Maple Hill Farm Inn and Conference Center

Chase and I were married at Maple Hill Farm Inn and Conference Center on August 15, 2026, and we genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. If you are considering Maple Hill Farm for your wedding, book it. We looked at several venues before finding Maple Hill, and the moment we visited, we knew we had found something special.

First and foremost, the property itself is absolutely stunning. The fields are gorgeous, the trails are beautiful, the ceremony site is breathtaking, and the reception building is just as pretty. There are so many lovely places for photos, and the property has such a peaceful, romantic feel to it. One of our favorite parts of our wedding photos ended up being a trail that had recently been bushhogged. Angela told us that she had specifically had her team clear it because she knew we were getting married there and thought we would love it. She was absolutely right. We got some of the most beautiful forest photos there, and that small gesture meant so much to us.

But what truly made our wedding weekend exceptional was the people.

From our very first meeting in January, everyone at Maple Hill made us feel welcome and cared for. By the time our wedding day arrived, Angela had gone far beyond what we ever could have expected from a venue coordinator. She was everywhere she needed to be. She checked in with Chase and his groomsmen, came into the bridal suite to make sure my bridesmaids and I had everything we needed, checked on our families, and constantly made sure that things were running smoothly. She wasn’t simply coordinating a schedule; she genuinely cared about us and about making sure we had the wedding day we envisioned.

And she was truly on our side.

When we ran into issues with our DJ on the wedding day, Angela was frustrated for us and came over to check in and make sure we were okay. She shared our frustration and wanted things to go smoothly just as much as we did. That meant so much to us because we never felt like we were dealing with a business that was simply trying to get through an event. We felt like Angela was personally invested in making our day wonderful.

She also followed us and our photographer around throughout the day and took photos on her phone, both so we would have additional memories and so Maple Hill could have photos for their website. She sent some of those photos to us just days after the wedding, before we had even received our photographer’s preview, and it was such a sweet gesture. Those phone photos honestly looked incredibly good, and we are so grateful to have those extra little moments captured.

Angela was also constantly complimenting us, our personalities, and our relationship, telling us how much she loved our energy and how easygoing and fun we were. It made us feel so seen and celebrated throughout the entire weekend. She has such a warm, genuine way about her, and we truly felt like she was rooting for us.

There were also so many little surprises that made the weekend even more special. When we originally booked the venue, there was an option to have a white pop-up tent outside the reception building for an additional cost. We decided not to add it. Coincidentally, another event had used the tent the week of our wedding, and normally it would have been taken down afterward. Angela told her team to leave it up because she knew we would love it. She was right; we absolutely did! Being able to open the reception doors and have guests step outside underneath the tent for fresh air and sunlight was such a wonderful addition to the day, and it was completely unexpected. That kind of thoughtfulness says so much about the people who run Maple Hill.

And then there was the food.

Oh. My. Goodness.

The food was phenomenal. Maple Hill handled our wedding catering, and we heard so many compliments from our guests throughout the night. Multiple people told us that the Alfredo sauce was the best Alfredo sauce they had ever had! The red sauce with zucchini and summer squash was delicious, the chicken was fantastic, and the meatballs were wonderful with the pasta. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and clearly prepared with care.

We also had our rehearsal dinner at Maple Hill the night before the wedding, and that was equally delicious. They made us pizza, followed by a cherry-pineapple dump cake with whipped cream that was absolutely divine. I actually had to find a similar recipe to make for myself the week after the wedding because I couldn’t stop thinking about it! It was the perfect meal for our rehearsal night and another example of how well they took care of us.

David handled the bartending for our wedding and did a phenomenal job. Corey was part of the kitchen team, and everyone we interacted with throughout the weekend was kind, helpful, and hardworking. Shelley herself was wonderful as well. We truly felt like the entire team was invested in making our wedding successful.

The inn was also a wonderful part of the weekend. My mom and her boyfriend, as well as my sister and her boyfriend, stayed there for the wedding weekend, and they had nothing but wonderful things to say. Their rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable, the beds were great, and they loved having access to the hot tubs. They also really enjoyed the breakfasts, which offered plenty of options rather than feeling like a basic continental breakfast. Having our family members stay right on the property made the whole wedding weekend feel even more special and convenient.

Looking back, our wedding day truly felt magical, and so much of that was because of the Maple Hill team.

We are so grateful to Angela, David, Shelley, Corey, the kitchen staff, and everyone else at Maple Hill Farm who helped make our weekend what it was. They didn’t just provide us with a beautiful venue; they gave us an experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

If you’re looking for a wedding venue in Maine that has gorgeous scenery, delicious food, beautiful accommodations, and, most importantly, people who will genuinely care about you and your wedding, we cannot recommend Maple Hill Farm highly enough.

Chase and I would choose Maple Hill Farm all over again without hesitation.

From the minute we met co-owners Scott and Vince we knew they were the best in the business! These 2 were like wedding planners with suggestions for all vendors, with no pressure when we chose alternatives for some. Flexible and accommodating, super friendly, and the venue is absolutely beautiful inside and out! The food was delicious and part of their wedding package, it was wonderful not having to find a separate vendor to cater!

This place gave me the wedding of my dreams. Everything was perfect and I didn't have to worry about anything all night because they were legitimately on top of everything! The owners of the inn and all of the workers there were so terrific, available and helpful during planning and the day of the wedding. The location is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and so comfortable, the food is wonderful! Our guests raved about every aspect of the day. My husband and I will 100% be back!

My husband and I held our wedding reception at Maple Hill on June 22, 2013, as well as rented out the entire inn for the night before and the night of our wedding, which definitely added to the personable atmosphere of our event. I cannot rave enough about the amazing customer service we received from Scott and Vince. From the moment we started planning our wedding reception at Maple Hill, from every moment in between, and to the actual wedding weekend itself, I can honestly say that I have never felt more special and catered to at any other hotel or bed and breakfast. Scott and Vince went above and beyond to make sure that not only our wedding reception, but our stay at the inn was something we would always remember. Every email correspondence that I had was answered promptly, and I was always treated with the upmost respect, and a “yes we can do that” attitude that made planning my wedding at Maple Hill extremely stress free and easy. We had a banquet style dinner at our reception, with the choices of pork loin and a garlic cream chicken, along with various sides. Both of these options were to die for! Scott and Vince even made my husband and I two plates to bring up to our room after the reception, as brides and grooms typically do not get much time to eat during their reception. When my husband went down to the common area refrigerator that night to get our plates, Scott met my husband and told him that if we needed anything at anytime of the night to please do not hesitate to call them. Their level of care for their guests is beyond compare.

The gentlemen at Maple Hill Farm made planning our wedding very simple. We weren't looking for anything extravagant and they were able to meet all of our wishes, as well as provide some ideas to fill in the gaps. Not to mention, the venue itself is lovely--how many people can say they were married in front of frolicking alpacas?

The Inn was a perfect spot for our wedding. The Inn keepers Scott and Vince are wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms were great, the food was exceptional.

For an event, the Inn is wonderful. The owners are easily accessible and very organized. My wedding was run perfectly. However, the owners are very particular and inflexible. The price can run a bit high. You will pay for every piece of your event a la carte, which adds up quickly.

With regards to staying at the Inn as a guest, it is beautiful, and the rooms are very comfortable. For our wedding, we had guests staying in each of the 8 rooms. There were some events which occurred, which resulted in a lack of professionalism on the part of the owners. As a result, I would not recommend this venue for a wedding or any other event.
