If you are looking for a venue that actually feels like family rather than a business transaction, then look no further. We had a relatively abridged planning period and were under a tremendous amount of stress, but the team was amazing at putting us at ease.
From day one, it was clear that they weren't just interested in profit but they were truly committed to making our day special. They were incredibly flexible with our many requests and offered expert recommendations to help us save money wherever possible.
Kelly (our Month-of Coordinator) was a literal lifesaver. She was always just a text, call, or email away, reassuring us through all the nerve-wracking planning moments. She identified logistical blind spots we never would have thought of and took total charge of our rehearsal dinner! On the day of the wedding, she was on top of EVERYTHING, we were able to relax and enjoy our day and everything went exactly right.
Darryl was welcoming and kind, and his presence on the wedding day was so helpful in keeping things moving smoothly and Betsy was so incredibly sweet. On the wedding day, when my anxiety was at its peak, her supportive words and encouragement were exactly what I needed to stay calm and present.
The grounds were absolutely stunning, even in December, when we tied the knot. The barn itself is breathtaking with its high ceilings, beautiful chandeliers, and a spacious loft overlooking the main floor. The massive windows allowed for beautiful natural light while keeping everyone cozy and warm.
We opted for the two day package and the Bride and Groom suites were a highlight, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully well-stocked with everything we could possibly need to get ready.
We cannot recommend this venue and this wonderful family enough!

The Barn At Willow Brook is the most perfectly, wonderful, gorgeous wedding venue with such stunning beauty inside and out! The owners, Betsy & Daryl, are incredibly warm, friendly, kind and caring and we fell in love with this venue as soon as we entered the barn doors the first time. After visiting many other venue options in the NoVa area prior to this barn, when we entered Willow Brook, we ended our search. We knew it was the one and instantly felt the “wedding vibes”. The barn is so gorgeous as is. They have beautiful chandeliers, sparkly twinkle lights, a greenery photo wall, bar cart, wine barrels, chiavari chairs & white foldable chairs, signage, and greenery garland that is already hanging places, which means we didn’t have to bring any of that in! We didn’t feel like we needed to dress the barn up much more because it was already so beautiful by itself. We did want a cross for our ceremony, and they brought in a beautiful wooden cross for us from Reston Bible Church, free of charge and free delivery/setup. This meant so much to us! We also brought our own mistletoe, Christmas trees, and winter wreaths to hang on the barn doors. The bridal suite and grooms quarters were unbelievable and so spacious!! Like nothing we saw at any other venue! My groom was so happy that he too, had a fun place to hang out, play shuffleboard, eat, drink etc. and us ladies had so much fun in our adorable suite! We got married in January, so our whole wedding was indoors, but we did have the outdoor fire pit on for guests and they enjoyed that. We did cocktail hour upstairs on the indoor balcony while our caterer flipped the space downstairs for the reception and it worked out really well! Seamless. We absolutely adored Betsy! She had the most speedy responses any time we reached out to her, which we greatly appreciated. The barn had amazing vendor recommendations as well. Betsy & Daryl went above and beyond and were so detail oriented. Even asking me what kind of coffee creamers I wanted in the bridal suite the morning-of. We received countless compliments on just how beautiful the venue was from our guests. People seemed just stunned. They truly created a story-book fairytale wedding for us and we are so grateful we found The Barn At Willow Brook! It was the perfect day and we wish we could experience it again and again!

We had the wedding of our dreams at the Barn at Willow Brook! Picking our venue was such a difficult and important decision, and we are so happy that we found Willow Brook and the Madden family. From the very beginning they were so kind, welcoming, and helpful and completely dedicated to making sure we had everything we wanted for our wedding. We got the Friday and Saturday rental which allowed us to have our rehearsal dinner on site on Friday and stay over night before our Saturday wedding. We're so glad we did! The Barn is gorgeous and furnished, which made it easy for us to not have to bring in a ton of decorations and rentals. The groom's suite and bridal suite are beautiful, clean, and well appointed--we all felt so luxurious getting ready and wished we could just spend a week there. We also hired Kelly as our coordinator and she created a wedding day timeline that our photographer told us was the best she'd ever seen! Everything was so beautiful and went smoothly, but the best part was getting to work with Betsy, Daryl, and Kelly. It's clear they love what they do and they made us feel special and cared for which set such a positive tone for the whole weekend. Book this venue! Worth every penny.

My husband and I were married 12.18.21 at Willow Brook and it was everything we could have asked for. The barn was gorgeous on its own and with just a little decoration made our Christmas wedding something people have talked about over and over since then. Also, having the option to stay the night in the bridal suite was absolutely priceless - so little stress morning-of having all my bridesmaids already in the same spot. The barn, unlike some others, is very elegant and doesn't feel like "a barn." It's great for all sorts of weddings! But there are a million other pretty barn venues in the Leesburg area - what really made Willow Brook stand out were the unbelievably amazing owners, Betsy and Darryl, that *literally* saved my wedding. Betsy was just a ray of sunshine after I landed without a venue after in the middle of COVID and spent the next year and a half making my experience the most amazing I could have asked for after so many setbacks in my wedding planning. She was so incredibly generous, responsive, kind, and accommodating, literally everything you could possibly want in a venue owner. Darryl was so helpful day of and even helped us with the trash at the end of the night. They are both just such lovely people and I would recommend Willow Brook just to have the opportunity to know them. A million stars/5. Definitely get married here.

Book this venue for your wedding RIGHT NOW! Betsy and Darryl are the sweetest couple and when we were deciding where to have our wedding, their kindness to our children during our tour of Barn at Willow Brook sold us on this location. Betsy constantly reached out in the over a yearlong planning process and made us feel so special on the day of our wedding. She is so flexible with everything and it made our day so easy! It is clear that this couple truly loves what they do! The venue is just amazing! The barn is gorgeous inside and though we only ended up having 45 guests (thanks, COVID), it would be perfect for a larger wedding too. The venue has some permanent decorations which helped us to go really minimalistic on our florals and decor. They are also one of the only barns in the area with both climate control AND indoor restrooms which was another big selling point for us. The getting-ready areas are gorgeous and comfortable. There are many different options for ceremony locations and your photographer is going to LOVE the property. Let's talk about the fire pit and the fountain, GOSH they really thought of everything. You really get what you pay for here .

If you are looking for the most beautiful barn this is the place to go. We booked The Barn at Willow Brook before it was even done being built. The vision this family had has been completely brought to life and more. Our wedding guests continue to be in awe of how beautiful this venue is and we as a couple our so thankful to forever be part of the Willow Brook Family.

Talk about a life saver! Questions that come up during regular wedding things one cannot ever guess but during a pandemic! Kelly made me feel calm throughout it all. She was able to answer all questions and responds to email so quick! On the day of the wedding she handled more than we will ever know and our day went off without a hitch. You literally cannot ask for a better person to help you along the way with this process and really make you feel that there isnt anything to worry about.

I can't thank Willow Brook enough for such a perfect day. What a dream come true! We began planning our wedding right before the COVID pandemic and when it hit, it was stressful to say the least. Our family and friends were cautious and rightfully so. Throughout the year, Betsy, Daryl, and Kelly were a bright light of support, comfort and reassurance that our special day would be all that and more through what felt like a pretty dark period of uncertainty. I am so so grateful for the WB team and their graciousness through it all. Their beautiful venue was the perfect backdrop to our perfect day.

The girls and I spent the night in the bridal suite. We couldn't believe how cute it was! It provided the best getting-ready vibes the morning of the wedding. All I felt was zen and calmness that morning knowing the WB team had my back.

The Barn at Willow Brook is one of the most stunning venues I have ever been in. It is the perfect rustic and romantic setting with modern amenities that keep it comfortable and beautiful. There are so many gorgeous views and opportunities for endless photos. The bridal suite and groom's quarters are unlike anything I've ever seen and help bring your dream day to the next level. As if the aesthetics aren't enough on their own, the owners Betsy and Daryl Madden are some of the most kind-hearted, genuine people I have ever known. 

I should know, I married their son. 

To back up, when Ryan Madden and I first got engaged, talk about the barn had just started a couple of months prior (we like to joke it was a convenient push for Ryan to propose). I remember after the proposal, Betsy pulled us aside and said "I'm so excited, but please don't feel like you have to get married at our barn if that's not your dream". That's how dedicated to perfecting your wedding day Betsy is - she sought out to create this dream venue for couples because she loves love. Without even knowing what it would look like, we were in from the beginning just based on the love and care we knew would be put into it.

Fast forward and holy cow, I knew it would be lovely (The Madden family is incredibly talented and each has an eye for detail) but HOLY COW, this place was unreal. All I can say is the beauty they crafted is a reflection of the love they poured into it.

When COVID-19 hit, we were one of the many couples put into a tough position of trying to navigate replanning our wedding day. In the end, we decided to cut back and plan a micro wedding and it honestly was the most perfect day either of us could have imagined. The Barn was the perfect backdrop and made it still feel like the day we had planned. We live-streamed our ceremony to include loved ones safely. Shoutout to Kelly, who at the last minute stepped up to help coordinate WHILE being my bridesmaid. She's the real MVP and she'll help make your day run SO smoothly. Having gone through the ups and downs of planning during a pandemic, I can confidently say our wedding day was perfect for us and I wouldn't change a thing. My fiance and I toured the Barn at Willow Brook about 4 months after getting engaged, and we were totally in awe. We went home, talked about it that evening, and signed the contract two days later. Truly a stunning venue, and Betsy and her husband are truly just wonderful to work with. They immediately felt like family, and have been incredibly helpful with planning our wedding. From sharing their preferred vendor list, to additional family tours, to answering all of my questions...they have made wedding planning so much easier. I truly can not recommend Betsy and the entire team at the Barn at Willow Brook enough!

I can't say enough about Betsy! She is AWESOME! At a time when the world is in chaos because of COVID and wedding planning is as stressful as it can get, Betsy was a lifesaver. She was very responsive to calls and emails and extremely generous in the level of service she provided. Working with her made my day everything I had imagined. The process was so easy and convenient. No complaints at all. The venue is stunning - inside and out! Very little decor needs to be brought in because the venue shows well on its own. The bridal suite is nothing like I've ever seen, with all of the amenities you could want. I'm so happy that I had the my wedding at the Barn at Willow Brook!
