Beech Ridge Barn features a beautifully restored 1800s barn that combines rustic charm with modern amenities. With the capacity to comfortably accommodate 225+ guests, our venue is ideal for your lavish celebration.

A blue stone patio and separate cocktail area allow for great flow and movement during cocktail hour and late night events.

We do require the use of a wedding planner, that we will work clsoely with to help cater to your needs:

• Accommodations: 2 homes that are comfortable and convenient spaces for you and your wedding party to prepare before the ceremony.
• Get Ready Rooms: Stylish and spacious rooms designed for you and your wedding party to get ready in a relaxed atmosphere.
• Lighting: A range of lighting options to create the perfect ambiance for your celebration, from soft and romantic to vibrant and festive.
• Dog Friendly: We believe your furry friends should be part of your big day! Beech Ridge Barn is dog-friendly, so you can include your pets in your celebration.
• WiFi: Complimentary WiFi is available for you and your guests, keeping everyone connected during your celebration.
• Parking: Ample parking space for up to 40 cars ensures that your guests can easily arrive at and leave the venue without hassle. Uber/Lyft are also popular options.
• Rustic Bar: Take advantage of our rustic bar, perfect for serving drinks and toasting to your love.
• Whiskey Barrels (2 table tops available): We provide five beautiful whiskey barrels that add a unique touch to your event, perfect for decor, for floral arrangments or to use as a welcome table, second bar and/or charcuterie table.
• Vintage Dessert Buffets: Our two vintage dessert buffets offer an charming display for your wedding sweets, ensuring a delightful treat for your guests.
• Multiple tables available for your use, perfect for water stations, memorial displays, after the tone recordings, guest gifts or anything else you'd like to incorporate into your day.

Cuisine

Beech Ridge Barn does not offer in-house catering; however we do have a top-notch bar service, Copper Cup, for all your beverage needs. We are happy to work with outside caterers that require use of their Bar services as long as they are previously agreed upon by BRB and also fully licensed and insured in the state of Maine. Our team is very hands-on when it comes to communicating and meeting with all vendors to ensure every detail is aligned and your vision comes to life.

Accommodations at Beech Ridge Barn

At Beech Ridge Barn, we provide convenient on-site lodging for you and your wedding party to ensure your wedding weekend is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We have 2 charming houses available for your stay:

• The Farmhouse: Just a few steps from the barn, this fully renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bath home features a luxurious master couple’s suite and a well lit get-ready area. It’s the perfect place for you to relax and prepare for your special day.
• The Guesthouse: This fully renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bath house boasts a delightful mix of rustic charm and modern amenities, including a game room equipped with ping pong and darts for some fun and relaxation before and after the festivities.

Both houses come fully stocked (Steamers, linens, towels, toiletries etc) and ready for your wedding weekend—just bring your clothes, snakcs and toothbrush!

Guest Accommodations

For your guests, Beech Ridge Barn is conveniently located near attractions and a variety of hotels in Portland, South Portland, and Scarborough, ensuring they have comfortable places to stay and explore. Uber/Lyft and taxis access the venue at all times of day and night.

Accessibility & Parking

• Parking: We offer ample on-site parking for over 40 cars, making it easy for your guests to access the venue. Both houses have designated parking area as well as overflow spots near the vendor parking lot.
• Accessibility: Both the barn and ceremony areas are wheelchair accessible to accommodate all guests. We can assist with guest with mobility issues with our work atv.

Please Note: If your wedding has over 100 guests, we require shuttle or bus service to ensure everyone has safe and convenient transportation to and from the venue.
