We could not recommend The Fishin' Pig enough! From the start of the booking process, to the wedding day, they have been such a great vendor to work with. They were very responsive to all of the questions/changes we made along the way, helpful with bar quantities, the food was delicious (we had so many compliments from our guests,) and overall extremely nice people to work with. The staff they sent out on our wedding day were also to nicest, most helpful people. We highly recommend The Fishin' Pig!

I really enjoyed working with Nikki with Fishin' Pig during the wedding planning process and day of. We had so many questions and needed quite a few recommendations, and she gladly helped with everything we asked. On top of that, she was very quick to respond and extremely thorough. The food was wonderful and the staff were kind and professional. They were able to work within our budget, which was a huge plus!

I hired the Norfolk location to cater my wedding and would highly recommend. They were super responsive to all of my questions and provided very detailed responses. My guests raved about how good the food was. They also provided an excellent bartender for my wedding. They went above and beyond their duties and helped with our dessert table and pre-ceremony beverages. Very impressive!

You can't go wrong with this incredible catering team! They were all so kind and helpful. They made my guests smile and made the day go so smoothly. But just as important, THE FOOD! OH MY GOD! It was TO DIE for. The food was delicious, guests were going back for their 4th and 5th plates. Friends were asking to keep leftovers. Other vendors were commenting that it was some of the best food they have ever had at a wedding. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Nick and I absolutely loved it and the extra special touch of leaving a catering tray filled with a little bit of everything just for the bride and groom was so thoughtful and special. Not only is the food phenomenal, but the customer service and overall professionalism of every single one of the staff sets this company apart. Nikki is so responsive and was always willing to go above and beyond answering any and all of my questions. I am still getting compliments about the food at the wedding and I would book this catering company over and over again. YUM!

We used The Fishin' Pig to cater our wedding. We wanted a buffet style BBQ dinner and they delivered. We had 2 different types of BBQ'ed meat, mac & cheese, roasted vegetables, and jalapeno cornbread and everything was delicious! They were extremely easy to work with and responsive. Nikki with the Farmville location helped answer every question I had and checked in with me multiple times to make sure the planning was going well and that I didn't need anything from them as a vendor. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for casual but delicious food for their wedding.

The Fishin' Pig was so easy to work with and their food was delicious, everyone raved about it and asked to take left overs home with them! We cannot wait to go back to the restaurant to try more of their creations!

By far the best choice we made was choosing The Fishin’ Pig to cater our wedding. Nikki & her team were so easy to work with and their food alone speaks for itself! We received many compliments on how wonderful the food and service was! They were also able to provide us with a specific kids menu at 1/2 price as well!! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable caterer with mouthwatering food for their big day! :)
