Hello! Thanks for stopping by!! My name is Heather Thyng, and I am the owner, and wedding stylist at Sparrow, located in Southern Maine. I have over a decade of experience in the beauty industry and I love to work with wedding parties!

When it comes to your wedding day, my goal is to make sure you feel relaxed, and comfortable, while having a hairstyle that you love, that holds, and leaves you feeling your absolute best!!! I'm always taking new classes, and trainings, to stay up to date on the latest trends, and the newest techniques.

Your wedding hair style is broken into two appointments, a trial and the wedding day. We begin with an in salon trial. This is where I get to know your ideas, vibe and aesthetic, and overall vision for the day. Along with doing your hair at the trial, we also go over all details, the timeline, the pre wedding check list, and the all the other need to know info for you and your wedding party. My goal is to give you all of the information before the wedding day, so that everything is seamless and relaxed! Any changes that need to be made for wedding day are noted, and then we touch base before the wedding to confirm details.
