Fabulous, elegant, and amazing service. From start to finish of my wedding Belle Vue has sparked my wedding into a stunning event. When I first visited for a viewing I was drawn by the chic modern look of the place, with a touch of brick walls. And the flooring also makes the wedding photos pop, they have pretty chandeliers. Belle Vue includes tables and beautiful black chairs. My favorite part was how the venue manager set up all the layout in advance of my arrival time and how he came to escort me to my father right before I walked down the isle. His services is spectacular. So friendly and so considerate. Even during my entire pre-wedding preparation stage. Was always communicative and answered all my questions in detail. I highly recommend Belle Vue if you would like to have a wedding of a lifetime.

This location and Ray are the most amazing combination. Not only is Ray awesome but the space is absolutely gorgeous without having to do anything to it, it speaks for itself. If you're having a smaller wedding I would 100% use Belle Vue and Ray. He will make your wedding perfect and minimize all of the wedding stress! I plan on using Belle Vue over and over again for events which makes it special and I know our guests felt the same. Thank you so much for making our ceremony and wedding SO perfect.

We used Belle Vue for our Rehearsal Brunch, and it was perfect for our intimate party. Ray (the owner) went above and beyond throughout the day. He was playing music, and even serving us mimosas and helping clean up! We were also able to select our own catering company, bring champagne and decorate how we wanted. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about having our rehearsal at Belle Vue.

I would highly recommend this venue. It is beautiful and Ray is the best. We had my son’s rehearsal dinner there and Ray always went out of his way to make sure everything was good and it was GREAT. Thank you Ray. You are so kind and simply the best. I encourage anyone to look At this venue. You will not be disappointed.

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was the perfect size space for a smaller intimate crowd of around 40 guests. We were very grateful to find a space that allowed our family to cater the dinner and make the night uniquely us. Belle Vue is an absolutely beautiful and versatile space. Thank you Ray for a magical night!!

Ray was great about letting us do our own thing and even helped out bartend. His venue is gorgeous with amazing views of wilmington. My guests loved the location.

My mom had booked Belle Vue for my bridal suite so I had not seen it in person until the morning of the wedding. When I walked in, I was amazed by how beautiful it was- even better than the pictures that I had seen online. The windows let in so much natural light (even on a rainy day), it was just so bright and cheery and the perfect way to start the day. The place is perfect for the bridal party to get ready- there's two bathrooms, a bar, chairs and tables for perching, chairs and mirrors for hair and makeup, and even hooks to hang up all of the dresses. The best part of the entire day though was Ray!! I was blown away by his kindness and attentiveness. Even the simplest things, like reminding me to take my hair tie off my wrist before I walked out the door, were lifesavers. Ray made sure everything went smoothly and without him, my morning would have been a lot more stressful. I HIGHLY recommend Belle Vue for your bridal suite! Thank you, Ray!!!

Everything went well with the open house and speaking with the owner, Ray. He and his team were so charismatic and outgoing. Open to my ideas and pitched some of their own to help my vision. I'm so to have secured this Venue!

I cannot put into words how amazing The Loft on Front was for our rehearsal dinner!! From the first meeting with Ray we hit it off. He's such a nice and fun guy I just knew that he would make my rehearsal dinner dreams come true, and that he did! We met again the week of the rehearsal dinner and to say I was under prepared is the understatement of the year... But Ray walked me through everything to double check and made sure we were ready to go! We also had work the event the and he had everything set up perfectly and everyone just loved him! The space was beautiful, the decorations you can rent are great, and the price was just right! Thank you so much Ray for a fantastic night... you put everything in motion for a great wedding weekend and we could not be more thankful!!

Our day of coordinator put us in touch with Ray for a very last minute ceremony site change due to uncooperative weather. From the very first phone call, Ray was such a pleasure. So positive and accommodating, and easy to work with. He helped save our day, and we will forever remember his kindness! The venue itself was lovely & was such a beautiful setting for an intimate ceremony. Even though this was our Plan B, I think it turned out even better than our Plan A could have. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking.

Booking my bridal suite at Belle Vue was one of the best decisions I made in the planning process! Before I had even thought of a bridal suite, my girls and I were planning to get ready at a beach rental where family was staying. I am so glad that my husband and I went to Courtyards and Cobblestones and had the opportunity to meet Ray and tour Belle Vue. We had an instant connection and booked the suite on the spot and stayed to chat with Ray. He is a one-in-a-million person with such a big heart and even bigger personality! In addition, the space is absolutely gorgeous and every inch was utilized when getting ready on the big day. When my ladies and I arrived that morning, there was a bucket of ice with orange juice for mimosas waiting, in addition to "beauty stations" being crafted across from the beautiful bar top. Ray had the best soundtrack playing all day (Summer Hip-Hop BBQ) and was extremely kind and attentive to me and my girls. He made sure that the bathroom and vanity were stocked with all the supplies a bridal party should need before the wedding, which was helpful when we were in a pinch. He helped ensure that any stress I was feeling melted away as soon as I walked through the door by creating such a fun and relaxing environment. Ray is a wonderful individual and an equally amazing owner of a gorgeous venue. I would HIGHLY recommend Belle Vue for any and all events in Wilmington, especially as a bridal suite!

I used Belle Vue as a bridal suite the morning of my wedding. It was absolutely perfect! I had planned on getting ready in the bed and breakfast I was staying at in Wilmington, but then found out they did not allow hairspray. So I reached out to my wedding coordinator who recommended Belle Vue. Belle Vue was soooo much better than a hotel room! My bridesmaids and I had a blast! The owner is so nice and thought of everything we would need. The venue had full size mirrors, hair and makeup chairs, bar stools (the whole bar was recently redone), champagne glasses, an ice bucket and ice for the champagne, a mini fridge, dressing room, and the bathroom had a bunch of little things like bobby pins and mouthwash! There is also an ipod connected to speakers playing music the whole time! It was so fun to hang out there with my girls and the pictures there are beautiful!!! There was even hooks for my dress and the bridesmaids dresses!

My husband and I were both fortunate enough to have the Loft on Front and Ray's other space Belle Vue to get ready on the day of our wedding. I fell in love with this space the minute I saw it last year. For months and months, I told everyone about how beautiful the Loft was and how excited I was to use it as a bridal suite on the day of my wedding. Both spaces are breathtaking and are perfectly set up for large wedding parties. From beginning to end Ray was incredible and exceeded all of my expectations. He was so helpful in keeping everyone on time and ensuring that my photographers captured some can't miss moments. My husband has not stopped raving about the little details that Ray thought of from ESPN on the tv to him running to our suite to make sure one of the groomsmen who didn't eat pork was taken care of. I am so grateful for Ray and all that he did for us on our wedding day!!

We rented the Belle Vue for our wedding weekend Welcome party and it was absolutely FANTASTIC ! When I saw this venue during our local wedding event (Courtyards & Cobblestones) I just loved it right away. Not only is this venue gorgeous and portryas the personality of Wilmington so well - Ray was awesome to work with! He stayed through the whole party to assist us - took care of everything - and our guests loved him! Can't say enough what a GREAT choice of venue this is!!!

We used The Loft for an upscale party we were hosting with 49 people. We had an amazing time! Throughout the entire process, Ray, the owner, was easy and fun to work with. He even helped us get one of his photographers to photograph the event at a great rate. The space is a beautiful blank canvas that you can use and decorate any way you want. I would highly recommend using this space for an intimate dinner party or larger party. It works great for both! We had the event careered and that made the entire process so simple!

I love this space so much that I plan on also getting ready there on my wedding morning! We plan on doing a yoga class together in The Loft before getting ready for the day. I know this venue is exactly what we need to make our day go smoothly!

We used The Loft on Front for our rehearsal dinner, and the space was absolutely perfect! Ray was so helpful from beginning to end and truly made the night wonderful! He helped my family get the space ready while we were at the rehearsal and even stayed that night to bartend!! He made the night such a blast and we are so grateful for all his help! I would absolutely recommend using The Loft for all events!!

I was on the fence about booking a place JUST to get ready in, but I can honestly say my day would not have been the same if I hadn't booked The Loft. The owners dropped in multiple times to check on me and make sure I was having a great time. It was perfectly set up for hair and makeup, in addition to being one of the most beautiful spaces for pictures. The lighting was perfect and I loved that the windows overlooked Front Street. Everything was set up for us and I felt like a celebrity VIP. It was even close enough to walk to my venue from! Between the sweetness of the owners, the functionality of the space, and the beauty of it, this venue could not have been more perfect. This really allowed me to start my wedding day off in a cloud of perfection. I felt like a princess and this place is worth every penny (if not double.) It is a steal at their current pricing and the money supports local owners that really care about their brides having a perfect day.

We used The Loft on Front for our rehearsal dinner, and we were very pleased with how everything turned out. The venue is beautifully done, and we loved that the charm of historic downtown Wilmington is represented there. Ray did a wonderful job taking care of every detail! We didn't have to worry about anything the entire night. He made sure that we and our guests were well taken care of, and that the food and bar were set up beautifully, and kept up all night. I only wish I had been able to use the venue to get ready for my wedding, as it is perfectly suited to the day-of preparations as well. Unfortunately, another bride beat me to it, so I had to settle for a boring hotel room instead. I highly recommend The Loft on Front! Just be sure to book early so you don't miss out. :)

We only had our ceremony at the loft. We had a beach wedding planned October 4th but hurricane Joaquin made that impossible so we had to change our plans. While we the parents of the bride were trying to find a place the bride was getting her trail hair appointment done and they recommended calling the Loft. So we did and they worked with us and saved our wedding! It is a beautiful space for a wedding. They were very friendly, helpful with suggestions, and there to help with whatever we needed. We had twenty four hours to replan our ceremony and they made it happen. Our family and friends are still commenting on what a awesome place it was and how friendly they were. Thanks again for saving our day and making it a great day to rember!

First and foremost Ray is an absolute a pleasure to work with. The Loft on Front is such a beautiful, hidden gem in Downtown Wilmington. We had our rehearsal dinner and the next morning booked the Loft for our bridal suite. We had around 60 people at our rehearsal with 50 seats along with couches and cocktails tables and had PLENTY of room! You are able to bring in your own vendors which is great. The day of the wedding getting ready there was so much room for hair and makeup to set up. There were places for all of the dresses to be hung up which was great for all of our bridesmaids. The whole weekend the Loft on Front really made our wedding much simpler for all of our guests being close to our hotel and many other attractions. It is extremely reasonable too. We loved the Loft on Front and would definitely recommend this space for any event!!

First thing's first, Ray is the absolute best. I rented his bridal suite for my GIANT wedding party (we're talking, me, 11 bridesmaids, and three moms) to get ready the day of my wedding, and it was PERFECT! The salon-style chairs and open, airy room with giant windows (that are made so no one can see inside and only people can see out of) were perfect for the hair stylists and make-up artists to work their magic on so many ladies in a short amount of time. Ray popped in multiple times (respectfully) to make sure everything was going well and see if we needed anything, and he was so upbeat and helpful the whole time! We also took advantage of a minimal cost add-on where he provided dishes, silverware, bottled water, and bottles of champagne, so all we had to do was grab a couple of sandwich and fruit trays for snacking, and we were good to go! It was totally worth it and such a nice additional luxury to make sure everyone was as relaxed as possible and bridesmaids weren't running around doing errands when they were supposed to be getting ready. And it cannot be overlooked that the furnishings are beautiful (exposed wood and brick, beautiful white furniture, giant full-length mirrors), making this space a PERFECT background for the bridal "getting-ready" photos. Absolutely gorgeous. And couple that with a smart and personable owner in Ray, and you've got a great combination. I highly, highly recommend!

The Loft on Front is a dream come true for anybody that wants a beautiful venue to host a glamorous event. The tall ceilings, huge windows, and historic features provide the perfect ambiance and setting for any party. I was fortunate enough to work with the owner Ray Baca to plan an engagement party for my best friend. His professionalism is only exceeded by his ability to treat you like a life long friend. He was always available by phone or email if I had any questions and always made me feel like no request was too large. The venue itself is a unique treasure to Wilmington. Located in historic downtown, you not only have a spectacular view while at The Loft but the added benefit of being close to hotels and local restaurants. The Loft is larger and more spacious than you would imagine. We comfortably entertained around 50+, with room for catering, music and a photo booth. There is also a built in bar and for those looking for a place to get ready on the big day, a beautiful bridal suite. This is a must see not only for brides, but those needing a lovely location for a shower, birthday party, rehearsal dinner, or even meeting space. I should also mention that the multi-talented Ray will be the engagement and wedding photographer. One stop shop!!!

The Loft on Front is the perfect space for any event and as a bridesmaid and attendee at Lane Cuthrell's engagement party a few weeks ago I was blown away by its beauty and ideal design for any social event. The decor is gorgeous and naturally elegant and the location is perfect...parking was easy and close and there are numerous hotels, restaurants, and bars nearby. Ray was so wonderful to work with during the entire event and made sure everything was perfect for the party. Thank you for a beautiful and memorable night and I can't wait to go back to The Loft on Front in July for more wedding festivities!

I'll begin by saying that there aren't enough words to describe how perfect, beautiful and charming The Loft on Front is!
The owner Ray Baca is a longtime popular and well respected vendor within the Wilmington NC community. He is not only a wonderful photographer, but one of the most genuine souls that treats you like you're a part of his own family.
When I first got engaged, he was the first person that came to mind when I thought of my photography and a place to host my wedding events. Ray and The Loft on Front have exceeded all of my dreams and expectations. My engagement party was on January 24th and I still friends and relatives calling me to rave and gush over the venue.
Located in a prime area of historic downtown Wilmington, it has everything from exposed beams, large windows, incredible views and even a built in bar :) I can't imagine any other place that could compare. In addition to the engagement party, I have also booked the Loft as the location for where my bridal party and I will get ready for my wedding day. Another incredible perk of booking The Loft is that it has an amazing built in Bridal Suite complete with salon style seating, tall ornate mirrors and a spectacular chandelier. This is a must see and something you should treat yourself to as a bride.
Ray's professionalism and generosity has made wedding planning such a fun, exciting and enjoyable process.

We were blessed to have Katie work with us! She was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond. Me and all the ladies got ready here in the morning and, in between that and the ceremony, Katie set up everything beautifully! She even saved the day by running down the road to buy some suspenders since I forgot to pick them up! I would recommend The Loft of Front to anyone who needed a beautiful, intimate space! I would also highly recommend Meg from Baca Photography for any of your photography needs! Ray, you have done a great job building your team! Thank you for everything!
