Facilities and Capacity
Couples can invite up to 300 guests to their wedding at Clark Gardens. This garden park, stretched out over 35 acres, offers 10 venues for couples’ weddings. The Bowling Green lawn is a classic outdoor grassy space. It is the perfect venue for an outdoor ceremony, with chairs set up right on the grass. A fragrant rose arbor borders this lawn, offering privacy and additional beauty. The Channel Garden is another beautiful garden space. This area features a reflecting pool with a magnificent fountain and tiered walkways. This paved area also includes cherub statues, flowers and shrubbery. It has two covered pavilions for ceremonies, cocktail hours or small receptions. The Chapel is a classic and elegant structure of sandstone, with colorful stained glass windows to let in natural light. Though it is a traditionally designed venue with pews and heavy wooden doors, the Chapel features central heating and air for a couple’s wedding, as well as a sound system. The Chapel Lawn is the perfect space for couples who want the tradition of a wedding chapel with the breezy freedom of the outdoors. This lawn features green grass and a red dirt aisle lined by bricks leading to a garden supported by a retaining wall of gorgeous stone. The East Tent is a permanently tented structure overlooking the Channel Garden. This elegant space is one of the most popular reception locations on the property. It features sides that can be open or closed, and interchangeable light fixtures. The Rose Pavilion is a romantic open-top pavilion and lawn space, perfect for ceremonies or receptions. Like the East Tent, the West Tent is a permanent structure on the grounds of this park, with similar amenities for more intimate wedding receptions. It sits among the iris and rose beds. Sitting in the middle of a lake fed by four waterfalls, couples will find The Lake Pavilion. This cedar facility can be reached by wooden bridge, and features white tables and chairs for a reception or cocktail hour. Oxbow Overlook sits on the banks of Oxbow Lake and is a lighted pavilion supported by rough natural wooden columns.
