Karly did a wonderful job working with me over 18 months in the planning and execution of my son's wedding at the Inn at Bay Harbor. Navigating through covid, with not just one, but three different wedding dates, Karly was calm and professional, communicating changes to all of our vendors. She helped to ensure that the day was perfect for my son and daughter in law, helping them with even some special last minute surprise additions to the celebration. I had the pleasure of working with Karly and the Tableau Events team for my June 2024 wedding at the Inn at Bay Harbor. Looking back, I cannot emphasize enough that it was by far the best investment we made for our wedding. With my husband and I both having busy full time jobs during wedding planning, Karly kept us organized and on schedule, checking in with us on the larger decisions and then taking care of all of the smaller more tedious details. From the beginning, she listened and understood our vision and executed the design for our wedding flawlessly while understanding our budget. Karly and her team at Tableau are so incredible! I got married last June. Due to the pandemic, we had made a last-minute decision to cancel our venue and get married at my family's home in Northern Michigan. I was so impressed at how Karly handled the last minute change and venue transition. She made the planning process fun and as stress-free as possible! On the day of the wedding, all of our guests were SO impressed by the decor. Many people told me that it was the prettiest wedding that they have ever attended. I had such a blast and enjoyed celebrating with friends and family, because I knew Karly had everything under control! 10/10 would recommend!

Karly & her team did an amazing job on the tent décor at my daughters wedding at Hotel Walloon, it was so beautiful & looked exactly as we had discussed. She was great to work with & even accommodated additional requests that are typically done by a florist. The communication was excellent. If you are looking for perfection look no further!!! Connecting with Karly and hiring her for our event was one of the BEST DECISIONS we made! She was amazing and easy to communicate with, was patient, full of ideas and passionate about her job. Our daughters wedding was at the Inn at Bay Harbor over Labor day weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better day and venue. We started the process with Shelia and Carly at Tableaux Events 11 months in advanced and they were very structured in terms of what needed to be accomplished each month, extremely helpful with offering options on vendors and had worked very closely with the Inn on several weddings. The relationship that they have established with the Inn was a real assets to getting things accomplished. They were able to capture our daughters vision into a design package for the wedding which was a perfect match. I can’t imagine getting through the last couple of days without them. They were extremely efficient and always pleasant. A big thank you to them.

Sheila, Karly and Madison were a delight to work with and really helped to make our vision a reality!! As my son and his finacee live in Colorado and I live in Michigan, Tableau really kept us on track for the year long planning. The weekly calls towards the end really helped to relieve much of the stress that invariably creeps in!! Their decor items were so cool and made the atmosphere unique and inviting. Karly was a life saver in securing extra transportation for our guests following the reception. there is no Uber here and it is so important that people get safely back to their hotels. I highly recommend Tableau Events!!
