I found the dress of my dreams at the Bridal Gallery!

I found the dress of my dreams at the Bridal Gallery! My mom, sister, and grandmother attended my appointment with me and still talk about what a fun experience it was. My consultant was Michelle, and she made the process effortless, I never felt rushed trying on the different dresses, and she was quick to answer any questions we had. They had not only a beautiful selection in gowns, but in veils, too!

My alterations appointments went very smoothly, and I felt absolutely beautiful and comfortable on my wedding day. I cannot recommend the Bridal Gallery enough!

Best experience ever

I can't say enough about how much I love and recommend this boutique. The customer service was incredible and the amount of gorgeous dresses available in my size was astounding! Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect dress and my confidence.

Love The Atmosphere!

When I booked an appointment I was a little skeptical because it seemed like they didn't have a wide variety of dresses and they're website doesn't show brands or any thing. When I went in I was instantly greeted and assisted by the lovely gal up front. I'm a very picky person so when I didn't see that they had the style of dress I wanted (ballgown with cuffed sleeves), I felt like I had wasted my time. My consultant was amazing though. I had also brought my childhood best friend and both of them insisted that I try something that I wouldn't normally try. So I did, and I fell in love. They do have lovely dresses there, and just sometimes you got to step out of your comfort zone to find the one. My consultant was fabulous too and she made me feel like a princess. She asked all the right questions and even made some suggestions when I wasn't happy with a dress. This place might be small but if you are looking for a place that will focus all their attention on you, I would recommend.

I visited The Bridal Gallery while I was in Oregon visiting family. I live in New Jersey, but wanted to go to a place in Oregon so my grandmother could come along for the experience. I scheduled online and received a call from someone to ask some questions to customize my experience. They were so friendly. The day of, we arrived and had the best time. Our consultant was fantastic. (I can't remember her name, I'm so sorry! Though everyone we spoke with was great. It might have been Heather, but it's been almost 2 years since I went in. ha) She let us look around and pick things we liked, and then she asked what I was looking for and picked a few more things for me. The trying-on process was great, she was super helpful, and they allowed us to drink a bottle of sparkling wine that we brought in! After trying on a few, our consultant had an idea - I wanted a fitted bodice, but I loved the idea of sleeves. She came back with a jacket, and it perfectly matched the dress that I loved - and they weren't even made to go together! I knew that was it. I was saying yes! The jacket had elbow-length sleeves, and I wanted full-length, so we were also able to order more fabric for the seamstress to extend them. The ordering and shipping process was so easy. I was nervous since it had to be shipped to them in Oregon, and then from them to my parents in Texas (where the wedding was), all while I was in New Jersey. But everything went smoothly and arrived safely! The Bridal Gallery communicated everything to me. Everything arrived at once, all in a nice garment bag. I couldn't have asked for anything better, and I am still in love with my dress, even 6 months after the wedding. Thank you!

The team at The Bridal Gallery was wonderful throughout the whole process! I had a lot of alterations to achieve the final look I envisioned, and Addy was absolutely amazing in giving me the perfect gown! When a company shipped something in the incorrect size, the team at The Bridal Gallery solved the problem directly within a couple of weeks!

Angie and her staff were absolutely amazing! I had previously worked with them on the pageant side of things and they were even better when I came in this time for my wedding gown! I worked with Rebecca and as soon as I put on my dress she knew it was the one even before I did. When she suggested we add a veil I was blown away. Rebecca also matched the perfect veil and jewelry. Overall it was an amazing experience and I was so impressed with the dress selection as well as excellent customer service. I highly recommend them! I will likely be going through them for my fiance and his groomsmen's suits as well :-)

I went to a box store before I heard about the Bridal Gallery and found a dress that was eh, figured since it wasn't my first I went into the Bridal Gallery due to my sister-in-law getting her dress there. I made an appointment on the website which was SO easy. On the day of my appointment, my husband and I went to look at dresses. We were paired with Rebekah who was absolutely wonderful! She had such a fun personality which really matched well with ours. She listened to what we did and didn't want in a dress. I tried on my last dress and as I walked from the dressing room to the mirrors, I got that "this is it!!" feeling. The whole first interaction was wonderful, no pressure and very willing to work with us. From February of 2017 to July 2017, we worked with Rebekah, Dave and Angie on fittings and tuxes. It was so nice to call up and they instantly knew who I was by my first name. Talk about service! Dave worked with the schedules of all our groomsmen to get their initial fitting done and then once the tuxes came in. We even had an unusual situation happen with our youngest (12 months) and his tux. We waited as long as possible due to him growing a lot in the first year to get him measured. When the time came to get his tux, the manufacturer changed their sizes and no longer offered his size in our colors. Dave gave us some suggestions so that we could get a tux for him. We tried to look around and weren't able to find anything local for him. Before I even had time to freak as a bride, Dave texted us that he had put out the word in his network of bridal people and found us a tux in the size we needed and the colors matched!! Crisis adverted! Definitely recommend to any Brides and Grooms!!

Angie was wonderful to me! She was helpful when I picked out my gown and even though I was meeting with another employee when I came in for my fitting, Angie was right there helping out. Which I was glad for, as the other employee could not match up to Angie's professionalism and personal touch service. The other employee seemed to be bothered by me wanting to put on the girdle and the veil and I felt pushed aside, but Angie came to join us and my wishes immediately were honored. I loved my dress and the alterations turned out just fine! We also rented the tuxes for the guys from here and they all looked great! What made this experience a 5 star review, hands down was Angie! Thank you for my beautiful dress and the beautiful experience Angie!

If I could give the Bridal Gallery 6 out of 5 stars I would. Tori, the owner, helped me find my dream gown. Through a stressful situation of loving every single dress I put on she was able to guide me in the right direction and give me honest feedback. She was so fun and she truly puts her brides first. I loved going to the store to visit with Tori, her husband, and other employers. I was always looking forward to my appointments. Their dress selection was amazing it made my decision extremely hard! Once I made my decision and the dress came I was able to receive alterations in their store. My alterations were perfect!! The dress fit me like a glove. I cannot speak highly enough of this business. Not only did I get my wedding dress from here but also my bridesmaids dresses, which were gorgeous, and suits, which were great! SERIOUSLY GO HERE FOR ANY DRESS OR SUIT NEED!

p.s. I also got my homecoming gown here when I was in high school once again it was gorgeous!
