Floriana offers an unforgettable event experience, with its beautiful, centuries-old, Georgian-style mansion and sprawling grounds nestled amongst lush greenery. Located just 25 miles north of Boston, the estate is situated alongside the beautiful Ipswich River and provides an elegant backdrop for your event.

Floriana sets the scene for your wedding day with the unique ability – unlike any other venue in the area – to comfortably seat up to 200 guests indoors in the Ballroom. Set at the back of a long drive and nestled amongst lush arbor and greenery, the estate boasts plenty of privacy. The vintage architectural detailing throughout the interior of the mansion offers richness, beauty, and character. Its gleaming hardwood floors, sparkling crystal chandeliers, three grand fireplaces, and charming French doors that overlook the gardens create an atmosphere of elegance. A grand stairway completes the air of sophistication providing a romantic place for photographs and a magnificent entrance.

Floriana is ideally suited for groups of 80-140 guests during the months of November to April. Additionally, our Tidewater Sailcloth tent offers a perfect space for larger gatherings, accommodating groups from 125-235 guests from May to October.
