I am so thankful I found Diane and Mama's Caboose! I couldn't find a caterer in my price range and was near desperation. Diane and her staff stayed in my price range and provided a fantastic menu with gluten free and vegan options. They are super busy so can be hard to get ahold of but I'm so happy they were available to cater our reception!!

At first, we were frustrated with the communication/organization. Although I need to preface the situation by saying, they were opening a new restaurant and expanding their catering business. We had to have many conversations about the service. It took us a couple months to finally get some things that we had spoken many times over the phone about, written down and solidified. However, as soon as that was done, it was smooth sailing from there on out. Diane and her team worked with our budget and met us at a price we could afford and still have excellent service the day of the wedding. Her team was on time, professional, helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious! We heard many great compliments about the food for days after!

Did not show up for the planned meeting a week before the ceremony and said she wrote down the wrong time. Very difficult to get in touch with before the wedding. Ran out of food early on and my guest count was spot on. Blamed it on guests eating large portions and did not offer any type of resolution. Absolutely would not recommend.
