Country Club Wedding Venues in Philadelphia

I truly cannot say enough great things about Green Valley Country Club. We had our wedding reception here in June, 2025 and were absolutely blown away. The team at Green Valley exceeded all of our expectations. The food was the best food we've ever had at a wedding - simply delicious. The new renovations in the club house look fabulous - the ballroom was stunning and the outdoor space for cocktail hour was beautiful. Our guests were raving about the place! There was also ample space for getting ready in the bridal and groom suites - so convenient! Trish was an absolute pleasure to work with all throughout the planning process. She was so responsive, supportive, and professional - we never had to worry about a single detail! HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE! You will not be disappointed.

We are completely thrilled with our choice of having our daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception at the Jericho; it was the perfect venue!!! They had it all, from phenomenal staff to incredible food (not kidding the food from appetizers to cake was phenomenal!!) to top notch facilities, not to mention the stunning views of the golf course. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like VIPs throughout the weekend and their top notch events team, especially Christine Niessen, banquet manager, helped ensure that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. We hosted our ceremony outside on their beautiful brand new outdoor space overlooking the golf course and the brilliant fall colors. The cocktail hour was on the fist floor (indoor/outdoor) on the patio followed by the reception which was upstairs in the banquet room with, again, stunning views of a gorgeous sunset. Guests were in awe of the view (we also lucked out with absolutely perfect weather), how fantastic the food was (tons of delicious choices for one flat fee) and how every detail was perfectly executed. We could not recommend Christine enough. She was so easy to communicate with, always had very helpful suggestions, and went above and beyond helping us. As an example of this, our wedding was destination so rather than throw out all the flowers from the reception, I had asked if we could donate the flowers to a local nursing home. Christine volunteered to transport the flowers herself to the nursing home!!! We were thrilled and so appreciative. I would also like to do a quick shout out to Janet who headed the banquet team and was extremely attentive to the bride and groom and all of our guests!! And cheers to Rich the amazing bartender who was our first friendly hello at Jericho and created a wonderful first impression! A wedding ceremony and reception are a once in a lifetime event. Make sure you have the confidence in your venue and its staff like we did and if you are looking in the New Hope, Pa area, look no further! Jericho is your spot!!

Nothing but 5 stars for this wonderful wedding venue! Our son got married on 11/22/25 and it could not have been more perfect. Susie, Dan and the whole crew at Applecross made this day one of the most memorable events for our family and friends. The food, cocktails, event space, and staff were superb! We are forever grateful to all!!

We just held our wedding at the Philadelphia Cricket Club, and we are so incredibly happy that we chose this venue! We worked with Christine throughout the planning process, and she is beyond amazing; extremely responsive, helpful, flexible, knowledgable, and kind. The venue is absolutely stunning, with a ton of amazing spots to take stunning photos! One of the things my husband and I were most concerned about when looking at venues was the food and beverage packages; you get SO MUCH for your money with the packages here and everything is so incredible delicious! All of the staff is very well trained, and were wonderful with our guests. my bridesmaids and I also got ready at the venue and it was such a nice morning filled with attentive staff, a huge area to get ready, and amazing food and beverages! I truly could not imagine a better venue for our special day and would highly recommend the Philadelphia Cricket Club to others!

The View at Morgan Hill was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was on point, personal, welcoming, and kind. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with spacious, modern interiors and breathtaking views that left all our guests in awe. Our day-of coordinator CJ and bridal attendant Gaby went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was completely stress-free before, during, and after the event. The entire staff at The View truly made our dream wedding come to life. We are so grateful for their incredible service and attention to detail. We had our wedding at Downingtown Country Club, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The staff was absolutely wonderful—friendly, organized, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our day was perfect. They made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, which meant so much to us. The value was also incredible. The pricing and wedding packages were very fair, especially considering the quality of service, the beautiful setting, and everything that was included. We also really appreciated their solid backup plan in case of rain—it gave us peace of mind knowing that no matter what, our day would go on seamlessly. The food was another highlight—our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! On top of that, the parking situation was easy and convenient, which made things simple for everyone attending. Overall, we are so happy we chose Downingtown Country Club for our wedding. They truly helped make our day unforgettable, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing team behind it.

We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at French Creek - it was the perfect day! We have nothing but good things to say. Obviously, the grounds are stunning and make for a fairytale backdrop. Beyond that, we were so impressed with the service. Sara was incredibly responsive, helpful, and fun to work with. She answered every question with kindness no matter how small or silly, and made every request a reality. I loved having her there on my wedding day. Anna, my bridal attendant, was awesome. She was always there when I needed her and I’m so thankful she was there to help me on the wedding day. Krysta ensured things ran smoothly and Robyn made it easy to keep track of payments. The food was delicious - highly recommend the risotto! Something I loved was that right after our ceremony, Anna and Sara brought us a tray of all the appetizers being passed around so we didn’t miss a thing! It started to rain while we were doing our first look/wedding portraits and Sara magically appeared with umbrellas. Overall, the day ran so smoothly and I felt like I didn’t have to think about a thing - I just got to enjoy the day (and no, we did not have a wedding planner - you really don’t need one, French Creek has it covered!). My one suggestion is that if you plan on taking photos on the dock by the lake, ask them to sweep off the deck. It’s worth it! We would highly recommend French Creek to anyone!

From the moment we walked in the door we knew we had found our venue. The entire property is so beautiful. We could not have asked for a better day! They let us run with the vision we had for our day and customize our menu to what we wanted! Thank you so much for that. The whole staff was absolutely amazing and professional. The food was so delicious, our guests keep telling us how amazing it was!

The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious and Melissa was great to work with!!! There is not one negative thing I could say. All our guests were bragging about how good the food was, from appetizers to the main course and everything in between!!!! AND Melissa is a rock star!!! They made my wedding one for the record books!!!!!!!!!!
