History

500 Seneca is a dynamic mixed-use development located at the edge of Buffalo's emerging Hydraulics District.

The project involves the adaptive reuse of the historic former factory and offices of the F.N. Burt Company, which at one time was the world's largest manufacturer of paper boxes.

Facilities and Capacity

With its soaring ceilings, three-story skylights, exposed brick and ducts, and elegant lighting fixtures, the Atrium is a vibrant and unique setting to host your ceremony and reception. With an open floor plan and no strict policies, you can fully customize the space to your vision. The room can accommodate 175 loved ones for a seated affair and up to 250 for a cocktail-style event. You'll also have access to comfortable wedding suites, where you can get ready before the special day.

The talented events staff at The Atrium will work closely with you throughout the planning stages to ensure you have everything you need for a seamless celebration. Your wedding package will include the use of the existing furniture onsite, lobby signage, and event security.
