While helping our daughter with her wedding she selected Sweet Memories. The food was fabulous, the place settings grand and the service impeccable. Even though my daughter selected a buffet style versus a plated dinner, Susan still brought plates to the bride and groom and helped get food/drinks for the elderly. We received many compliments on the taste of the food, the presentation of the tables and the great service. Spend a few minutes talking with Susan and you’ll find that she is very experienced, has great attention to detail and cares about her clients. You walk away from a conversation feeling like you are the only one that matters. I would strongly recommend Sweet Memories for your catering needs.

I met Susan at a bridal show in Fort Worth, we tasted her food & fell in love immediately! We scheduled a day to meet and go over her menu & all of the little details in between. There was no doubt that she would be the one to cater my wedding!! Susan was very helpful & very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. She also helped set guidelines & rules for my wedding day to ensure everything went smoothly & everyone, including my bridal party was cooperative! Everyone at the wedding enjoyed the food & the decor she provided! it was absolutely AMAZING. Her floral work is outstanding as well. I got married May 6, 2018 & I still have my bouquet from the wedding, as i was able to keep for a keepsake. I HIGHLY reccomend her to anyone and everyone. Susan is a very sweet & personable woman. My Husband & I absolutely adored her.

Sweet Memories provided our cakes and flowers for our wedding. We wanted something non-traditional as far as cakes, and susan totally embraced that and ran with it. We met with her without having a lot of vision about what we wanted, and she really helped us make our vision a reality. Our flowers were beautiful and our cakes were gorgeous and DELICIOUS! They truly made our night perfect.

When I originally went to Sweet Memories, it was simply for the cake. I had heard they baked not only beautiful, but very delicious wedding and special occasion cakes. Once I was chatting with Susan, I discovered they do SO MUCH more than just cakes. Sweet Memories provided us with our catering, cake, flatware, glassware, and linens. They also have the option for flowers and DJ, although we went with friends of ours for those two items. Susan and her whole team are so caring and professional. I didn't worry about a single thing the day of our wedding. The food was so amazing, EVERYONE went back for seconds. We got the Pork Tenderloin and Pineapple Upside Down Salmon. Both dishes were amazing. And the cake...you can't find anything better. You won't be disappointed!!!!

Our wedding was a fairytale wedding! The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The cake, flowers, and all the decor, linens, and place setting were gorgeous. I felt like I was in a fairytale!!!

Exactly what our wedding needed.
Susan’s food is delicious; it was honestly difficult to decide what to have because we couldn’t have it all! We had both our rehearsal dinner and wedding catered by Sweet Memories – two very different food themes but both delicious! They were even kind enough to let use the leftover soda from the rehearsal dinner at the wedding (when we hadn’t requested soda at the wedding). We also had two guests with food allergies (gluten and dairy), Susan went out of her way to prepare a special meal for them both just based off of discussion we had at an initial meeting. Because my parents and I aren’t living in the same state, there was a lot of back and forth regarding final decisions – Susan was gracious enough to deal with all of our last minute requests before the final bill was due. In the end I was so happy to find out that her buffet style service would include her staff serving from the buffet line. I was very pleased that my guests didn’t have to serve themselves for the main course. Everything about Sweet Memories fit our styles perfectly – from the food options to the staff; at our first meeting we spent over 2 hours just chit-chatting with Susan! She is a wonderful person who loves what she does and it shows in her work. Her services are affordable without sacrificing quality. She even made my husband and I a plate with a little bit of everything to be able to take with us to the hotel post-wedding so that we could have a nice meal together after the hustle and bustle of the wedding day! So blessed she could be part of our big day.
