The Perfect Day!
Our wedding
We were looked after by our wedding coordinator Joe, who guided us through the whole process from booking up until the event. He was quick to reply to any questions, made sure all the details were taken care of and that nothing was forgotten.
On the day of the wedding, Joe looked after us, and he was incredible. He ensured the whole day ran to plan, told us what we needed to do and when, and he made us feel so welcome. He made it seem like there was no question or request too difficult.
The wait staff on the day were also top tier. Professional in every way. Every staff member that day was amazing. They went above and beyond to attend to every request, always with a smile. The whole team made us feel like royalty visiting for the day!
The food was sensational. Many guests raved about it. Thank you to the chefs!
The setting - you cant get better. Mountain views, and the beautiful greens. The room and courtyard were decorated to perfection.
Perfect Day
The only 2 things that could have used some attention to was the bed in the honeymoon suit, it was a little springy and is due for a replacement mattress and the chicken was a little dry.
Other then that we wouldn't have changed a thing about the day.

Wedding 24’
Smoothly and made sure everyone was happy and having fun. They all also had the nicest personalities. The food was also absolutely fantastic and pricing was insanely reasonable. The owner Joe was very flexible too and made sure we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. This place was awesome I highly reccomend it.
Like a dream!
Everything flowed so well during the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception! Due to a heat advisory, Joe welcomed everyone to wait inside until the ceremony started. He let us and helped hand out waters so no one passed out. He was so willing to help make accommodations for my sister with epilepsy. He easily went above and beyond for our special day.
We really didn’t have to worry about a thing! I wouldn’t choose any of venue except Hideaway! All my guests were discussing how good the food was for cocktail hour and the buffet! I highly recommend going with the buffet, everything was delicious and not one person had anything bad to say about the food!
Everyone also commented on how beautiful the venue is! My photos look absolutely amazing (all 6,600+). We so appreciate Joe taking the time to make space for our Photo Booth in the reception area. He found a perfect spot for it and it made me really happy we could include it in our special day.
The hall was breath taking and matched our wedding colors perfectly. The rooms were perfect, air conditioned and allowed us to have a perfect place to get ready for the day...the staff was all pleasantries and I absolutely loved all of them! They were wonderful and I’m still laughing thinking about how fun the staff was when we accidentally broke a glass on the dance floor and they came out dancing to clean it up! The chefs were top notch, I wish I could have more of their food already and that we could experience it all over again.
Thank you Joe and your team! Everyone is amazing and so kind. It was definitely the wedding of my dreams! You deserve way more than 5 stars! Completely blown away with the professionalism and outstanding service for my wedding at Hideaway Hills!
