The Loft on Front is a unique event space located in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington. With vintage charm and modern style it is the perfect place to host your next event. This intimate space is ideal for rehearsal dinners, birthday and holiday parties, office luncheons, corporate events and more.

We are also excited to offer The Loft on Front as a bridal suite for brides and bridesmaids to get ready for the walk down the aisle. You can reserve the space for the day of the wedding to relax and sip champagne. We have created a beautiful space just for brides to have their hair and makeup done and the vintage charm of The Loft on Front is the perfect backdrop for photography on your special day. The suite includes a dedicated area for hair stylists and make up artists, large mirrors with styling chairs, stands, lounge area, flat screen TV and a kitchen area.

Bring in your own caterer and beer/wine for your event. We have tables and chairs to accommodate 50 guests for seated events and up to 60 people for cocktail and networking events.
