The best decision we made when planning our wedding was using Tableau Events as our Month-of Coordinators. We are SO grateful for Karly and the team at Tableau Events, as they seamlessly helped guide us through our final decisions and timeline. The team went above and beyond the weekend of to help curate our dream wedding and made it so much more enjoyable for our families and selves. Moreover, they were an absolute joy to work with. Cannot recommend them enough! -

Karly is the best!
Karly and her team went above and beyond to make not only our wedding but the entire planning process such a delight! Creatively, Karly was willing to do anything I suggested, but also contributed such key design ideas as well. I would highly recommend using her for full wedding planning services. She put us at ease with her planning calendar and targeted meetings leading up to our wedding. She navigated the challenge of getting married on a car-less island seamlessly, and her and her team made numerous trips to the venue in the week leading up to the wedding. Since she was there every step of the way, she really was able to execute everything during our wedding weekend, and we were just there to enjoy it! Thank you Karly for making our dream wedding, and wedding weekend happen! -

Very professional and creative
Our daughters wedding was at the Inn at Bay Harbor over Labor day weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better day and venue. We started the process with Shelia and Carly at Tableaux Events 11 months in advanced and they were very structured in terms of what needed to be accomplished each month, extremely helpful with offering options on vendors and had worked very closely with the Inn on several weddings. The relationship that they have established with the Inn was a real assets to getting things accomplished. They were able to capture our daughters vision into a design package for the wedding which was a perfect match. I can’t imagine getting through the last couple of days without them. They were extremely efficient and always pleasant. A big thank you to them.

Connecting with Karly and hiring her for our event was one of the BEST DECISIONS we made! She was amazing and easy to communicate with, was patient, full of ideas and passionate about her job. Coordinating a wedding, especially now, is challenging, but Karly made our day/evening better than I could have imaged. We had a few unexpected weather events and Karly was literally on it. She went above and beyond for my wife and I and we can' thank her enough.
She made our wedding magical. She is worth every penny. We received compliment after compliment about her work and how incredible her work was. Don't hesitate to hire Karly and her team! She is the best of the best of the best!

Sheila, Karly and Madison were a delight to work with and really helped to make our vision a reality!! As my son and his finacee live in Colorado and I live in Michigan, Tableau really kept us on track for the year long planning. The weekly calls towards the end really helped to relieve much of the stress that invariably creeps in!! Their decor items were so cool and made the atmosphere unique and inviting. Karly was a life saver in securing extra transportation for our guests following the reception. there is no Uber here and it is so important that people get safely back to their hotels. I highly recommend Tableau Events!! -

She completely wowed us, and we couldn't have been happier to have worked with her, and gotten to know her. Sheila is the most organized and thoughtful person I have ever worked with. No detail goes unnoticed. Her creativity is outstanding, and she leaves as much room as you want for your personal input and ideas. My wedding day dreams literally wouldn't have been possible without her. She took care of all of our papery, including invites, save the dates, menus, name cards, and signage. She designed our dining space, and all outdoor and indoor entertainment spaces. She would ask me what colors, patterns, fabrics, etc I liked and the next thing I knew she had a full blueprint emailed to me so my husband and I could look at everything together. Our reception took place on an island, so logistics got complicated when it came to transporting our decor elements. From the beginning, I never had to worry. Sheila was in contact with everyone and organized everything on our behalf. Even in the final moments before the wedding, she was 100% focused and devoted to making sure everything was not just ready and in place, but perfect. I would work with Sheila again and again if I could do it all over. It was the best decision we made throughout our planning process. -

From the linens to the papery items (menus, thank you favors) to the signage there was a regal element that matched the Cinderella/Fairytale theme perfectly. Sheila, owner, was very professional and easy to work with. She provided many great suggestions that highlighted her experience in event decorating. -

We had no idea what direction to go in for a beautiful wedding and Sheila embraced our random ideas and made our event into everything we could've ever imagined and so much more. I was completely speechless the moment I walked into our venue! Every single detail was thought out and perfectly executed. I used Sheila and the Tableau team for Event Design and Month-of Coordination. Beyond the stunning wedding that they pulled together, having Karly keep me sane in the weeks leading up to our wedding, and the day of, was invaluable. Everything went off without a hitch!
It was truly incredible to see all of my random ideas and pins come together and there is no way I would have been able to do it on my own. Sheila truly thinks of every single detail and is so thoughtful of the guest experience.
Wedding planning can be so fun, but it can also be stressful, just know, in the end, if you hire Sheila, you will be 100% delighted with the outcome! -

The Perfect Detination Wedding Planner
Tableau pulled off the wedding of our dreams at the Inn at Bay Harbor in Northern Michigan. This was a destination wedding as my (now) husband and I live in LA so we needed a planner who would meet with vendors, keep us informed, and project manage all the moving pieces. Not only was it great to work with Karly to find the vendors that best fit us in the area but also throughout the year of planning/organizing and the day of. I would recommend Karly & the team at Tableau for all brides those who need full wedding planning support a year out to those who need the month of coordination. -
