I found Faded Poppy on our venue’s preferred vendors list and I am so glad that I did! They were extremely responsive from the moment I reached out until the moment we said “I do”. The flowers were stunning, the prices were very fair, and they made our day absolutely beautiful. The flowers made our photos come out very nicely as well! Everything was delivered in a timely manner and was exactly what I wanted. They were also happy to make changes to my numbers for bridal party even after our invoice was created and first payment made. They also provided flowers for our caterer which made our cake look even more amazing! You can’t go wrong with Faded Poppy! We hired Faded Poppy late in the process when it became clear that we needed a month-of coordinator. While we spoke to both Sara and Jason, we primarily worked with Jason. He provided valuable insight in dealing with a difficult venue owner, a challenging floor plan and managing other vendors. Even when things started to go wrong at the reception, Jason kept his cool and worked through the issues. Sara and Jason are good people--just the kind of people you would want at your wedding!

We used Faded Poppy (Sara Kite) as our month-of-coordinator at Wintergreen Resort and she exceeded all expectations! If you are looking for a day-of-coordinator choose Faded Poppy you won't regret it! Sara was able to make our wedding day a dream and kept the event running smoothly! She had to handle a few hiccups on the wedding day.. including unexpected rain that started right before the ceremony. While guests were waiting on the shuttle back to the resort from the ceremony location, she offered her car for my guests to sit in to avoid getting rained on and she stood in the rain and got soaked. When the ceremony location had to be moved to the back up location she came to tell me and person (which I really appreciated) and was able to switch everything with no hesitation and without affecting the timing of the wedding. Even after being soaking wet and slipping and falling on a ramp right before the first dance, she still continued to power through with a smile. Sara is very calm and laid back, which helped keep my husband and I at ease. We wouldn't have been able to get through the wedding without her! I can't recommend Faded Poppy enough! Sara and Jason provided AMAZING bouquets and arrangements for my wedding! They took my initial inspiration and ran with it and everything came out stunning - they achieved the moody, jewel-toned, wine-colored look I was going for and made the entire venue look stunning on our big day! Furthermore, Jason was so sweet during delivery on the day-of. The entire booking process was so seamless. Worth every penny for Faded Poppy's expertise, professionalism, and the ease of working together!
