Stephanie was amazing to work with! As my wedding approached I struggled with a lot of anxiety, Stephanie always helped calmed my nerves and reassure me she had it covered! And on the day she of course did! My wedding was so smooth and everything went perfectly! I’d recommend her to anyone! -

Stephanie was absolutely amazing for my wedding!! I was looking for a florist for tropical florals and I came across Stephanie through other brides' recommendations on a Facebook group. I vetted and phoned interviewed a LOT of people and something about her just felt right so I went with my gut and scheduled an in-person consultation. During the initial consultation, she explained everything about her process so I had clear expectations and she mentioned she also offered decorations and day of coordination services. After a tour of her inventory I knew she had everything I wanted and more so I booked all her services. Flowers, decoration package and day of coordination. Honestly that saved me so much time and money! During the wedding planning process, she was always timely and responsive even with the smallest questions and recommendations. As the day got closer we had multiple in person meetings and venue visits to finalize the vision and plan. The day before the wedding, a member of her team came for rehearsal (it was so very much needed lol) and within 30 mins we had it all down to a science. Wedding day came and I can tell you NOT A SINGLE THING WENT WRONG. I couldn't believe it! Her team arrived early and went above and beyond to make the venue look absolutely gorgeous. I had no idea how it was going to look because I wanted something very particular and it felt like she went in my brain and just brought it to life. During the wedding, she and her team were on top of everything! Everything that had to get done, the timeline, all the vendors, the guests, us. From making sure everything was where it needed to be at the right time to helping drunk people to handing out party supplies! I can tell you they worked behind the scenes to make magic!! My wedding wouldn't have been anywhere close to what it was without Stephanie and her team. My husband and I partied all night and had the best day of our lives without a single worry! Thank you Stephanie!! -

Stephanie was along with me for the long haul during my 2-year-long engagement with so many twists and turns throughout the planning process. She dealt with my type A planning anxiety like the pro she is and calmed me down anytime I started feeling stressed. SVE provided the decor, florals, and day of event planning for my wedding on 10/15/22 and let me tell you, they went above and BEYOND to make this the most special day for us. Stephanie works hard and actually cares about her clients. She knows what she’s doing and she captured my vision without me even fully understanding it myself (haha). I was blown away by how beautiful the reception space and bouquet were even though we had discussed it several times. Stephanie kept everything on track the day of the wedding and any little minor thing that went wrong was taken care of quickly and quietly so I didn’t have to stress. One example is that I forgot to assign someone to pick up our cake. Stephanie saw my custom cake topper and realized we must have had a cake that never made it to the venue. One of her teammates, Morgan, was able to run to Publix to pick it up for us and the dessert table was just stunning - no one would have ever known about my huge oversight. I could just go on and on about how happy I am with SVE, but I’ll wrap it up and just say, don’t hesitate to hire them! If you’re type A like me but also have no eye for design and can’t see the big picture, just go with SVE and trust that they know what they’re doing and will execute everything you don’t know how to do beautifully and with love. 10/10 recommend!!! -

Stephanie was the easiest vendor to work with, and I am so obsessed with how my tropical florals turned out!!!! From the bouquets, to the boutonnières, to the gazebo and the centerpieces, she brought my vision to life and it was always a pleasure speaking with her! -

Besides choosing my wedding venue, choosing Stephanie Voth for my wedding planner was the best decision I made! She is simply the best. Stephanie was a God-send from day 1. From the first meeting, she took away my stress of planning everything myself and created a timeline for me, and even offered decorations that I didn't have yet. She was super responsive, had awesome suggestions and recommendations for me as well. Having Stephanie as my coordinator felt like having a trusted family member on my team. She is so thoughtful, and the super sweet and personal touches she added (like taking a moment to pray with me on my wedding day) helped make my wedding day so special and perfect! Tampa brides, do yourself a favor and hire her for your wedding coordinator. -

Calm to Our Storm
Stephanie went above & beyond our expectations for our wedding and we are forever thankful for her. From the moment you have your first consultation, Stephanie really makes you feel like family, and totally captures your vision! She not only put together our beautiful floral decor for the ceremony/reception, but she showed up early/stayed late and met with us personally as much as we needed, and was doing the most at all times. In a time of chaos, she brought calm and reassurance at all times, She made us feel like we were in great hands through the whole planning process. Forever thankful for her! -

Stephanie and her team do EVERYTHING for you! Not only is she helping us plan the wedding by helping us review and negotiate contracts with vendors, but she is providing the decor, helped with dress shopping, and even using her talents to do our flowers at cost! Stephanie has been there every step of the way and I am sure our day is in good hands. Looking forward to just enjoying this magical day we’ve planned together! -

Mother of the Bride
With my daughter’s wedding falling right at the peak of the Coronavirus, we were forced to postpone her dream wedding and scramble to coordinate an intimate ceremony in only 2 days. I called Stephanie with Stephanie Voth Events and explained the situation. Not only was she so empathetic to my daughter’s situation, but she sprung into action...creating the most beautiful bridal bouquet, groom’s flower, and backdrop spray I have ever seen. She went out of her way to find my daughter’s favorite flowers (pink peonies) and delivered them on time. I am forever grateful that she helped salvage my daughter’s wedding!!!! -

AMAZING Coordinator & Florist! Best Decision to Hire Stephanie!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Stephanie! Hiring Stephanie was literally the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. She was our day of coordinator and florals provider and she truly made our vision come to life. Stephanie was great to work with from start to finish; she made us feel extremely comfortable with her, asked detailed questions to make sure she understood exactly what we were envisioning, and kept in contact throughout the entire process. She walked us through the entire wedding and reception process and was there every step of the way. If it weren’t for Stephanie our wedding would have been extremely stressful but because she was there and was so on top of everything it went off without a hitch (that we knew of at least!)! She provided our “missing pieces” décor which really made our reception and ceremony come together to create the beautiful setting we were envisioning. Stephanie really stepped up to not only make sure the florals were great and the décor was set up and taken down but she even sat with kids and entertained them while the sitter got food and ensured the overly inebriated sat down and stopped making a scene without us even knowing it happened! She was absolutely amazing and we would 100% recommend her for any and all of her services! -

Best wedding planner ever.
I’m so happy I hired Stephanie as our wedding planner. She went over and beyond for me. Our wedding could not of went any smoother and was more beautiful than I could ever imagine. She helped me fine the Best DJ and photographer ever at a great cost. She also was our florist. She was amazing. -

Amazing results for amazing price!
I have to say that Stephanie was amazing! Before I even got to see my beautiful flowers she has done so much. Our initial meeting was very informative, helpful and easy to schedule. From great communication to very reasonable price things got only better! As you have so much going on she was always responsive, supportive and positive. She does not just flowers but full event coordination. Only now I understand how lucky I was to have her because she knew how to calm me down, what we will need over all etc. I will be forever grateful when she called me just to calm me down the morning of the wedding... Things were falling apart and all she said was that everything will be beautiful no matter what etc. Because of her I gained my hope back and it was simply amazing! Mostly because of her :) I would recommend her not just as your florist but also as a coordinator! -

Stephanie and her team are the way to go for your wedding. Since day one she was able to take all my worries away and produce a beautiful vision with the budget that we had. Not only she was able to create an incredible wedding but she also did the most beautiful flower arrangements that anyone could imagine. All from the decorations, flowers and her team made our wedding so special and memorable! She manage to keep everything in order even though there was a hurricane coming and we had to work on a plan B. Which was the best decision we could have made. Also, her team helped out through the wedding and became part of the wedding with incredible dance moves. They were all lovely and kind and I wish I could have a second wedding so I can have them all again!! Incredible people and increíble team! -

I loved working with Stephanie! When I first met with her I knew she would be perfect because she immediately started planning my wedding during the consultation instead of expecting me to do all the planning and research and pay a crazy amount of money. She did all the hard stuff and was extremely reasonable price wise.
It was such a relief because I am very indecisive and I had no idea where to start and she helped me figure everything out. I trusted her and every one of my vendors was perfect! She was great about sticking to the budget. She helped us figure out what was reasonable and broke everything down so we could see where our money was going. My wedding was perfect and I highly recommend Stephanie Voth! She will definitely take care of you. -

Absolutely amazing
Stephanie and her team just recently did my wedding this last Saturday! Let me tell you she made my day absolutely perfect! From the decorations to the coordinating she didn’t disappoint me. Now I’m no walk in the park and I’m very picky and have the worst OCD when it comes to things but I also did not ever worry. I put all my trust in her and she exceeded my expectations. the ballroom was beautiful the bouquets were beautiful and the Decour was amazing. I’m a make up artist in this industry so I will definitely be sure to recommend her to any of my brides, she is a must have for your wedding day💕 -

Our daughter had a vision for what she wanted the decorations at the venue to be and Stephanie made it all perfect. I would recommend her to anyone that is considering hiring a planner. She also did all of the bouquets for the girls in the ceremony and the arch florals as well as the florals for the reception. She helped decorate every part of the venue. She and her team went all out to make our daughters wedding day the most memorable day ever.

We booked our wedding at the St. Pete Lion's Club Beach House. Once we did that, I was completely stressed about decoration and coordinating, and my fiance and I were ALL over the place trying to pick vendors. Stephanie solved all of our worries! I had a general idea of what I wanted everything to look like, but I was not one of those brides that is super picky so I had a hard time describing what I wanted. Stephanie helped guide my thoughts and make everything come together better than I could have ever dreamed! She helped us find fantastic vendors that were basically a dream team. Our wedding was even officiated by her, and she had the idea to beautifully include my daughter in our ceremony to show her stepdad's commitment to her as well. Stephanie, we can't thank you enough for exceeding our expectations and making our day magical! Our families are still raving about it!!
