We are so thrilled to tell everyone about the attentive, engaging, and kind heartedness that Kelsie and her crew showed us on our special night!

Joshua and I were so impressed with how Kelsie comported herself with compassion and diligence while working with such a large wedding party, ceremony, and reception.

At all times, Kelsie made herself available to both of us, and was fully engaged with the venue owner, the various vendors we chose, and most importantly the wedding party!

When, on the day of our wedding, we asked to make last second changes to the schedule which deviated from the plan that Kelsie developed with us ahead of the wedding day, she was able to act quickly to suggest several fun ideas and options to us that only a seasoned professional could come up with. She did not miss a beat and was happy to adjust to our needs when we presented the changes to her, and went on to implement those changes to perfection!

Even in the torrid Texas heat, Kelsie and her team showed up early and greeted everyone with a smile as they coordinated the logistics with the vendors, designed and organized the wedding theme we chose, and clearly communicated the plan and any changes to our friends and family.

We could tell when we first met with Kelsie that she was special; her attention to detail 6 months ahead of the wedding date really impressed us. Based on the creative sessions she scheduled with us, she created mood boards specific to the themes we desired, and different colors that we wanted to incorporate into the ceremony and reception. She gave us an endless list of options to choose from, and when we needed help deciding, Kelsie offered her professional opinions to make the decisions easier on us.

Based on themes and styles we discussed with her when explaining our vision of the wedding in some of our initial meetings, Kelsie developed a list of local vendors that she thought would deliver the very best experience for our guests and even scheduled “Meet & Greets” with the companies that stood out to us. Kelsie found our amazing DJ, our wonderful photographer, our creative florist, as well as several niche vendors for special requests that we asked for.

Each of these selections were vetted by Kelsie and all of them delivered an excellent service that our entire wedding was so happy with. We were approached many times during the wedding with guests asking how we found these amazing amenities.

Kelsie was such a joy to work with, and in the months leading up to the wedding, it became more like chatting with a close friend on how we should design our wedding. This type of charm and candor is rare and it absolutely made a lasting impression on us.

Our wedding night was nothing short of perfect and we will never forget all of the hard work that Kelsie put in that culminated in a spectacular night. We truly cannot thank you enough for owning this process and giving us the wedding night of our dreams.

Kelsie is superlative. She kept track of us and our wedding needs from day one and helped to deliver our perfect wedding. She's a great communicator, proactive and just a pleasure to work with. She knows her stuff and has a great sense of what works and what doesn't. Our wedding was slightly unconventional and that required some decisions to be made regarding timing and logistics. Using her experience in the industry, she very effectively and tactfully helped guide us towards the right decisions regarding the timing and logistics we didn't even know we needed to consider. She also kept great track of us, our vendors and the venue to ensure that everything went off incredibly smoothly on the day. Our venue had a requirement that we hire a day of coordinator we didn't think we needed initially, but we are so so glad that requirement brought us to Kelsie, because hiring her was one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding. We always felt like we were in good hands with her. Our wedding doesn't happen so perfectly without her expert guidance. Highly recommend!
