We had our wedding at Brookside Country Club this January and it was phenomenal! We could not have been happier with Brookside and especially our point person Abby Tate. She made our wedding reception turn out to be exactly what we had envisioned for our big day. I can’t say this about every venue we visited during the wedding planning process, but the first time we met with Abby at Brookside, it felt right. She made us feel at home and we knew how important it was to be able to trust someone with our wedding. She was there for every question or concern we had. She made it very easy to make sure our vision came to life on what the food and drink options, lighting, schedule and layout would be. We knew we were in good hands.

The country club’s charm really makes it an ideal reception location. It is very clean with an inviting layout. The grounds of the club are amazing also- a long entrance and golf course surrounding the club really enhances the landscape. It was ideal for our wedding pictures in different locations - even in the winter. The grand ballroom has updated floors, beautiful chandeliers and nice lighting. With our winter wedding, we were able to have the fireplaces on inside to add warmth and a cozy feeling. Parking is readily available for guests.

The service was excellent as well. We couldn’t give Brookside a better rating for their food and beverage options. Our guests were raving about the appetizers, entrees and open bar. Our wedding was amazing and having it at Brookside made our day even that more special. Having Abby to help us was an added bonus. Wedding planning can be stressful, time consuming and frustrating at times, but knowing you have a contact person at your venue who will be there no matter what happens, is a big relief. We would definitely recommend Brookside CC to anyone!

My husband and I picked Brookside Country Club as our venue for our wedding on May 26th 2024. It was beyond beautiful and elegant. I can’t recommend booking at Brookside enough. Claire the wedding coordinator at Brookside was absolutely amazing. She made sure everything was flawless. We were so lucky to get married at Brookside. They were so accommodating, friendly, and treated us like family members. Claire was very responsive and flexible with us. She made sure that we didn’t have anything to worry about on our special day. 10/10! Highly recommended. Our family and guests continue to tell us that it was one of the most beautiful and best weddings they have ever been to! The layout is very friendly for grandparents who can’t walk very far. I love how everything is conveniently located. Gorgeous venue.

We could not have asked for a better experience at Brookside Country Club! From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Claire, in particular, was amazing — she was always available, so helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.
Our guests are still raving about the food and drinks — everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully planned. We especially loved how the bartender customized our signature drinks to fit us perfectly and made use of our custom ice sculpture, which turned out to be such a fun, memorable detail.
Brookside made the entire day feel seamless and special. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding unforgettable. We can't recommend them enough!

We had our wedding at Brookside Country Club September 2024. It was the perfect day! Claire Spesak made sure every detail was the way we wanted it. She was professional and flexible and made sure everything went smoothly. The food was amazing! Everyone had such a great time and it said it was the best wedding!

Claire is such an awesome coordinator! From beginning to end she was responsive and made sure she understood my vision. On the day of, she set up all the decor for me to ensure I had enough time to get ready and so that I didn’t have to stress about anything but getting married. The venue is beautiful and very well kept. Our winter wedding was beautiful! 10/10 recommend this venue.

We got married at the end of August 2021 and cannot rave about our experience more! We fell in love with Brookside at the beginning of 2020 and knew right away that we wanted to have our reception there. Abby was also a huge selling point because she was by far the most approachable coordinator we met with. Due to COVID, our ceremony plans had to change. We were supposed to get married at our church, but due to the number of guests invited, we had too many people and it was over the church’s max capacity with their restrictions put in place. After talking it over with Abby in the beginning of June, they were able to make the arrangements and we were able to be on site all day and have our ceremony there as well! The day of went so smoothly and if there were any hiccups, my husband and I would not have known. We had so many different backdrops for wedding photos which was a huge bonus and one of our favorite things about the venue. Abby was attentive the whole day/night and even helped one of our guests during the reception who got injured. My husband’s parents had two kids get married before him and they said out of all the weddings, he said he never saw the coordinator so involved and readily available, even during the reception. Also the food was delicious and some of our guests raved about it to us afterwards! 10/10 would recommend Brookside to anyone!

I've grown up at Brookside Country Club with both my grandparents and parents being members and I always dreamt of getting married here. Brookside made that a reality. From start to finish, everything went seamlessly even with getting married in the middle of COVID. Abby, the coordinator, was always responsive and so helpful. She dealt with me the whole entire time emailing/calling/meeting whenever I needed to. The night of my wedding went absolutely perfectly and everything was beautiful. The whole team was amazing, my guests had an amazing time, and the food was fantastic. I cannot stress enough how much they worked with me to make it the wedding of our dreams despite getting married during a pandemic. We had to move our entire wedding outdoors and Brookside did whatever we needed to make it work. I cannot recommend Brookside as a wedding venue enough!

Brookside Country Club was an absolutely beautiful location for our fall wedding ceremony and reception! Abby was wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning process, and was easily accessible during the event itself! Our guests commented positively on the quality of the food and the overall elegant feel of the event!

When we visited Brookside, we fell in love immediately. It had that classic charm of an old school country club with a newly renovated ballroom to bring in the prefect touch of modern. The food was out of this world, we were blown away during our tasting, and the night of the wedding. Abby, who is the site coordinator, went above and beyond on every level. She was articulate, responsive, accommodating and just the sweetest person. She literally took care of our every need, even checking in with us the night of to make sure we ate enough, and everything was going according to plan. She set up the venue exactly the way we were picturing it, there was not a napkin out of place! Honestly, when we say we couldn't have done it without her, we mean it because she truly helped us pull of the perfect day to remember forever. (Side note, for the vibe, timelessness and quality of the food this place felt like a steal compared to some other vendors we looked at, it was a great value for the entire experience!)
