I found the dress of my dreams at the Bridal Gallery!

I found the dress of my dreams at the Bridal Gallery! My mom, sister, and grandmother attended my appointment with me and still talk about what a fun experience it was. My consultant was Michelle, and she made the process effortless, I never felt rushed trying on the different dresses, and she was quick to answer any questions we had. They had not only a beautiful selection in gowns, but in veils, too!

My alterations appointments went very smoothly, and I felt absolutely beautiful and comfortable on my wedding day. I cannot recommend the Bridal Gallery enough!

Best experience ever

I can't say enough about how much I love and recommend this boutique. The customer service was incredible and the amount of gorgeous dresses available in my size was astounding! Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect dress and my confidence.

Love The Atmosphere!

When I booked an appointment I was a little skeptical because it seemed like they didn't have a wide variety of dresses and they're website doesn't show brands or any thing. When I went in I was instantly greeted and assisted by the lovely gal up front. I'm a very picky person so when I didn't see that they had the style of dress I wanted (ballgown with cuffed sleeves), I felt like I had wasted my time. My consultant was amazing though. I had also brought my childhood best friend and both of them insisted that I try something that I wouldn't normally try. So I did, and I fell in love. They do have lovely dresses there, and just sometimes you got to step out of your comfort zone to find the one. My consultant was fabulous too and she made me feel like a princess. She asked all the right questions and even made some suggestions when I wasn't happy with a dress. This place might be small but if you are looking for a place that will focus all their attention on you, I would recommend.

I visited The Bridal Gallery while I was in Oregon visiting family. I live in New Jersey, but wanted to go to a place in Oregon so my grandmother could come along for the experience. I scheduled online and received a call from someone to ask some questions to customize my experience. They were so friendly. The day of, we arrived and had the best time. Our consultant was fantastic. (I can't remember her name, I'm so sorry! Though everyone we spoke with was great. It might have been Heather, but it's been almost 2 years since I went in. ha) She let us look around and pick things we liked, and then she asked what I was looking for and picked a few more things for me. The trying-on process was great, she was super helpful, and they allowed us to drink a bottle of sparkling wine that we brought in! After trying on a few, our consultant had an idea - I wanted a fitted bodice, but I loved the idea of sleeves. She came back with a jacket, and it perfectly matched the dress that I loved - and they weren't even made to go together! I knew that was it. I was saying yes! The jacket had elbow-length sleeves, and I wanted full-length, so we were also able to order more fabric for the seamstress to extend them. The ordering and shipping process was so easy. I was nervous since it had to be shipped to them in Oregon, and then from them to my parents in Texas (where the wedding was), all while I was in New Jersey. But everything went smoothly and arrived safely! The Bridal Gallery communicated everything to me. Everything arrived at once, all in a nice garment bag. I couldn't have asked for anything better, and I am still in love with my dress, even 6 months after the wedding. Thank you!

The team at The Bridal Gallery was wonderful throughout the whole process! I had a lot of alterations to achieve the final look I envisioned, and Addy was absolutely amazing in giving me the perfect gown! When a company shipped something in the incorrect size, the team at The Bridal Gallery solved the problem directly within a couple of weeks!

Angie and her staff were absolutely amazing! I had previously worked with them on the pageant side of things and they were even better when I came in this time for my wedding gown! I worked with Rebecca and as soon as I put on my dress she knew it was the one even before I did. When she suggested we add a veil I was blown away. Rebecca also matched the perfect veil and jewelry. Overall it was an amazing experience and I was so impressed with the dress selection as well as excellent customer service. I highly recommend them! I will likely be going through them for my fiance and his groomsmen's suits as well :-)

I went to a box store before I heard about the Bridal Gallery and found a dress that was eh, figured since it wasn't my first I went into the Bridal Gallery due to my sister-in-law getting her dress there. I made an appointment on the website which was SO easy. On the day of my appointment, my husband and I went to look at dresses. We were paired with Rebekah who was absolutely wonderful! She had such a fun personality which really matched well with ours. She listened to what we did and didn't want in a dress. I tried on my last dress and as I walked from the dressing room to the mirrors, I got that "this is it!!" feeling. The whole first interaction was wonderful, no pressure and very willing to work with us. From February of 2017 to July 2017, we worked with Rebekah, Dave and Angie on fittings and tuxes. It was so nice to call up and they instantly knew who I was by my first name. Talk about service! Dave worked with the schedules of all our groomsmen to get their initial fitting done and then once the tuxes came in. We even had an unusual situation happen with our youngest (12 months) and his tux. We waited as long as possible due to him growing a lot in the first year to get him measured. When the time came to get his tux, the manufacturer changed their sizes and no longer offered his size in our colors. Dave gave us some suggestions so that we could get a tux for him. We tried to look around and weren't able to find anything local for him. Before I even had time to freak as a bride, Dave texted us that he had put out the word in his network of bridal people and found us a tux in the size we needed and the colors matched!! Crisis adverted! Definitely recommend to any Brides and Grooms!!

Angie was wonderful to me! She was helpful when I picked out my gown and even though I was meeting with another employee when I came in for my fitting, Angie was right there helping out. Which I was glad for, as the other employee could not match up to Angie's professionalism and personal touch service. The other employee seemed to be bothered by me wanting to put on the girdle and the veil and I felt pushed aside, but Angie came to join us and my wishes immediately were honored. I loved my dress and the alterations turned out just fine! We also rented the tuxes for the guys from here and they all looked great! What made this experience a 5 star review, hands down was Angie! Thank you for my beautiful dress and the beautiful experience Angie!

If I could give the Bridal Gallery 6 out of 5 stars I would. Tori, the owner, helped me find my dream gown. Through a stressful situation of loving every single dress I put on she was able to guide me in the right direction and give me honest feedback. She was so fun and she truly puts her brides first. I loved going to the store to visit with Tori, her husband, and other employers. I was always looking forward to my appointments. Their dress selection was amazing it made my decision extremely hard! Once I made my decision and the dress came I was able to receive alterations in their store. My alterations were perfect!! The dress fit me like a glove. I cannot speak highly enough of this business. Not only did I get my wedding dress from here but also my bridesmaids dresses, which were gorgeous, and suits, which were great! SERIOUSLY GO HERE FOR ANY DRESS OR SUIT NEED!

p.s. I also got my homecoming gown here when I was in high school once again it was gorgeous!

I wasn't impressed with any of the service I got from shopping for wedding dresses in Eugene, and so when we found the Bridal Gallery in Salem, we were pleasantly surprised! :) I found my dress immediately, and before the appointment, the consultant asked for me to email her pictures I liked of dresses from Pinterest so that she could already have dresses in mind before I even got there! It was such a smart and personal touch to the day, and sped up the process, allowing me to try on styles that I liked, and then she suggested a few that weren't in my "style" but I still loved seeing them! Such a fun day! And they kept the dress until the week of my wedding, this way they were able to press it and make sure it was in mint condition for the big day! I want to wear it everyday! Thank you, Bridal Gallery! They also have a great selection of bridesmaid dresses!

I can't not thank the people at bridal gallery enough for the beautiful dress for my wedding day. It was my dream dress come true. The people in the store are amazing and so sweet. They always knew my name and made me feel at peace there. Even when there was a mess up they fixed it and made it beautiful! The owner is amazing and the sweetest lady. I recommend anyone to come here. I've been working with them since Oct 2013 and now I am having them preserve my dress for me after my wedding last weekend. Amazing!!!

Angie was such a delight to work with. I had an appt. and was treated like a princess. She took my suggestions and helped me find the perfect dress. She even kept me at my budget by giving me a discount. They were professional and yet relaxed. It was a wonderful experience and my dress is gorgeous!

Here is the story of how I found my dress

The girls at The Bridal Gallery were so stinkin nice! Let me just say, it is difficult to find that in a dress shop. A lot of the ladies that work in dress shops are a bit stuck up and rude, but not this place! They were so friendly and welcoming, and had excellent customer service.

The girls lead me over to the styles that I would be interested in, and I picked up several dresses that I liked a lot. I narrowed it down to one, and I couldn't wait to bring my mom in to show her!

The next week, my mom and mom-to-be came in and loved the dress that I tried on! The girl helping me stated that she had a dress in the back that she thought I would like a lot, and asked if I minded that she bring it out to show me. I thought I was set on the dress I was wearing, but hey, why not try on more. A piece of advice- don't be afraid to ask for opinions from the girls that work there. They have seen many brides in dresses, and they know what stunning looks like even though you may think you have the perfect picture in your head.

Yep, the dress she brought out was THE ONE. It was hiding in the back just waiting for me to try it on. The dress was Allure 8634, a lace with lace straps in champagne. It was STUNNING! I had never seen another dress like it. On my wedding day, so many people came up to me and said I was the most beautiful bride they had ever seen. I must pass on my thanks to The Bridal Gallery, because without that dress, I probably would have looked like every other bride wearing the same old strapless white dress. I felt beautiful, original, and I am so sad that my wedding day is over because I loved wearing my dress.

The staff at the Bridal Gallery is AWESOME!!!! The staff was amazing and they are so accommodating! I was living in California and was only going to be up in Oregon a few times before the wedding and they totally made it work for getting my fittings in. Their alterations lady is awesome and they do it in house which made me feel good about it. Also I needed a swatch of my dress to decide what color to have my husband's tux be and they got a swatch and mailed it to me! They are great!

If you are in Salem, there is no need to go up to Portland to one of the "fancy" bridal shops, just go here!!!

Wow! I don't know where to begin. I only went to this bridal shop and never had to look elsewhere...we got my dress, all tuxes, the bridesmaids dresses and all shoes here! It was so nice to have it all in one spot. The service was amazing and Angie was the BEST! She is the one who picked out my dress for me, i loved it instantly! I loved how she was able to find just what I wanted. Everyone there was absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much!

The Bridal Gallery was excellent. I got my dress and bridesmaid dresses there and always had great service. If you can get Hanna as your girl. She makes things happen! I never had any worries about anything.

I worked with Angie and she was GREAT!!! She was fantastic about listening to what I wanted and working on making it happen. She was also great about with with my bridesmaids...I had 3 and they all had very different body types. She worked hard at working with all of us to find a dress that would work for all three. Her staff was great to work with as well. She and her staff really do a great job!!!

I was told to go to Bridal Gallery when I was first looking for my wedding dress last year, and I am so glad I listened to that advice! From the moment I stepped into the store I was taken care of. I had brought some photos with me to help determine the best dress for me, the sales woman took a look and within minutes picked out my dress, the first one I tried on is the one I bought- amazing! She knew exactly what she was doing, and I was so happy with the dress. I keep looking at photos beaming, because I love the dress so much. Every fitting went great, and they were really nice about letting me come in after I bought it to try it on and show my friends :) I would recommend Bridal Gallery to any future bride, they are great!

Angie at the Bridal Gallery is amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure my special day was everything that I had hoped for. To say that the service she provided was great, does not do her justice. I got my dress, bridesmaids dresses, and tuxes all at the bridal gallery and am very pleased with how everyone looked at the wedding. I really can't say how happy my husband and I both were with the service we recieved :)

Angie and the whole Bridal Gallery team was incredible! They made finding a dress so easy and fun for me. I live out of town, but my wedding took place in Portland. They worked professionally and were extremely flexible with their time to meet all my needs when I was in town. I wasn't able to do any fittings until two days before the wedding, but with the assurance and confidence of Angie I knew the store could handle it. And handle it they did! The made my dress fit me like a glove in one day and I couldn't have been happier.

I went to many wedding dress boutiques, before ending up at the fantastic Bridal Gallery in Salem OR. Angie was my consultant, but the other consultants in the shop are good as well. Brenda was amazing!! Together they finally created the perfect elegant Spanish bride look for me. I highly recommend The Bridal Gallery over any Portland bridal boutique!!

Angie is AWESOME!!! This girl took care of my through my whole process. She found the perfect dress for me - it was stunning. We went back to her to look at bridesmaid dresses, and I feel in love with them (I wish I had one just to wear out!) and then she even did our tux order as well. She helped me with little details such as jewelry (and went above and beyond!) garters, favor boxes, ring bearer pillows and more! With all of our out of town wedding party, she even drove out to our location to fit people and performed alterations right there! This girl is the best!!

I got my bridesmaids' dresses here. Shopping here was a very good experience- staff was kind, friendly, and professional, and the selection was much better and at more reasonable prices than any other store I visited. They even opened up the store on Sunday just for me, as that was the only day I could come to Salem!

I loved the Bridal Gallery! We went to quite a few different bridal stores, but I fell in love with the Bridal Gallery, and Rachel who was helping me find the perfect dress. I went the first time with my mom and found two dresses I loved, and booked a special appointment on a Sunday, when they are usually closed, to bring in four of my family members to help me. We had a fun, relaxing time trying on dresses - the Bridal Gallery had an amazing selection of gorgeous dresses and I found the perfect one. I would definitely recommend going there!

Angie is awesome! After I bought my dress I lost a ton of weight due to an unexpected illness. Everyone was very helpful as I panic that my dress wouldn't fit. They were able to do two last minute dress fittings (since I was gaining weight back) to ensure my dress fit to the "t" the day of the wedding! And it did!

I had a fantastic experience at The Bridal Gallery; the ladies were great while I was trying on dresses and made it a really fun experience. When I went back for my fitting, they knew me by name and the woman in charge of alterations was very accommodating. They stored my dress and veil for me, let me pick up my veil for the hair run through and then took it back to store it again until it was time for my wedding. They were helpful, flexible, and accommodating all the way through; their customer service was fantastic!

Angie and her staff at the Bridal Gallery were great! Angie was incredibly patient as I tried on dress after dress to find the perfect one. I was an out-of-town bride. She and her staff earranged their schedules to help me to two fittings (with multiple alterations) within 3 days. The atmosphere, attention to detail, and responsiveness and the bridal gallery was exceptional.

Angie Oven & her staff at The Bridal Gallery are wonderful! I had purchased all my prom & Snoball dresses at The Bridal Gallery & knew that I would purchase my wedding gown there as well. I told Angie I would try on any dress she brought me - and did - but Angie was awesome about listening to what I liked and bringing things that fit that and also were a little different. It was great to be able to walk into the store and the whole staff knew who I was, when I was getting married, our entire wedding party, my parents, etc. We always left feeling totally taken care of - from beginning to end! And the direct relationship with their seamstress was a life saver; my mother-in-law came in from HI not totally loving her dress, but the seamstress was able to work her magic and made my MIL look beautiful! For which I am incredibly thankful! I love The Bridal Gallery - and tell all my friends getting married that they HAVE to go in. Angie, Diane, & Lauren are wonderful - they truly make every bride feel like she is their only bride.

Angie picked out my dress for me. I told her what I was looking for and she picked it out! All the girls knew me by name, including my family, and would welcome us like their own family when we came into the room. They made me feel special, beautiful, and important. They cut me a deal when it came to my dress, my BM's, as well as my Dad's tux. Nothing as priced as marked. Angie is true to her word in everything she says. I love the small business feel to her store. I felt like a million bucks on my wedding day.

After hours and hours of trying on dresses.... I walked into The Bridal Gallery, pointed at a manequinn... and said... thats my dress. The Bridal Gallery was literally a lifesaver. I live in a different state from where the dress was bought and the wedding was at. They worked with me over the phone, made everything effortless... and fit me in for alterations when I was in town. The lady who did my alterations... Betty... was WONDERFUL. My dress fit perfect and she did a great job! They had a great selection of dresses, veils, jewelry, and shoes.

The Bridal Gallery had a good selection of dresses for a reasonable price! There was enough seating for all 5 of my family members and the staff was great during the process.

The consultants at The Bridal Gallery were fantastic. Living in Philadelphia, but having grown up in Oregon, I was looking forward to finding a dress with my mom and sisters. The consultants were experienced, were able to quickly pick up on the style that I was trying to create, very patient, and extremely nice. The value of my dress was incredibly affordable and I felt gorgeous! I'll be honest, I was surprised to find such a gem of a bridal store right in Salem, but it is on point!

Carries more smaller sizes in gowns than most shops. Very enjoyable to work with.

I had a great experience getting my dress at Bridal Gallery. If you can, ask for Angie to help you find your dress. After trying on a few dresses I wasn't happy with, she went out and picked the one for me. I got the alterations done there and everything was wonderful.

Beautiful dress shop

We walked in with no appointment and found the perfect dress very quickly. The service was great, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The seamstress listened to my daughter and the dress was perfect.

The Bridal Gallery was wonderful to work with. My fiancée and I were going to Kauai to get married with just the two of us so I brought my mom to the fitting and the seamstress was so helpful with my mom's frailties. She treated my mom the way that I treat my mom and it was heart-warming to see.

My fiancée proposed on Christmas day and we were going to be married in May. I went in to The Bridal Gallery the first weekend in January and the staff was nervous about the short time they had to order my dress. The first dress I wanted was a Tony Bowls dress that was not in stock so, what did the staff at The Bridal Gallery do? They called Tony Bowls himself! That choice wasn't available so my next choice was a more traditional gown from Allure Bridal. They really bent over backwards for me, and when the dress didn't show up on the first promised date they dropped the expedite fee and contacted the manufacturer to make sure it would arrive in time. I was very impressed by all they did.

The staff that I dealt with were all very nice and friendly but on one visit I was left standing around while waiting for several staff members to finish visiting with another patron. I am all for being sociable but when more than one of the staff is working with one customer and another has to stand around waiting it isn't efficient or fair. Other than that one incident everything was great and I would highly recommend this company.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of gowns that The Bridal Gallery has to offer, especially those under $1000. I went in because they carried dressed by Stella York, a designer with gowns that I loved and that didn't cost multiple thousands of dollars. My stylist was did an excellent job of picking dresses that were not only flattering to my body type but had all the elements that I described. My stylist was actually the one to put me in a blush dress, something I hadn't previously considered, and it turned out to be the one. They allowed two payments for the dress, it would have been nice to spread that out a little more but I certainly won't complain about not having to pay it all upfront. The dresses were all of good quality and it was difficult to choose just one dress. I enjoyed my experience at The Bridal Gallery and would definitely recommend checking it out.

The bridal gallery had a booth at a bridal show and that is where I found my dress. It was the very first one I tried on. Even though I was surrounded by many brides to be I felt like all the attention was on me! The owner Angie made it very clear that she couldn't wait for me to come to the bridal salon for my first appointment. Everything went great. Angie took the best care. The only problem I had was when it was about 6 weeks until my wedding and I hadn't received a call saying my dress was done from alterations. They apologized and made me an appointment for the following week. When I should up with my parents and grandparents to show off my dress they said they didn't have an appointment for me bu they could squeeze me in (the place was empty by the way, it was a monday). So the owner wasn't there and the two girls that were getting my dress were so lazy! They got my dress and put it on and the other grabbed the veil. Well the veil she grabbed from the bag and it had never been opened. She put the wrinkled veil on my head! She said she had no idea I was coming so that would have to do. When my bridesmaids saw my dress they were horrified because there were spots all over it that looked like water spots. They girls working there acted like it was no big deal and that if I wanted to the spots out I could pay $50 to have it sent to the cleaners. So I paid it because my wedding was a month away! Remember that this was a brand new dress though. My mom called the next day and talked to the owner and she was horrified. She came in on her day off and met with us and fixed everything. I was a happy bride. My only suggestion is that either she have a good talking with her employees or if you decide to go there make sure Angie takes care of you.

I went in with my BFF as she was getting married for the first time at age 50! Rebekah is fantastic and very fun to work with. Picked great dresses as my friend described what she wanted. The dress is gorgeous. I feel the value was good and considering the amount of alterations and how beautiful the dress came out the cost was worth it. As maid of honor, I feel my dress was pretty expensive at $300 and $85 to alter. That is a lot for an attendant. Also, my dress and the other attendant were different shades of the same color. We were not told this and would have liked to have know when purchasing. We are fine with it, but still not knowing this was disappointing. Two attendants spent close to $800 dollars on dresses with alterations. That is a lot! So value in my review was only three stars. Otherwise, perfect experience and great staff. Well, except for the seamstresses that did the bridesmaids dress as she had to redo a hem and did not seam pleased at all; not friendly either. The seamstress for the bridal gown was fantastic and her work flawless!!

When choosing my dress, I had the help I needed from this place. I felt listened to and one of the first questions asked was about my budget. Other places I wasn't even asked about budget and when I tried on dresses I wasn't told until after how much the dress cost. This place wanted to help me find what I wanted and for a price I could afford.

Customer service here is great! They are flexible and willing to work with you. We had my dress altered, which ended up being messed up - whether it was lost in translation or simply forgotten about we aren't sure. We called to store the day before my wedding and they came to my house (45 min. away), picked it up, fixed it, and brought it back to me. That is what I call amazing customer service.

Rebekkah at The Salem Bridal Gallery was fantastic to work with. She kept me on budget when I arrived to pick out my dress and kept my mind in the "game" during my visit. Although I settled on a dress on the discount rack, it was beautiful in it's own, simplistic way, and every flaw I came across - pulled thread, sequin/bead missing, small stain - Rebekkah noted it down and it was fixed during my fittings at no charge. I am a little bummed that they didn't post on their website the picture of me, my grandmother and mom after I picked my dress as they do when all their other girls who come to the shop and find their wedding gown. Oh well.

A little boutique in downtown Salem, but a fair selection of dresses in a range of prices. The employees were all easy to work with. Not the over-the-top luxe dress shop experience you see on the bridal shows, but still a solid and overall pleasant experience.

I really enjoyed working with this business. My dress is gorgeous and the price wasn't too bad. Some things to consider when choosing this vendor.
Cost: Most places including this place, do not include alterations when you purchase the dress. My alterations were around $350 extra (and that was just for a hem and taking in the straps a bit)
Flexibility: Their seamstress works only twice a week, so make sure you check with them what days she is working before you commit especially if you are from out of state or have a long way to travel. (This would really be my only complaint since I live and work in Seattle) I had to take time off of work for my two fittings.

The Bridal Gallery has beautiful gowns and a great selection. I had so much fun dress shopping there. I received the full attention of the sales consultant and she even gave my bridesmaids and I wine to enjoy the experience. I found an incredible dress. I decided to have it custom made to my measurements as it was only an additional $50. This seemed like a major deal considering I wouldn't need alterations later. I was wrong. The dress came in 4 months after I ordered it and it didn't fit. I was the same weight as I previously was (I was very conscious of this as I didn't want to spend SO much money on a dress and have it not fit). It was really loose in the bust and very tight in the hips, which didn't make any sense to me. It almost felt as if the measurements got flipped. The sales consultant that previously helped me had left and someone else helped me. They kind of passively-aggressively accused me of gaining weight. He made me feel as if I was in the wrong here. I felt so disappointed. This moment that should have been euphoric, in front of my mom, future mother-in-law, and friends that should have felt amazing instead felt defeating and accusatory. I was encouraged to work out, which was really frustrating since there is already SO much pressure for future brides to have perfect bodies. All in all, I had to pay an additional $200+ to have it altered. It may have been over $300. I try to block that part of the experience out. My dress was beautiful and I still love it to this day, but I won't soon forget how I was made to feel for what felt to me to be an error in measurements or in the order/making of the dress.

Very disappointed with my experience at the bridal gallery. When my dress came in there was a number of fit issues they were unwilling to fix and instead of feeling like a beautiful bride they left me with regret I ever bought the dress in the first place. They never wanted to listen or strive to fix any issues I was having. Took my dress elsewhere and fell in love with it all over again. I would not recommend anyone go here.

I'm not sure where to start. I've been disappointed by this place so many times in the process of getting my wedding dress. They've treated me like nothing but a nuisance from the moment we walked in for our appointment. If we hadn't driven all the way from Seattle we would have turned around and left. There was a miscommunication in appointment time so when we got there the owner flat out said "well I'm not staying late" b/cthere was a Beavers game that night that she didn't want to miss. I was so stunned and upset that I got a little emotional, and I think she felt bad (or wanted to avoid a bad review) so she let us stay and try on dresses. But not without "jokingly" reminding us every ten minutes that she was missing the game. I fall in love with a dress, we purchase it, are told by the owner to come back in once it comes in with my shoes for the first round of alterations. I wait months to hear from them and finally call only to find out my dress had been in for two months. Apparently they had the wrong phone number for me, even though somehow they called to confirm my appointment back at the beginning? I ask to make an appointment for the first round of alterations as the owner had suggested. The girl on the phone was SO condescending and wouldn't let me make an appointment until 3 months before my wedding "unless you're ABSOLUTELY sure you'll be the same EXACT size you are now." Thank you, I've been this size for ten years but ok I get it, probably more of a delicate way to put that. Then I decide I'd rather just have it shipped here so I can be done with this place. I call and give them my address and pay over the phone and SPECIFICALLY ask that I must sign for the package. Because hello, it's a $2k package. She insists that I will but I woke up this morning to a my doorbell and my dress just sitting out in the rain. I'm so frustrated and upset by this whole experience and I will NEVER recommend any bride-to-be to this awful and unprofessional place.

Terrible, terrible people!

Absolutely awful customer service. Use caution when trusting them with your special day. My daughter (as with most brides) had never shopped for a wedding gown before, and The Bridal Gallery takes full advantage of young, vulnerable, excited brides-to-be. My daughter purchased a gown from this store and when the dress came it was 3 sizes too small. She was never measured accurately, instead the employee "eyeballed" her size and ordered a gown based on the size she tried on in the store. They refused to reorder her a gown that fit and said she would need to purchase an entire new gown. I'm appalled at their attitudes, their professionalism (or lack thereof), and would NEVER recommend these rip-off's to anyone.
