Beautiful Venue and Incredible Coordinator Team

Brittany, Kelsey and the entire Floriana team were absolutely incredible to work with. From our initial tour, we knew the venue was exactly what we were looking for. It is a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor spaces to allow the day to flow nicely. We also loved and took full advantage of the getting ready spaces which accommodated all our bridal party and family members.

Throughout the planning process, Brittany was always available for questions and always had the best advice when we needed it.

On our actual wedding day, Brittany truly went above and beyond to make it the most perfect day we could have asked for. With rain all week long, we had to pivot in the morning to an indoor ceremony but Brittany and the team worked tirelessly to make sure it was going to be picture-perfect. While it wasn't what we had planned it looked beautiful and was a huge relief to know Brittany had it all under control and we didn't need to worry about a thing.

About 30 minutes before guest arrival, the sun had come out enough to allow for the outdoor ceremony and Brittany quickly made the call that we could pull off a last minute change. The team flipped the spaces in what we assume was record time.

We could not be more grateful to have had such a wonderful team supporting us for our wedding day - we truly had to worry about nothing once we arrived at the venue. It was a magical day and we cannot thank the team enough!

Best Wedding Ever

Brittany and the Floriana team are incredible and you will be so thrilled if you book with them. First, the venue: Floriana is gorgeous inside and out; my husband and I fell in love with it immediately. Even the drive out to the venue is adorable with a mix of colonial and cape cod-style homes. You have several choices of both ceremony and reception sites. We had our ceremony in the upper garden, the cocktail hour in the tent (with heaters we rented through Floriana; needed in early May), and the reception inside the beautiful ballroom.

Our contact person and day-of coordinator was Brittany; WE LOVE HER. She was so enthusiastic about our wedding every time we spoke with her, and incredibly organized. The best example of her help was how she handled the tenuous weather forecast. On the morning of the wedding, she texted us both about the forecast, which was showing on and off rain. She told us the situation (the lower lawn, our original ceremony plan, was too wet for guests, even if rain stopped) and immediately told us her preferred solution (setting up both the upper garden and the tent for the ceremony, then deciding later). The weather kept changing throughout the day but Brittany kept us updated and always brought the best solution, making our choices easy and letting us focus on having fun. Brittany and the staff were so incredible that they literally were able to move all the ceremony chairs from the tent to the upper garden only 15 minutes from the ceremony start time because the sun finally came out!

That brings me to the staff; every staff member was so professional, kind, and organized. We never had a long line at the bar, every table was taken care of by their server, and they even did a great job “shepherding” the guests between the different locations. The room was set up so beautifully and thoughtfully, with every detail in its right place. They were also great at handling all of our DIY items (my husband painted every table number and multiple signs, I drew our guests’ faces on their escort cards, my dad made and bottled maple syrup for table favors, etc.).

The food was excellent, everyone especially loved the chicken with Chimichurri. They were able to make 2 custom dishes from Puerto Rico, my husband’s home (queso frito with guava sauce, and pernil pork on tostones). They also accommodated our special cocktails (cucumber martini and painkiller) which were delicious!

I could go on and on about Floriana. To sum it up, they made sure that our day was absolutely incredible without needing us to worry about anything (even the weather). I should mention we are a gay couple and while some “traditional wedding settings” can feel intimidating or unwelcoming to us, Floriana always made us feel loved, accepted, and deserving of our special day. Highly recommend the Floriana!!!!

The Floriana was absolutely stunning, and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our special day. From the beautiful location to the incredible atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations.

The staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything feel seamless and stress-free. The food was fantastic — our guests are still talking about how great everything was!

A special thank you to our wedding coordinator, Amber, who did an amazing job making sure every detail was perfect. She truly helped make our day so special, and we are incredibly grateful for all of her hard work and support. Even when my bustle broke Kelsey and Amber were on it and immediately ran over to help and fix it.

We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding experience!

Best venue ever!

We are still completely blown away by our experience with Floriana for our September wedding. From the moment guests arrived, it felt special. The ambiance of the entire property was stunning: the tent was beautiful, the grounds were immaculate, the fire pit created the perfect cozy vibe, and the black-and-white elevated dance floor truly took everything to the next level. And people still talk about how lavish it felt being welcomed with cocktails/dirty martinis on platters outside the mansion.

Every vendor the venue recommended was incredible, including the florals and band, with every detail coming together seamlessly, which speaks volumes to the level of care and thought they put into their partnerships. Because of the venue’s impeccable service, organization, and attention to detail, we really didn't even need the wedding planner!

Pricing was very reasonable for the level of quality, service, and overall experience we received. We felt so taken care of from start to finish, and the end result exceeded every expectation we had. We are truly so grateful and honestly wish we could do it all over again. If you’re considering this venue-do it. You won’t regret it for a second.

Such an amazing venue!

Stop reading this review right now and book Floriana! The staff is incredible, the venue is beautiful, and the food is delicious. We loved working with Kelsey, who made all of the logistics leading up to our wedding very easy and stress free. We also loved that they coordinated everything on our wedding day so that we could be 100% in the moment. Additionally, Floriana’s vendor list is amazing and we really liked all of the vendors we worked with, mainly from their list. The waitstaff is fantastic and highly professional. They do a great job of maintaining the grounds so that they are seasonal and beautiful any time of the year, rain or shine. We could not recommend this venue more highly!

Wedding of my dreams

This is not an exaggeration—August 31, 2025, was exactly how I had dreamt it would be, all thanks to the incredible team at Floriana. From my very first venue tour with Jenna to the big day itself, I truly enjoyed working with every single staff member. There wasn’t a single item on my wish list that went unaccommodated.

We’ve received endless compliments on how sophisticated and unique the venue was, how delicious the food tasted, and how lovely the entire evening felt. I also have to say, booking the getting-ready space for the morning of was the best decision ever—the bridal suite was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and perfectly lit for photos and makeup.

I cannot thank Brittany enough for her hard work on the day of and for her flexibility and support leading up to our wedding.

The perfect wedding venue!

My husband and I had our wedding at Floriana on September 12 and it was the absolute best day of my life! Our coordinator Brittany went above and beyond all day and night. Not only was she so fun to work and plan with, but she made our day of absolutely perfect. The venue is simply stunning with the best lighting, and the food is AMAZING. I truly can’t thank the entire team at Floriana enough for making our dreams come true.

Best venue ever!

My husband and I attended a friend’s wedding here in 2024 and immediately fell in love with the Floriana!!! We had the chance to work with much of the staff at one point or another from the time we decided to get married here up until our wedding day (shoutout Kelsey, Brittany, Amber, Jenna, Chef Ryan). They are ALL phenomenal at their jobs!!!!
We got married in September 2025 in the sculpted garden (gorgeous & intimate) and had our reception under the tent- obsessed with every space here! The getting ready suites were plenty of room for myself and my 8 bridesmaids as well as my grandmother and mom. (plenty of room for the boys too) - from the moment we arrived on wedding day we were met with help getting things inside and hanging my dress which was a warm welcome! Every vendor we booked also had and shared pleasant experiences with the Floriana team and grounds. (some preferred/previous vendors of theirs and others not!)
Our day of coordinator Brittany absolutely CRUSHED it- she was helpful with every single small detail and email throughout my entire planning experience, she truly bent over backwards for us, made us feel so cared for and important (even though there was literally 4 events that weekend!!!!) and was exactly what I needed on our wedding day. She, along with other team members, kept things rolling smoothly, listened to every single request I had, and we had so much fun together! I would have to say the day of coordinator included is literally the BEST part of booking here- along with the amazing food, rest of the friendly staff, and absolutely GORGEOUS grounds/building.
Even our tasting experience was so fun & totally worth the money! I truly don’t have enough good things to say. All of the little details every bride thinks and worries about were taken care of- I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!! I would do it all over again a million times if i had the chance 🥰

Dream wedding venue

I got married in August 2025 and cannot thank Floriana enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. Everything went smoothly and truly felt like a dream come true. Amber was incredible to work with during the planning process—always responsive, helpful, and organized—and she managed the wedding day with such ease that we felt completely at peace. Amber, Kelsey, and the rest of the Floriana team were so supportive throughout the night and made sure us and our families had everything we needed (drinks, food, etc.). The food was outstanding (thank you Chef Ryan) and our guests are still raving about the appetizers, entrées, and bar service. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and hardworking. Floriana is such a beautiful venue and we are beyond grateful to the entire team for giving us the best night of our lives!! Highly recommend having your wedding here as it will be the most special night of your life!!

A dream come true!

My husband and I had our wedding at Floriana this August, and we truly could not have imagined a more perfect experience. From the very first visit to the big day itself, everything was beyond incredible.
Jenna & Kelsey made the booking process easy and stress-free, and it only got better from there! During the many months leading up to the wedding, Amber and Kelsey answered every single question I had and helped me iron out every single detail. Then when we sat down with Amber for our planning meeting we felt like we simply had a couple of loose ends to tie up, which Amber helped us do! She kept everything organized and accessible on their planning software, so when the day finally came, we were ready to go!
The venue is absolutely stunning — every corner feels magical, elegant, and beautifully maintained. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how gorgeous everything was, from the sculpted garden to the mansion to the tent! Every corner of the property is immaculate! And those prep suites upstairs…unbelieveable!! Not only are they gorgeous and comfortable, but they have all the space in the world to spread out. We kept all our belongings up there all night, and I had everything I needed to change into my second dress!!
And we can’t forget the food! I haven’t gotten feedback from guests that hasn’t included a compliment on the food! Every single thing we picked from the menu was out of this world (cocktails included!). Our guests left full and happy!
One of the things that truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. The coordination by Amber was flawless — every little detail was handled with such care and precision that all we had to do was show up and soak in every moment. It was clear that the team knows exactly what they’re doing, and they do it with heart.
As someone who has worked in hospitality and event planning for over 10 years, I can’t even begin to tell you the value of good staff. To feel taken care of by them on my wedding day was a feeling that you can’t put a price on. I was able to put everything in Amber’s hands and just be the bride!!
Thanks to Floriana, our wedding day was stress-free, full of joy, and completely unforgettable. We feel so lucky to have celebrated the most important day of our lives here. If you’re considering this venue — stop thinking and book it. You’ll be so glad you did.

Truly spectacular!

My husband and I just held our wedding at Floriana a week ago and it was truly spectacular!! An Absolute Dream

I cannot stress enough what a positive experience my husband and I had with Floriana and their team. We loved working with Kelsey and Brittany throughout the process of planning. They have a great system, easy to follow steps and they're both very helpful and quick to respond. Brittany, our day-of coordinator, was great about checking in to make sure my husband and I got what WE wanted out of the wedding day. An amazing experience

Amber and Kelsey were PHENOMENAL! I cannot recommend them enough. They made our day so special, helping coordinate every single detail and moving flowers around to enhance our vibe inside and making last minute changes to try to maximize my chances of getting married outside which ended up being the case! They were kind, sweet, well prepared, extremely attentive to detail, and such good sports from start to finish. Getting married at Floriana means having a beautiful venue, but truthfully the crown jewel of getting married there was their staff. Truly, I cannot recommend both Kelsey and Amber enough!!

Wedding Review June 2025 Bride

We got married June 21 2025. We were both overjoyed by Floriana and all they have to offer. We toured several wedding venues and Floriana checked all the boxes that were important to us. There is so much space in the getting ready suites. For girls there are three large rooms. For the guys, there is a large room on the opposite side of the upstairs. There are three bathrooms as well up there. You can bring your own food which is huge. The rainplan is excellent as the inside of the mansion is also so beautiful. The communication is seriously unmatched. I initially worked with Kelsey and then was paired with Brittany. These ladies answer an email so quickly and are so knowledgeable. The food was amazing, the cocktail hour apps are delicious and very large in size. Brittany made anything we wanted happen so effortlessly. I was worried about not having a rehearsal initially but honestly I am happy we didn't. There was so much direction on the day of that a rehearsal was not needed. I had a large amount of girls getting ready with me, so one fix could be allowing us in earlier than 9am. That would really be the only thing I would change. Floriana crosses all the boxes and I am so happy we chose this as our venue.

The Wedding of Our Dreams!

5/25/25 will forever be the most magical day of our lives' and a big part of it is thanks to the team at Floriana!
As soon as we set eyes on the property/toured the grounds, we were hooked and knew this venue was the perfect fit for our vision.
At the start of the process, we worked with Jenna very closely and she was an absolute pleasure. Her and Kelsey answered all of our questions very thoroughly and were always available for discussion and clarification.
Once our date started to get closer, we were introduced to our day of coordinator, Brittany and we can not sing her praises louder - she has the sweetest and most bubbly personality, while being very attentive and organized. It was so amazing to have the venue provide such a solid person to help with everything leading up to the day and day-of execution.
As for the big day, the entire team at Floriana, including the bartenders, catering team and Kelsey/Brittany were absolute rockstars! The day truly could not have gone any better in our opinion. Brittany ran around all day but made it looks so effortless and easy, that we did not feel one ounce of stress. Kelsey and Brittany are a great duo and elevate the experience. From fulfilling a cocktail recipe request, to beautifully and meticulously decorating the venue with all of our decor, to making sure the chandeliers were cleaned, they made it happen and did it with grace and a smile on their face. We are so happy that we chose Floriana to celebrate such a momentous day and we're so blessed to have had such an amazing team behind the scenes making sure every detail was perfect and bringing the vision to life. We can not recommend Floriana enough - and if you've made it this far and are still wondering if you should book, the answer is 100%!

The BEST Day!!!!

My husband and I got married this past Saturday, 5/17, and it was truly the best day of our lives. We cannot thank Amber, Kelsey, and the rest of the Floriana team enough for making our wedding day so seamless, beautiful, and memorable. From start to finish, every single detail was executed perfectly. The house team arranged our florals, as well as all of the decor, truly making my day stress free. I was genuinely blown away by the level of care, attention, and professionalism that the team brought to the day.

Now for the the property: it is STUNNING. From the manicured lawn to the sculpted garden to the beautiful getting ready suites. I have already seen some sneak peeks (shoutout to Meghan Kannan!) and they are to die for.

I cannot recommend Floriana enough!!!

Highly Recommend

We had a wedding ceremony and reception at The Hellenic Center the weekend of November 2, 2024. We, the parents of the bride, had visited the facility twice - in the winter and early spring of 2024. Our view was rather neutral after these two visits.

This all changed on our daughter’s wedding day. We entered the hall early afternoon for a ceremony that was scheduled to begin several hours later - to get prepared for pictures, etc. We were immediately impressed at how beautiful the hall was as it was being transformed to the finished product.

Every detail was managed impeccably - from the four ply napkins in each restroom, to the chairs lined up perfectly outside for the ceremony, to the distribution of the appetizers immediately after the ceremony. The bar and catering personnel were excellent as were the drinks and food. Even the plates at the beginning of the buffet line were warm - something only my Mom would do. We were all so impressed with the entire event that I would recommend, without reservation, to any and all. Kelsey and the entire staff / crew were outstanding.

Amazing Experience!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Floriana! From the moment we toured the venue all the way through our wedding day they were responsive, helpful, and kind. The venue is GORGEOUS, you will fall in love with it the minute you walk in, and definitely once you see the outdoor space. The bride and groom "getting ready" rooms and stunning and spacious.

We worked closely with the wedding coordinator, Kelsey, who was incredibly responsive, and helped us plan our dream wedding on a budget. She was flexible and creative with options. She offered suggestions without being rigid or pushy. The actual day of the wedding went off without a single issue. At one point (in the middle of the dancing and chaos) I misplaced my bouquet, crystal champagne glass and my mom's garter. I approached Kelsey to ask her to keep an eye out, and before I could even say anything she said "don't worry I found all three." That sums up our experience perfectly- they were on top of things they didn't even need to be! I couldn't have been happier and 100% recommend!

Amazing wedding!

We recently had the most wonderful wedding at Floriana!!! The grounds and the mansion were the perfect backdrop for our early fall wedding, with a beautiful, simple elegant, classic New England feel. We have had nothing but amazing experiences since the day we toured the venue – Jenna and Kelsey were there every step of the way during the planning process and they were so helpful answering all of our questions. On the day of, Kelsey and the staff executed everything flawlessly – we didn’t have to worry about a single thing, everything was perfectly coordinated, and she made our wedding vision come to life just as we imagined! The getting ready suites at the venue are spacious and beautiful, setting a relaxing atmosphere and fantastic for photos. All of the food by Vinwood was exceptional – from the apps to the dinner, and the drinks were wonderful too. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We have heard nothing but overwhelmingly positive feedback from family and friends since the wedding – they loved the setting and the food, and multiple people have mentioned how well organized and executed the entire day was. We cannot say enough great things about Floriana! We highly recommend hosting your wedding here, as we had the very best experience from start to finish!!!

Your Dream Wedding Venue

Our wedding at Floriana was truly a dream come true. From the moment we stepped into the venue, we felt an overwhelming sense of joy and peace. The mansion, grounds, and tent were magical, with every corner of Floriana giving off beauty and elegance. It felt like we were in a storybook.

What made our experience even more special was the incredible team at Floriana. They treated us like family, making sure every detail was perfect and that we felt supported and cherished. Their warmth and professionalism made the entire day stress-free, allowing us to focus on each other and our loved ones. Kelsey really made the planning process and day run so smoothly!

The food was exquisite, and our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was. Every moment at Floriana was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. We are so grateful for the amazing experience and couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to start our forever.

Stunning Wedding Venue!

We just got married at Floriana a few weeks ago and it was the most perfect day! Besides the beautiful mansion and grounds, Kelsey was so incredibly helpful in everything leading up to the wedding and we really knew we were in good hands. She answered any and all of my questions, concerns, and was also a great resource for nearby vendors and such. Kelsey and her team made my vision come to life, and I felt confident that the day would be just as I imagined. They did a lot of work to upgrade the bridal and grooms suites since we first toured, and the spaces were so ideal for getting ready. Vinwood's food was fantastic, our guests were all raving about the food, and the bartenders and serving staff were all so lovely. The customer service is the highlight of this venue and made it feel very personal and approachable. It was the perfect wedding weekend and we couldn't be happier!

We love Floriana!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Floriana this past June. Kelsie and her team were amazing and made sure every detail was thought of. They made our day so special and were there for us every step of the way. Definitely recommend this venue for a perfect wedding! :)

Amazing!!!

The Hellenic Center was the perfect place for our wedding, the grounds are beautiful and offer so many locations for photos (and ceremonies!), the bridal suite and grooms suite are the perfect place to relax and get ready before the wedding, and the interior ballroom is beautiful. A couple months before our wedding we were informed of a change in management which was a little stressful to hear but we ended up working with Dana and we could not have been happier, she was phenomenal to work with. She made sure all of our decorations were set up beautifully and that the day ran smoothly. Our wedding day also brought pouring rain (which cleared up and we were able to have our outdoor ceremony in the garden!) and Dana was in contact with me as soon she arrived at the venue to let me know how the grounds looked. I can honestly say I was not stressed at all and our wedding day went perfectly. We can't recommend the Hellenic Center enough!

Deb is the best!

The Hellenic Center was the perfect venue for our wedding. We fell in love with the property the moment we saw it! It is well kept both inside and out. We were a COVID reschedule from September 2020 to September 2021. Deb was easy to work with and accommodating every step along the way! She was responsive and organized and put our minds at ease. Our wedding was everything we could have imagined and more! I would highly recommend this venue!

Winter Wedding!

We got married at The Hellenic Center this past February. My husband and I fell instantly in love with the entire venue when we toured it for the first time. It was everything we wanted and more! Even though our assigned coordinator changed midstream, it was a seamless change. Deb was our day of coordinator and she was awesome! She was so easy going. She answered all my questions and really put me at ease. They have great off season pricing and the mansion was a perfect setting for our winter wedding!

Incredible Wedding

We just had our wedding at The Hellenic Center and the entire day was incredible. We experienced first hand their attention to detail, responsiveness, and talent. The event coordinator was changed during our wedding planning process which was initially unnerving but Deb stepped in and made our experience seamless, taking care of our every request and need with professionalism. If you are looking for an elegant Northshore wedding venue, look no further than this beautiful estate.

Amazing venue!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the Hellenic Center is, not only is it absolutely beautiful on the inside and outside, but Tamie was fantastic to work with! Everything from start to finish about our day went smooth and Tamie made sure everything was perfect for us. The bridal suite and grooms suites upstairs at the venue were great for getting ready and the grounds are kept beautifully which makes for beautiful photos. It’s very reasonably priced as well! I can’t say enough about this venue and I promise you won’t be upset with your decision :)

Excellent experience

The Hellenic Center was a stunning, perfect location for our October wedding. Tamie, Marisa and staff are top notch- helpful, organized and responsive. Our wedding was better than we dreamed of with every detail taken care of better than we imagined. The grounds and ballroom are absolutely gorgeous. I’d recommend to absolutely anyone.

We had the most amazing experience at the Hellenic Center! From the beautiful venue and grounds to the spectacular service. It was everything I could have dreamed of and more. The venue comes with the most amazing wedding planner, Tamie who made being a bride easy. She has so many years of experience and can tackle any issue that may come her way. I really enjoyed meeting with her and getting her bridal advice throughout the wedding process. I could not thank her enough for making my wedding day so amazing and memorable with no issues. I am sad it is over but so thankful for the fabulous experience! I would refer any future bridal to this venue.

I loved having my wedding at the Hellenic Center!! Tamie and her staff are amazing and always quick to answer emails or phone calls with any questions I had throughout the entire process. From the day I stepped into this beautiful venue I knew it was where I wanted to have my wedding reception. It’s so private and peaceful, the grounds are kept beautiful and the inside is classic and stunning. I loved getting ready in the bridal suite and having photos taken there. Everyone is so accommodating and willing to help, I am so thankful for them all. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a classic wedding

I cannot say enough good things about Tamie, her team and the Hellenic Center. Tamie made our dream wedding come true this August 2018. From the day we first visited the property through crunch time the two weeks before, Tamie had answers to questions before we even asked them. My husband and I got married on April 28, and with major thanks to Tamie and the staff here at the Hellenic Center our day was absolutely perfect. Tamie was amazing and helpful throughout the entire process, and was present and available throughout the day of. The grounds were absolutely amazing - inside and outside of the venue was breathtaking. They truly helped us have a fairytale wedding. If I could give over five stars, I would. The Hellenic Center is the most amazing place to have your wedding! My husband and I had visited a LOT of venues during our wedding planning, and we fell in love with the Hellenic Center and knew it was the right place for us immediately. The venue is so beautiful and Tamie is wonderful to work with. We had our ceremony under the oak tree and reception inside the mansion in September and all of the landscaping, flowers, lighting, etc. that's already in place at the venue in the fall are so beautiful before you even add in your own things! The first time I had a chance to come downstairs to see the room set up was right as I was coming to walk down the aisle, and I could not believe what an amazing job everyone did with making my dream wedding come to life. I didn't have to worry about a thing, everything had been put together even better than I had imagined. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all run smoothly and beautifully - except for the button holding up my bustle breaking right in the middle of our first dance. Luckily, my mother in law had put sewing kits in the bathroom basket, and Tamie took me into her office and stitched me back up before I could start panicking about carrying my very long train around all night! I've had so many people say that this was the best wedding they've ever been to, and I owe a lot of that to the Hellenic Center! I would recommend Tamie and this venue to any couple without hesitation!!!

I had my wedding at the Hellenic Center and it was the perfect location for a fall wedding! The scenery was lush and green, which created the enchanted garden feeling I was looking for. It also had many great photo opportunities with features such as the gazebo, pergola and beautiful mansion. The ball room was very elegant with beautiful lighting. It provided a classy yet fun reception. Tamie, the wedding coordinator was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to work with. She always responded right away to all my questions, and was very professional, understanding and flexible. The day of the wedding she took care of everything from the table decorations, to instructing the wedding party, arranging the flowers on my cake and guiding us through each step of our wedding! I brought some tool for decoration, and her intern had some great ideas and put together some great decorations for the aisle. Working with Tamie made everything very easy so I could relax and enjoy my day. I am really glad I had my wedding here, and all the guests loved the venue too.

How can I begin? From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew it was the place for us. Even the drive down the winding driveway lined with trees was magical. Then we met Tamie and it sealed the deal! She is so kind and easy going. She made us feel comfortable about the entire process and offered great ideas, many of which we used! She is also very flexible and worked with my husband and I to make our vision come to life.

The property is extremely well cared for. My girls and I got ready the morning of, and the bridal suit was perfect! Enough room for 9 of us to comfortably get ready and relax, plus my makeup artist and 2 hair stylists! The gardens are beautiful and very well manicured. We held our ceremony under the large tree, and it was perfect. The dining room is a fantastic setting for a beautiful evening of dining and dancing! My guests are still complimenting the venue.

As much as a beautiful setting can make a wedding, it is truly the behind the scenes coordination that ties everything together. Tamie worked so wonderfully with my wedding planner to ensure the day ran smoothly. She also has a great relationship with the caterers (Vinwood Catering), so everything was done exactly as I hoped. It was raining the entire morning of my wedding day, and I went through all of the options of our rain plan before finally making a decision. Tamie was calm and relaxed through it all, which helped me also stay calm. If there were any issues the day of, I had absolutely no idea. From my point of view, everything was more than perfect!

Overall, The Hellenic Center is an amazing venue with wonderful staff who helped to make my wedding the best day of my life. I highly recommend this wedding venue to anyone out there still searching for that perfect place!

We knew from the moment we walked through the front doors of the mansion that the Hellenic Center is where we wanted to get married. There was absolutely no comparison to the gorgeous ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, the beautiful, spacious bridal suite and the expansive, well-maintained grounds. We didn’t think there was anything that could make the venue more appealing, but then we met Tamie. During our first visit she made us feel so comfortable and explained everything we needed to know to make our decision. We didn’t leave with any unanswered questions. Over the months leading up to our wedding day, she guided us with her knowledge and patience, helping us plan the perfect day that she then made a reality on July 15th. On the day of our wedding, we were stress-free knowing the setup and timeline were in her hands. Thank you Tamie and the Hellenic Center for making our dream wedding possible!!

Tamie was amazing throughout our 2 year engagement. No matter how silly the question seemed she responded within a day or two. The day of the wedding went smoothly. My husband and I got married at the Hellenic Center in June and could not have been happier with our choice of venue. The building and property are gorgeous, and you get a lot of flexibility in choosing the ceremony location and type of decorations. Moreover, Tamie, the event coordinator, was amazing! Not only was she very helpful in the planning phase, but she made sure everything went flawlessly during the wedding. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony, but it was raining on and off on our wedding day. I was convinced that we would have to decide hours before the ceremony whether or not to bring it indoors due to set up, but there was no pressure from Tamie to make a final decision. In fact, we were able to decide just a few minutes before the ceremony start time to keep the ceremony outdoors! I don't think there are many venues that provide that amount of flexibility; it was so appreciated because we were able to have the ceremony just as we had planned.

The Hellenic Center was absolutely stunning and proved to be the most amazing venue for our wedding this fall. Tamie was awesome and kept everything running smoothly. We could not be happier with our choice to get married at the Hellenic Center. It truly is a hidden gem. When my husband and I first looked at the Hellenic Center we absolutely fell in love with it. We knew we wanted to get married on site and the gorgeous grounds at the Hellenic Center made for the perfect backdrop to our wedding day.

Tamie was amazing to work with. She is knowledgeable, kind and really knows her stuff! She gave great advice when we were planning our reception and was a dream to work with on the wedding day. She made sure everything ran smoothly. On the day of the wedding—there was a structural issue with the pergola—but Tamie made sure that it was fixed in a timely manner and made sure that everything for our ceremony was perfect. I could not have asked for anything else.

She coordinated with all of our vendors and the ballroom was absolute perfection. The space is so beautiful and was the perfect size for our 200 person wedding. Every detail that was discussed with Tamie ended up being executed flawlessly. I cannot imagine having a more perfect wedding day and a lot of that is because of Tamie’s hard work.

I HIGHLY recommend using the Hellenic Center!

Hidden Gem. Beautiful venue that will take your breathe away! Your guests will be talking about The Hellenic Center for months! Tammi is absolutely amazing to work and will make sure your day is perfect. She works very closely with all of the vendors so everything is seamless ! The Hellenic Center was amazing! It's gorgeous and has 4 ceremony sites to choose from just outside on the beautiful grounds. Tamie the wedding coordinator is absolutly the best! Our daughter's wedding was just a few weeks ago at the Hellenic Center and I write this with such joy and satisfaction that her day exceeded our expectations. We started our process at looking at venues in June of 2015. When we met Tamie, our wedding coordinator and saw the Hellenic Center we didn't need to go any further, it was perfect! The setting was stunning, outside and in and Tamie could not have been more professional, flexible and helpful(above and beyond) on that first day and throughout the process. Tamie assisted us with finding just the right floral designer and caterer and was always helpful with making recommendations for anything we requested, yet was not pushy in any way!
We have many friends and family that have told us that our daughter's wedding was the most beautiful and special they have ever attended, that is the ultimate compliment! My husband and I highly recommend the Hellenic Center and guarantee you will have the most special wedding day you can imagine!

The Hellenic Center was the perfect location to host our Fall 2015 wedding. We got married in late October, and the atmosphere, location and venue were just perfect. The grouds were meticulous and the foliage in the area was just perfect. We worked with Tamie and Mackenzie from Vinwood on everything, and they were experienced, professional and fun to work with. Because of how closely they were willing to work together, it made the entire planning process seamless and we knew what to expect at every step. They were very responsive and accommodating leading up to the wedding and on the day of the event. We knew who to go to on the day of the wedding and didn't have to worry about anything - even last minute changes. The team was excellent and our family, friends and bridal party all had an amazing day that we'll never forget!!

We got married on September 12th at the Hellenic Center. We had the most amazing, and perfect day. There was nothing Tammie did not do to satisfy our needs from start to finish. She was remarkably professional in every way. She was completely driven, to ensure our needs were met, and that we did not have to worry about a single thing, besides enjoying our special night, family and friends.

When you are a bride, you have enough stress through the whole planning process. Having Tammie as a coordinator, allowed our stresses to become smooth and nonexistent. In addition, being able to get dressed and ready at the venue was a huge plus for me and my BIG (17 people) bridal party. The space was perfectly accommodating to even such a large group.

The day and night flowed without having to worry about keeping on schedule, and we were just able to enjoy it all. The Hellenic Center is an amazing venue from its beautiful landscapes, to its breathtaking and elegant inside. Tammie and staff made all of our details and dreams fit perfectly here and we would highly recommend to any future bride and groom!

Where do I even begin? The Hellenic Center was everything I wanted and more for my dream wedding in August. From the moment we stepped foot on the property for our initial meeting/venue tour we were in love. The building is gorgeous (a spacious and beautiful bridal suite is a plus!) and the lawns are meticulously maintained. You absolutely will not find such amazing value in a wedding venue anywhere else. Tamie, the Hellenic Center's wedding coordinator, is heaven-sent. The fact that you get to work directly with her is reason enough to book your wedding there! Her professionalism is top notch, and her personality is wonderful. She is friendly and approachable, extremely knowledgeable, and so, so helpful. My wedding went off without a hitch, and it was, without a doubt, the best day of my life. We cannot thank Tamie, and the Vinwood Catering staff enough for their hard work, dedication and patience over the last year and half.
If you choose Vinwood as your caterer (and you should!), I hope you are lucky enough to work directly with Mackenzie. She was my rock, and friend(!) through this process, and made menu selection and decision making actually fun! Her input and help with everything was on point, and our guests are STILL raving about the quality of the food, and all the wonderful Vinwood staff.
We are so glad our stressful venue searching process brought us to The Hellenic Center. I couldn't imagine my wedding anywhere else. Money definitely well spent!!

My husband and I were married at The Hellenic Center in June 2015. The venue was a wonderful and classic backdrop for our special day. The building itself has tremendous character and beauty and the grounds were a perfect place for our ceremony, cocktail hour and location for many of our photos.The event/venue manager Tamie was fantastic and helped us throughout the entire process. She worked hard behind the scenes on our wedding day to make sure everything flowed and came together the way we had envisioned. We could not have been happier and would highly recommend this venue.

We knew the Hellenic center was the perfect venue for us before we even saw it in person. It is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are perfect for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour. Tamie, the coordinator is super helpful and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer any questions we had, and helped with any concerns that we presented. The venue only does one event a day so you can use the mansion to get ready if needed. The bridesmaids and I got ready there, they have a beautiful area upstairs that is open for use all day, it couldn't have been any better. We are so happy with our decision to have our wedding reception at the hellenic center, it is amazing & as a bonus you get all of Tamie's expertise! I would reccomend the venue to anyone. We got SO many complements on the beauty of the location & the professionalism of the staff! Totally worth the money and lack of stress that comes with a wedding! Million thanks to Tamie & her crew!

The Hellenic Center is a very special place. It is gorgeous both in and outside and there are several options for outdoor ceremony location and cocktail hour. As a wedding planner myself, I could not have asked for better service the day of the wedding. I dropped off all of my decor a few days before and Tamie and her staff set everything up to perfection, all I had to do was show up and enjoy the day. Tamie has a great relationship with the preferred vendors so you can 100% trust that everything will happen the way you plan it to. I always heard back from Tamie within 24 hours of an e-mail, and she is a very warm and approachable person. You can tell that Tamie loves her job and it shines through on your wedding day.

P.S. shout-out to the maintenance crew who was always working on the grounds and gardens when I stopped in- they always look wonderful.

Tamie at the Hellenic Center is amazing! She made sure every single detail from the beginning stages of planning, till the night of the wedding, were perfect. The Hellenic Center is georgous and we couldn't have been happier with this venue. Georgous outside ceremony locations and inside is amazing its filled with lots of natural light and a vintage feel which is exactly what we were looking for. Not your typical stuffy function hall. If you haven't seen this venue you must check it out!

The Hellenic Center is such a stunningly beautiful place to have a wedding. Tamie, the wedding coordinator, was so resourceful throughout the whole planning process. Her enthusiasm and amazing personality made it so easy for a nervous bride-to be(as I was!) to envision and plan the wedding of her dreams. Our reception at the Hellenic Center was perfect- large in part to Tamie and her wonderful staff! We had our cocktail hour outdoors, and the way they have decorated the space is simply gorgeous! The trees and bushes have lights and lanterns which, along with the archway and gazebo, make for some beautiful pictures. We had decided to do a number of DIY decorating projects for inside the venue, and Tamie and her team set everything up and made it better than we could have imagined! Every detail was spot on and every part of our wedding was executed perfectly. We couldn't be happier with our selection of the Hellenic Center! And our guests have not stopped raving about the space! Thank you, Tamie!

Tamie at The Hellenic Center honestly went above and beyond the day of my wedding, on one of the most important days of my life she put almost all my nerves at ease minus the fact I still had to try not to trip walking down the isle! A couple hours before our event I went downstairs to see how everything was coming along and she sat at a table with me and a couple of my bridesmaids and just chatted like we were old friends she definitely made me feel comfortable and made the day leading up to marrying my best friend amazing! The Hellenic Center was the perfect setting for our wedding. The grounds were beautiful and the inside was equally gorgeous. where to begin to put it bluntly i was looking for ten stars for rating. our Gatsby themed wedding was at this venue and it was a nearly perfect event! Tammy is in one word spectacular as a wedding planner, she is seamless in her support , calm and always reassuring and so resourceful, she is the Gem in the Venue , when you get the Venue you get Tammy as your event coordinator and she carrys it all forward.

Our wedding had lots of era specific details and Tammy and staff handled them all without a hitch. Our wedding celebration and all of its details created a wonderful day not only for us but for our guests , that was our priority in our plans and Tammy and the team of Vendors Vinwood Caterers, Amore Photography with Dave LaChapelle, CZone Entertainment with DJ Mike Panganelli,, and Wedding Flowers by Annette all worked so well together to create an enchanted and intimate gala evening for all of us ! Our guests are still raving about the team of vendors and Tammy, the food, the ambiance, and the collaborative coordination of all of the vendors ! I could ramble on but I won't , this venue and its all vendors in our combined team as listed above is the Very Best Hands Down!

The Hellenic Center is beautiful. Tamie and Mackenzie were very easy to work with. Tamie placed everything we brought for decorations in the places we envisioned. Perfect location with a lot of places for pictures. They offer 4 places to be married. We choose to be married at the oak tree because we loved the area outside the venue for our cocktail hour. The only thing I would suggest is that another bar be set up if you have over 150 people for cocktail hour. But Tamie was on point when she had wait staff send out trays of wine. Overall this place is amazing!! I highly recommend.

We were married here in late August 2014 and from the day we chose The Hellenic Center as the location for our wedding, everything came together perfectly. Tamie, the wedding coordinator, was a major factor to us choosing this location. She was professional and on point throughout the planning process. She knows exactly how to run a wedding and we were not disappointed with our decision. The Hellenic Center was the perfect location for us as we held the ceremony and cocktail hour outside on the lawn and the reception in the ballroom. Even the bridal suite and grooms suite were just right!
As for price, we decided a Friday night wedding was best for us which brought the room rental down a bit and the cost compared to other venues in the area was right in our budget. It was an amazing value considering the team that comes along with it! My husband and I could not be happier with our day.

I had my wedding reception at the Hellenic Center and besides the fact that the building is beautiful inside and out Tammie was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding all things weddings! From the moment we viewed the grounds of The Hellenic Center, saw the brightly lit classic style of the reception room, and met Tamie we knew with certainty that was where our dream wedding would take place. Tamie's expert & professional advice throughout our entire wedding planning process was invaluable & made our day go off perfectly! Really & truly! She carefully listened to our ideas & offered honest & helpful suggestions (keeping our vision & budget in mind) when planning our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception timing & layout of the space, bar options & meal choices. The bridal party all got ready at The Hellenic Center in their two beautiful & comfortable suites. Having hair & make-up professionals on-site made the getting ready process so much easier. The Hellenic center is a perfectly elegant setting, full of charm. Tamie the event planer was so helpful . She is caring, attentive, professional, and paid attention to detail. If you're looking for a venue that's not over the top expensive with beautiful grounds to have your ceremony & with a caterer that has delicious food choices then this is the place for you. Working with the coordinator, Tami, was such a wonderful experience. She was there to answer all our questions and took care of everything on the our wedding day so it was completely stress free for us. All the wait staff were also so great which helped all our guests to have a wonderful time. We got so many compliments from them. If we were to do it all over again, we'd make the same decision to have our wedding at the Hellenic Center.

We had the ceremony on site on the lower lawn lookinging onto the mansion, cocktail hour outside of the deck and gardens, and the reception in the air conditioned ballroom. It was fabulous! We absolutely loved having our wedding reception at the Hellenic Center in Ipswich! Tamie, the event coordinator, is amazing and truly went above and beyond to accommodate everything we wanted! For example, we really wanted a specific recipe used for our signature cocktail (a margarita), and Tamie searched high and low until she found the agave nectar that we requested. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! The property is gorgeous with beautiful gardens in the back where we had our cocktail hour. Also, the Hellenic Center had the best "contingency plans" of any venue we looked at. If it rained, everything could have been moved inside without a problem. It is air conditioned (not all venues are!), so we didn't have to worry about an extremely hot day. It easily accommodated our 130 guests, and can easily accommodate up to 175+. After shopping around quite a bit, we realized that the Hellenic Center was just heads and tails above other venues, especially based on the cost...it is AMAZING value for your money! Could not recommend it more highly!

My husband and I and our entire family absolutely loved the Hellenic Center. Tammie was extraordinary!! She helped us with our every need and was always in contact with us to make sure the process was moving along smoothly. She made time to be at the site so that we could drop everything off. The day of the wedding she made sure the timing was perfect on everything and gave us some great tips throughout the night. The venue itself is beautiful and Tammie and the staff did a wonderful job putting everything together. Lets just say our wedding went off without a hitch and we had such a wonderful time. This is the place to have your wedding if you want to be relaxed and have a gorgeous setting for your guests to enjoy (which they will with Tammie in charge!)

The Hellenic Center is an amazing venue for a classic, unique, timeless fairy-tale wedding. The grounds are well maintained and the ballroom is perfect for an indoor/outdoor wedding. We had a beautiful ceremony outside and the pictures are gorgeous. The Hellenic Center works exclusively with Vinwood Caterers who were fabulous, especially Shawn the coordinator. We were nervous that we could not do a tasting, but the food was delicious (I'll review Vinwood separately)!! I loved the Hellenic Center and the price is reasonable in comparison with other similar venues in the area.

What a hidden gem! When someone mentioned we should look at the venue, we had never heard of it (both of us are from the North Shore) and boy were we glad someone suggested it. It was absolutely perfect. My husband is a bit more traditional and I wanted something "different" but most of the different type venues couldn't hold a 200+ person wedding indoors so we would have had to be under a tent which my husband was 100% against. When we walked into the Hellenic Center it was absolutely the perfect compromise. It holds comfortable 220 people inside and is an absolutely beautiful and unique venue. Even the grounds are spectacular! And a steal at the rental price its at! We used Vinwood and they were amazing (I believe you have to use them now no matter what) and Shawn the coordinator was absolutely wonderful as well! The bar and bartenders did a fantastic job and kept the drinks flowing all night and did a great job with my signature drink recipe (they were a hit).

My husband and I are so happy we chose the Hellenic Center for our wedding. We had our heart set on a city wedding in a hotel, but when we found the Hellenic Center, the space blew us away. The open space is so easy to convert into anything you like. Since we went with the open concept we were able to bring in pipe & drape, outside table cloths, and more decorations than we would have elsewhere. The space also allows you many options. We had our ceremony outside, but when the weather started to look iffy, we had a tent brought in. There were so many different plans for the day and ended up being able to use the outside space for our ceremony but also use the tent space (side of the building) for our cocktail hour. The entire property is extremely well kept and beautiful. Tamie is wonderful and very attentive. If anything, you can tell she has done this for many years and the center does many many weddings a year. Sometimes it is difficult to get in contact with Tamie, but she also answered our questions and did everything we needed and more. We are so happy we had our wedding where we did and wouldn't change a thing!

The Hellenic Center is beyond amazing from the staff to the grounds. Tamie and Mackenzie are wonderful to work with from start to finish, and they are both so sweet and will do anything to avoid the Bride and Groom being stressed! The Reception site is gorgeous and very well kept and the grounds are unbelievable breath taking. I would recommend this venue to everyone planning a wedding.

The Hellenic Center was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding in July! The mansion property is so gorgeous and was everything we dream it would be and more! Tamie and her staff were so professional and helpful the day of the wedding. She even helped bustle my dress! I can't even begin to tell you how many compliments we got through out the on how beautiful the wedding was. Thank you for helping make our day so unforgettable!

I was a guest at a wedding at The Helenic Center. I was so impressed. The food was amazing catered by Vinwood Catering. Tamie and her crew were so professional. They made sure everything was perfect! I can't say enough about how amazing everything was. Hopefully everyone has the opportunity to experience this wonderful venue.

The Hellenic Center was a perfect place for us to have our wedding. Many mansion-style venues have many small rooms that split up all your tables and guests - the Hellenic Center had one large ballroom with plenty of room for everyone. With 18 tables the dance floor was very large, the bridal suites are spacious, the new bar is beautiful and the decor in the main room is classic. Working with Tamie was amazing and made sure that everything day-of was perfect. Could not recommend this venue more!

I can't say enough good things about the Hellenic Center and Tami, the wedding coordinator. Between non-English-speaking relatives, an infant in the wedding party, sick bridesmaids, a false fire alarm and an absent DJ, things were definitely interesting the day of. Tami, with her calm nature, kept things under control. Everything looked beautiful and was definitely the best value for the price. We looked at plenty of venues on the North Shore in this price range, and Hellenic Center was the best (open floor for dancing, no hidden fees, outdoor space for ceremony). The getting-ready suites were also really helpful to have and great for pictures. The staff were absolutely on top of things and moved seating 3 or 4 times before guests arrived because we wanted the ceremony outdoors and the weather forecast kept changing. The venue was very accommodating.
