The Private Garden is a romantic setting ideal for an outdoor ceremony, surrounded by tree groves and vibrant floral displays. This space can be decorated to your satisfaction, with a delightful chuppah as its centerpiece. For wet weather, the Veranda can host a covered ceremony, giving you shelter from the rain as you say ‘I do’. The Grand Ballroom is their premier event space fit for a sophisticated reception, fitted with soft lighting and floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal picturesque views of the garden. The venue is well-connected by road, with Route 611 able to take you into the heart of Philadelphia.

Best. Day. Ever.
The venue itself is beautiful. The restored farm house feel is homey yet elegant. The outside venue space is beautifully landscaped and perfect for pictures in any season. The restored farm house allows for there to be many places, including the incredible balcony, for guests to mingle and move throughout the night. As a bride who wanted an outdoor ceremony, I felt comfortable knowing that the ceremony could still be outside on the covered balcony space even if it rained. The upstairs suites are roomy and accommodating, also perfect for getting ready pictures.
The pricing was ideal and had many options to choose from to customize to our tastes and price points. The food was of INCREDIBLE quality and taste for a wedding venue. The ability to choose a signature drink, as well as add on items was unique and personal. We had a cheesesteak and French fry bar! Not to mention, Suzanne and the staff at the Manor House worked so smoothly and in sync with our other vendors to create an ideal experience. The staff also made tear down and the end of the night look effortless, leaving nothing to worry about for the bride and groom.
From start to finish, Suzanne C. at the Manor House was communicative, helpful, and kind. We can’t sing her praises enough. She went above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions were answered and that the day went smoothly. She was the ideal point of contact for a type A bride. We couldn’t be more grateful to her for all her help and efforts in making our day so special.
We love the Manor House and the staff that work there. If you’re looking for a venue, look no further for your perfect day!

- Having a wonderful coordinator who was always cool, calm and collected (something a nervous bride like myself desperately needed haha)
- Food was awesome -- and bonus: they made sure my partner and I were fed, even during cocktail hour while we were having our pictures taken.
- Champagne in the bridal suite
- You have 3 options for the ceremony location - two outside and one inside (which is nice so you can adjust your day of plans to account for the weather)
- The price is inclusive of so much including food, open bar, linens, etc.
