Stephanie Voth was truly the best day of coordinator I could have ever imagined. Her, her team her daughter were such a great help to me on my big day. They never made me feel overwhelmed or were too dominant. They were a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. They made the day run smoothly. Stephanie made me feel at ease since day one. She is beyond easy to work with. She makes you feel comfortable. She accommodated all of my requests. She was very thorough. She assisted me with anything I may need. We hired her for day of coordination and floral and decor. What was so exclusive to her package was that her decor is included for free! She has a whole garage of stuff where everything is preserved. I gave her so many requests and specifics of what I wanted and she truly gave me my dream wedding. Her pricing is very reasonable and includes floral decor and day of coordination, what more could you ask for? She was never pushy, she isn’t about the money: she is absolutely about making her clients happy and make sure their day runs smoothly. Her flowers that she made for me was exactly what I wanted. I got so many compliments about my flowers, the decor and overall how she guided the day but wasn’t demanding or pushy. She was an absolute asset for my husband and I on our big day. Stephanie Voth was an absolutely incredible wedding planner and floral designer, and her team was a total delight to work with! I especially loved working with Morgan—she was wonderful. From start to finish, they made sure our wedding day went off without a hitch, handling every little issue that came up with grace and ease.

Stephanie was amazing to work with! As my wedding approached I struggled with a lot of anxiety, Stephanie always helped calmed my nerves and reassure me she had it covered! And on the day she of course did! My wedding was so smooth and everything went perfectly! I’d recommend her to anyone!

Stephanie was absolutely amazing for my wedding!! I was looking for a florist for tropical florals and I came across Stephanie through other brides' recommendations on a Facebook group. I vetted and phoned interviewed a LOT of people and something about her just felt right so I went with my gut and scheduled an in-person consultation. During the initial consultation, she explained everything about her process so I had clear expectations and she mentioned she also offered decorations and day of coordination services. After a tour of her inventory I knew she had everything I wanted and more so I booked all her services. Flowers, decoration package and day of coordination. Honestly that saved me so much time and money! During the wedding planning process, she was always timely and responsive even with the smallest questions and recommendations. As the day got closer we had multiple in person meetings and venue visits to finalize the vision and plan. The day before the wedding, a member of her team came for rehearsal (it was so very much needed lol) and within 30 mins we had it all down to a science. Wedding day came and I can tell you NOT A SINGLE THING WENT WRONG. I couldn't believe it! Her team arrived early and went above and beyond to make the venue look absolutely gorgeous. I had no idea how it was going to look because I wanted something very particular and it felt like she went in my brain and just brought it to life. During the wedding, she and her team were on top of everything! Everything that had to get done, the timeline, all the vendors, the guests, us. From making sure everything was where it needed to be at the right time to helping drunk people to handing out party supplies! I can tell you they worked behind the scenes to make magic!! My wedding wouldn't have been anywhere close to what it was without Stephanie and her team. My husband and I partied all night and had the best day of our lives without a single worry! Thank you Stephanie!!

Stephanie was along with me for the long haul during my 2-year-long engagement with so many twists and turns throughout the planning process. She dealt with my type A planning anxiety like the pro she is and calmed me down anytime I started feeling stressed. SVE provided the decor, florals, and day of event planning for my wedding on 10/15/22 and let me tell you, they went above and BEYOND to make this the most special day for us. Stephanie works hard and actually cares about her clients. She knows what she’s doing and she captured my vision without me even fully understanding it myself (haha). I was blown away by how beautiful the reception space and bouquet were even though we had discussed it several times. Stephanie kept everything on track the day of the wedding and any little minor thing that went wrong was taken care of quickly and quietly so I didn’t have to stress. One example is that I forgot to assign someone to pick up our cake. Stephanie saw my custom cake topper and realized we must have had a cake that never made it to the venue. One of her teammates, Morgan, was able to run to Publix to pick it up for us and the dessert table was just stunning - no one would have ever known about my huge oversight. I could just go on and on about how happy I am with SVE, but I’ll wrap it up and just say, don’t hesitate to hire them! If you’re type A like me but also have no eye for design and can’t see the big picture, just go with SVE and trust that they know what they’re doing and will execute everything you don’t know how to do beautifully and with love. 10/10 recommend!!!

Stephanie was the easiest vendor to work with, and I am so obsessed with how my tropical florals turned out!!!! From the bouquets, to the boutonnières, to the gazebo and the centerpieces, she brought my vision to life and it was always a pleasure speaking with her!

As mother of the bride, I can’t say enough about Stephanie Voth Events! We had such a wonderful experience with Stephanie, she was kind, professional, attentive answering back to our emails and calls. Stephanie made the whole process in planning the wedding so much easier for my daughter and I, from the vendors she recommend to every small detail. Stephanie was there to direct the rehearsal and on the wedding day she and her team were the first to arrive at the venue and were the last to leave making sure everything was done and looked beautiful! I did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Stephanie! Hiring Stephanie was literally the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. She was our day of coordinator and florals provider and she truly made our vision come to life. Stephanie was great to work with from start to finish; she made us feel extremely comfortable with her, asked detailed questions to make sure she understood exactly what we were envisioning, and kept in contact throughout the entire process. She walked us through the entire wedding and reception process and was there every step of the way. If it weren’t for Stephanie our wedding would have been extremely stressful but because she was there and was so on top of everything it went off without a hitch (that we knew of at least!)! She provided our “missing pieces” décor which really made our reception and ceremony come together to create the beautiful setting we were envisioning. Stephanie really stepped up to not only make sure the florals were great and the décor was set up and taken down but she even sat with kids and entertained them while the sitter got food and ensured the overly inebriated sat down and stopped making a scene without us even knowing it happened! She was absolutely amazing and we would 100% recommend her for any and all of her services!

Stephanie went above & beyond our expectations for our wedding and we are forever thankful for her. From the moment you have your first consultation, Stephanie really makes you feel like family, and totally captures your vision! She not only put together our beautiful floral decor for the ceremony/reception, but she showed up early/stayed late and met with us personally as much as we needed, and was doing the most at all times. In a time of chaos, she brought calm and reassurance at all times, She made us feel like we were in great hands through the whole planning process. Forever thankful for her!
