Where do we start?! Jamie far exceeded every expectation we had. Anytime we talked, she truly listened, and helped orchestrate the most perfect wedding day. She was, and continues to be, extremely responsive and accommodating to our every request. Her professionalism was evident in her timely response to every phone call and email, her organization, and her quality of service. If anything "went wrong" during the reception, we never noticed, thanks to Jamie's attention to detail and professionalism! We have received so many compliments on the wedding reception, which we can attribute to Jamie's quality of service. Thank you!

The Statler served chicken milanese, filet mignon, and summer squash (vegetarian) risotto for our guests. Chef Tony's expertise was highly evident; every guest we've talked with shared that their meal was one of the best they've had, and certainly far better than countless wedding meal options at other venues. Thank you, Chef! You're the best.

Our guests further shared that their servers and bartenders were incredibly responsive and attentive to their requests. They deserve full credit for their level of service!

Statler City truly helped make our wedding day the most incredible day of our lives. We cannot say enough about the team with whom we worked. They are worth every single penny. Thank you!

As the parents of the bride, we could have not been happier with everything the Statler provided. The venue was absolutely perfect and elegant. The food was out of this world! One of our passed appetizers was the 'lamb pop' and guests couldn't get enough of them! They were delicious! Our guests also said that the tenderloin was the best that they have tasted and the other two dishes also had great reviews. All of our guests raved about everything they experienced. One thing to keep in mind....if you have the ceremony in the Mezzanine, make sure that no one else is in the ballroom areas setting up for another party. The noise from a party setting up in the Grand Ballroom was a bit distracting during the ceremony (one of our guests left to ask them to be quiet x 2), however, Charlotte did warn us of this and did encourage an earlier ceremony time. Charlotte was an absolute delight to work with. She could not have been more accommodating. Much to our surprise, there was a server assigned to our table (I believe her name was Stacy) and she took care of our every need! She was wonderful and made us feel very special at our daughter's wedding! There is not one thing I would have changed to what I believe to have been the perfect wedding celebration! The bride and groom were extremely pleased with everything, as well, as were the parents of the groom---calling it a 'beautiful, beautiful wedding'. Everyone and everything at Statler City made this event truly memorable! We cannot thank them enough....

Oh my gosh. We had the most PERFECT wedding reception at The Statler! From the moment my husband and I walked into the Golden Ballroom last year, we knew it was the place for us. Jamie was amazing and made sure that every single detail was taken care of. The room was decorated beautifully and so many of our guests just RAVED about the food. They said the filet melted in their mouths and Chef Tony's homemade salad dressing was just to die for. Our guests also loved relaxing in The Lobby Bar before and after the reception. It is such a cool space! Everything was just so, so perfect. It was the best day of mine and my husband's lives, in such a large part to The Statler. Thank you!
