The Plantation Party House is a wedding venue located just 20 minutes from downtown Rochester in Spencerport, New York. Situated on 25 private acres and flanked by a large multi-level deck, the banquet hall at this house is an ideal venue for wedding ceremonies and receptions in upstate New York. It has been operated by the Zamiara family since 1967, who focus on one wedding at a time to give it the care it deserves.

The recently redecorated dining room, bar area, and dance floor at this venue are neutrally colored, allowing them to work neatly with any color scheme. Ceremonies are often held in the gazebo on the grounds, where guests can be surrounded by the regularly maintained rolling lawns. Indoor facilities are air-conditioned, to ensure guests can remain comfortable. The banquet hall can hold up to 325 guests, with three of its walls covered in windows for an abundance of natural light. The grounds also feature a pond and landscaped garden, perfect for wedding pictures. A parking lot is situated close to the property for guests’ convenience. This venue is wheelchair-accessible.
