I would highly recommend this venue. It is beautiful and Ray is the best. We had my son’s rehearsal dinner there and Ray always went out of his way to make sure everything was good and it was GREAT. Thank you Ray. You are so kind and simply the best. I encourage anyone to look At this venue. You will not be disappointed.

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was the perfect size space for a smaller intimate crowd of around 40 guests. We were very grateful to find a space that allowed our family to cater the dinner and make the night uniquely us. Belle Vue is an absolutely beautiful and versatile space. Thank you Ray for a magical night!!

The Loft on Front is a dream come true for anybody that wants a beautiful venue to host a glamorous event. The tall ceilings, huge windows, and historic features provide the perfect ambiance and setting for any party. I was fortunate enough to work with the owner Ray Baca to plan an engagement party for my best friend. His professionalism is only exceeded by his ability to treat you like a life long friend. He was always available by phone or email if I had any questions and always made me feel like no request was too large. The venue itself is a unique treasure to Wilmington. Located in historic downtown, you not only have a spectacular view while at The Loft but the added benefit of being close to hotels and local restaurants. The Loft is larger and more spacious than you would imagine. We comfortably entertained around 50+, with room for catering, music and a photo booth. There is also a built in bar and for those looking for a place to get ready on the big day, a beautiful bridal suite. This is a must see not only for brides, but those needing a lovely location for a shower, birthday party, rehearsal dinner, or even meeting space. I should also mention that the multi-talented Ray will be the engagement and wedding photographer. One stop shop!!!

The Loft on Front is the perfect space for any event and as a bridesmaid and attendee at Lane Cuthrell's engagement party a few weeks ago I was blown away by its beauty and ideal design for any social event. The decor is gorgeous and naturally elegant and the location is perfect...parking was easy and close and there are numerous hotels, restaurants, and bars nearby. Ray was so wonderful to work with during the entire event and made sure everything was perfect for the party. Thank you for a beautiful and memorable night and I can't wait to go back to The Loft on Front in July for more wedding festivities!

The owner Ray Baca is a longtime popular and well respected vendor within the Wilmington NC community. He is not only a wonderful photographer, but one of the most genuine souls that treats you like you're a part of his own family.
When I first got engaged, he was the first person that came to mind when I thought of my photography and a place to host my wedding events. Ray and The Loft on Front have exceeded all of my dreams and expectations. My engagement party was on January 24th and I still friends and relatives calling me to rave and gush over the venue.
Located in a prime area of historic downtown Wilmington, it has everything from exposed beams, large windows, incredible views and even a built in bar :) I can't imagine any other place that could compare. In addition to the engagement party, I have also booked the Loft as the location for where my bridal party and I will get ready for my wedding day. Another incredible perk of booking The Loft is that it has an amazing built in Bridal Suite complete with salon style seating, tall ornate mirrors and a spectacular chandelier. This is a must see and something you should treat yourself to as a bride.
Ray's professionalism and generosity has made wedding planning such a fun, exciting and enjoyable process.

We rented the Belle Vue for our wedding weekend Welcome party and it was absolutely FANTASTIC ! When I saw this venue during our local wedding event (Courtyards & Cobblestones) I just loved it right away. Not only is this venue gorgeous and portryas the personality of Wilmington so well - Ray was awesome to work with! He stayed through the whole party to assist us - took care of everything - and our guests loved him! Can't say enough what a GREAT choice of venue this is!!!

I was on the fence about booking a place JUST to get ready in, but I can honestly say my day would not have been the same if I hadn't booked The Loft. The owners dropped in multiple times to check on me and make sure I was having a great time. It was perfectly set up for hair and makeup, in addition to being one of the most beautiful spaces for pictures. The lighting was perfect and I loved that the windows overlooked Front Street. Everything was set up for us and I felt like a celebrity VIP. It was even close enough to walk to my venue from! Between the sweetness of the owners, the functionality of the space, and the beauty of it, this venue could not have been more perfect. This really allowed me to start my wedding day off in a cloud of perfection. I felt like a princess and this place is worth every penny (if not double.) It is a steal at their current pricing and the money supports local owners that really care about their brides having a perfect day.

We only had our ceremony at the loft. We had a beach wedding planned October 4th but hurricane Joaquin made that impossible so we had to change our plans. While we the parents of the bride were trying to find a place the bride was getting her trail hair appointment done and they recommended calling the Loft. So we did and they worked with us and saved our wedding! It is a beautiful space for a wedding. They were very friendly, helpful with suggestions, and there to help with whatever we needed. We had twenty four hours to replan our ceremony and they made it happen. Our family and friends are still commenting on what a awesome place it was and how friendly they were. Thanks again for saving our day and making it a great day to rember!

Ray was a dream to work with and SO accommodating! His intern, Katie, was also so nice and helpful. They are both laid back but very professional and more than willing to help with whatever they can. The day of the rehearsal dinner my MOH and I were running around trying to unload our carload of things and without even asking Ray just began helping us. The space in the Loft is much larger and more beautiful in person, you definitely have to check it out for your next event! I also booked the space for our bridal suite the day of the wedding and that too was a great experience. Everything was such a smooth process and the pricing is very reasonable.
