very beautiful and very new and clean looking. Sadly though at the beginning of our wedding day as I have all of my personal items and decor laying out and trying to set the venue up for our wedding that’s in a few hours, I started to have random people showing up to the venue. Here we are on the day I paid in full to reserve the venue for my use only.. and I have what ended up being a group of anywhere between 12-16 people walking around. We then come to find out that supposedly they were there to tour the venue for their wedding day!! This was our wedding day that I paid for to reserve for only our family and friends and I have people just walking everywhere which just blew my mind. Why would I pay to reserve a place for myself if I have a tour going on! And the explanation I was given... was this is normal we usually do this... I’m sorry but I was not okay with that at all. There was no heads up of anything like this happening or even asking me if it was okay which it was not! Through reading the other reviews I also noticed others stating how they had so much help from the owners and the event coordinator while I had little to no help. About a month prior I sat down with the event coordinator to set up a timeline that she ensured she would make sure our day kept to while in the end that didn’t happen entirely. We were supposed to do a garder take off and it never happened so in that I had to stage one once basically everyone had already left. I felt like overall between the random people showing up on a day I paid to reserve and basically skipping something entirely on the timeline due to just tearing everything down as soon as people were done eating was upsetting. I was so excited for the venue and as I said it is absolutely beautiful but I was not happy with the overall professionalism.

The venue was beautiful! Nice and quiet for an intimidate wedding. The downside was the professionalism of the day of coordinator that was provided by the venue. She drank with our guest (before and during) and was not very good at making sure things were running in order and smoothly. The DJ that was provided did not come to our wedding, so he sent a replacement, but the replacement was not very good. He did not play any songs on the playlist that was provided and he did not have very good microphone control so our guest missed most of our announcements. Decently priced venue for all that they have to offer. Again, beautiful place, the professionalism was not top notch at all.
