Working with Megan from the Borrowed Teacup was one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding. I hired Megan to design and set up the dinner tables for my rustic wedding of 100 guests. In the early planning stages I appreciated how attentive she is over email and she's very organized -- we used shared Google files to collaborate and it worked very well. I rented several different styles of votives from Megan's thoughtfully curated inventory and we worked together to select the rest of the things we needed from other vendors.

She is SO talented and very experienced, and she went above and beyond on the day of the wedding. It was really windy at the farm where the reception was and Megan stayed later than intended just to make sure that everything was perfect before my guests sat down for dinner. She also integrated her ideas seamlessly with the simple decor provided by my venue and with the tabletop bud vases my florist designed. The tables looked stunning and everyone commented on how perfect they were.

Overall, Megan was a joy to work with. She's creative, kind and professional and truly worked with me to understand my vision for the tablescapes. I highly recommend her for styling and day of set up, especially if you're like me and didn't hire a wedding planner. You can tell she loves what she does!

The day of our wedding was such a blur and Megan and her team took care of everything, leaving us to enjoy our wedding day without stressing about it. When we finally saw all the work they had done, it was more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. If you want to work with someone who will listen and understand what you want, and perhaps make it even better than you thought was possible, I cannot recommend The Borrowed Teacup enough. Not only was her dinnerware beautiful, but she arranged it in a way that was truly stunning. People were blown our by how charming our tables were. Megan was AMAZING to work with. She made herself available for multiple calls leading up to the wedding and thought of all the little details I never would have thought of. She was also extremely responsive to all my emails with clarifying questions, last minute changes, etc. On the day of I didn't have to worry about a thing and the tables came out absolutely beautiful. The price is comparable to any other rental but the quality & look is 100% unique and stunning.

The Borrowed Teacup provides the perfect foundation for a fancy meal or tea. I hold women's day camps, and because of the beautiful table settings and spreads, the campers feel like they're getting treated to something really special. The service is exceptional, the prices are reasonable, and this concept is so needed in the Pioneer Valley. The Borrowed Teacup gives the perfect excuse to feel extravagant without having to buy all the china yourself. Highly recommended!
