Jules was our coordinator for our wedding and we could not have been more pleased. We met with her in person about a month and a half out from our wedding day to start building our timeline. She was communicative and gave helpful guidance on things we needed to have sorted out before our day. The rehearsal was a breeze and our wedding day truly could not have gone any smoother. Jules had such a calm demeanor and did not seemed stressed one bit, and it really helped to set the tone for the day. Our venue was set up perfectly and all details were taken care of. She even held our drinks and fed us bites of our hors d'oeuvres in between photographs with our families after the ceremony. When my dress bustle wasn't working correctly, she was on her hands and knees with my mom without hesitation helping to get it sorted. She efficiently gave us updates on timing throughout the night, and before she left she made sure to show me where she had collected all of our items to take home. It was such a relief to not have to worry about any of this - my husband and I just enjoyed our perfect night! If you're looking to have a stress-free and amazing wedding day, then I could not recommend the Taylored Affairs team enough!

I found Taylored Affairs because they did one of my friend's weddings and it was one of the most beautiful weddings I had been to, down to the smallest details. I decided to use them for my wedding this past May and I am so glad that I did. I did the full package and worked closely with Anna for the past 8-9 months. She was an absolute lifesaver! I felt so overwhelmed with the planning process at the beginning and did not even know where to start. She was with me through the entire process, found me the best vendors, and made my dream wedding come true. During the wedding planning process, I was also working and getting my masters degree. She took so much stress off of me during that time and I will be forever thankful. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done and could not recommend anyone better!

Taylored Affairs was the first wedding vendor we hired, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made! Anna made the entire planning process very seamless. We got married on 2/10/2024 at The Powel Crosley Estate in Sarasota and used Taylored Affairs for our wedding planning/coordination and it was the BEST decision we made! We chose the "month-of" package and got to work with Jules. Jules is amazing and was so helpful leading up to the wedding and day-of. We had zero issues at on wedding day and I thank Jules for that! It was such a relaxing day and we truly got to enjoy our wedding since she took care of everything. Leading up to wedding day she assisted with a ton of things and made it so I didn't have to worry about contacting vendors and coordinating arrival times, changes, questions, etc. On wedding day, she made sure all of our vendors were doing everything right and made sure everything we brought ourselves was set up perfectly. Right after our ceremony was over she had our signature drinks waiting for us which was amazing. They also made sure we had food from our cocktail hour so we could try it, had a ton of time to sit & enjoy our dinner, and had cake at our table and 2 slices to take home! At the end of the night everything was packed up for us, they cleaned up our bridal suite/grooms suites, so all we had to do was leave happy! It truly was a dream wedding day and I love that we got to actually enjoy our day because we weren't running around coordinating anything. We are so, so thankful we used Taylored Affairs for our wedding planning and I couldn't recommend them enough!!

Anna and her team were AMAZING! We got the In Between Package and it was perfect for what we needed. I knew what vibe I was going for but needed a little extra help with the nitty gritty details. That’s exactly where Anna came in. She was there with us throughout the whole process and understood what I wanted even when I struggled to describe it. I started to become very anxious when it was nearing my wedding month; I felt overwhelmed with the to do list. Anna swooped right in and took so much off my shoulders. The wedding day was perfect, everything went smoothly thanks to Anna and her team!! All I had to do was enjoy the most amazing day of my life.

Where do I begin.... Anna and her team have been nothing but amazing! Choosing Anna as my wedding planner was a no brainer, I had so many friends who highly recommended her and when we met on our 1st call, I knew she was it! She is so organized and timely that it helped alleviate the major stresses off the bride/myself.
Anna has such a good eye for design and helped talk me through every decision when I was unsure/indecisive. I was not the A typical bride who knew EXACTLY what she wanted for her wedding day from day 1. Anna helped find the perfect venue and help create our vision board for us. She helped find/recommend the absolute best vendors.
Our wedding day couldn't have gone smoother with the help of her amazing team + vendors we chose for the day of. Shout out to Karson and Andrea for being amazing as well and helping throughout the day.
Looking back on the best day of our lives, I really couldn't of survived or done it without Anna and her team. Annas expertise in the industry is obvious when you begin working with her. If you are looking for a wedding planner/ team don't think twice about Taylored affairs. I wish I could go back just to work with Anna again, she truly is the most down to earth person and I already miss working with her!

I am sooooo glad I found Taylored Affairs for my wedding!! I did the day of coordinating package and it was seriously so much more than just the “day of” coordinating. I was paired with my wedding planner 2 months before my wedding date and we immediately started going over allllll the details. I got paired with Karson and she literally became my FAVORITE person/vendor for the whole wedding. She is the most down to earth, caring, detailed person ever. She will be your everything—a person to vent to, the one to hold your dress up while you pee, the one to confront anyone, the one to hype you up, the one to comfort you, anything!!! I could not have imagined my wedding day without her. She went above and beyond all my expectations.

I loved planning everything for my wedding but I believe that everyone needs at least a day of coordinator to ensure everything goes as planned. There are so many little tiny details that you won’t even think of and definitely cannot handle by yourself.
