Owners Kerwin, Beverly, Lauren, and Lindsey can't wait to share their farm and venue with couples from all across the state as they commemorate their precious milestone in Charlotte County's romantic countryside.

Facilities and Capacity

The Barn at Pine View was built out of a lifelong passion for community, family, making new friends, and sharing new experiences, and over the years, Kerwin and Beverly have expanded their beautiful farm to accommodate both intimate gatherings and elaborate affairs. Up to 340 acres of meadows, creeks, lakes, and pastures are for all nearlyweds to enjoy on the day they say, "I do," and serve as a sensational backdrop for open-air ceremonies and wedding pictures. After the vows, couples and their guests can retreat to the lake-view porch and toast over celebratory drinks in the warmth of a cozy stone fireplace or take a stroll around the farm and make their acquaintance with the local fauna. Receptions can take place in the climate-controlled timber frame barn, which features a bar, a full commercial kitchen for farm-fresh catering, and up to 9,000 square feet of event space for 300 guests. Country-chic accommodations are conveniently located just a short distance from the barn, so sweethearts and their out-of-town guests can wind down and enjoy a blissful overnight stay once the evening draws to an end.
