I am very glad that we used Save The Date to plan my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. Christine was great to work with and listened to our goals for our celebration and tailored our event to exceed them. All the vendors she recommended also exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed working with them. I would not consider having another event without her assistance.

We recently worked with Christine from Save the Date Events for our children's B'nai Mitzvah. She had great ideas that we never would have thought of. She was really good at helping us decide how to use her best and not overselling. Linor was our day of person and really handled everything and executed what we had discussed with Christine. She was calm -- even with 115 kids running around. Highly recommend Save the Date.

Cara and her team were fantastic both the day of and leading up to the big day. Her methodology drove our preplanning and lead to the outcome we expected. She helped us react to situations as they arose and shepherded all of our vendors during the wedding day even as plans kept changing. She also added numerous last minute design touches/input that truly elevated the experience. Huge thank you to her and her team for making our special day truly memorable for all the right reasons.

Everything went so smoothly! We were just married this past weekend and we are still smiling. We had the perfect wedding. We hired SAVE THE DATE to help us on the day. I did a lot of the planning prior but needed someone to make sure my plans went well. We met with Cara vitually twice to go over timelines and small things that I had not considered. Taylor & Jessa were there on the day of. While we were at the ceremony, those ladies set up decorations, place cards, guestbooks etc. Once the reception started they were there to make sure our guests were welcomed, our schedule was on track and that we had plenty to eat and drink. The best part was at the end of the night. We left and so did all of our guests while they handled the cleaning and packing up. We have nothing negative to say about their services. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help on the day of.

You MUST use Cara and her team if you are planning a wedding or event. I literally could not have done it without her.

I don't even know where to start with this review nor do I have the words to describe just how incredible the Save The Date team is. Being a COVID bride was tough, we had to reschedule a couple times and plans were constantly changing but Save The Date made the entire process so easy, from start to finish, they were there for me. Christine was my rock through the ENTIRE planning process. Her wisdom, care, expertise, kindness, and talent are absolutely top notch. Danielle and Linor were our day of coordinators and my GOD I have no idea what I would've done without them. From late night meetings to helping me when I inevitably got sick (40lb ball gown + 90* heat + a corset that I had never worn before is a bad combo, ladies take note - get a bra sewn into your dress, don't wear a corset or shapewear) to literally cleaning up duck poop to making sure every single solitary detail was beyond perfect, and everything in between - Christine, Danielle, and Linor were there, with smiles on their faces, and did it all. They ensured that my husband, myself, my parents, and all of our guests had the most amazing time and got to experience every single magical moment. Danielle literally got me to the bathroom, my dress off, my corset off, and my dress back on so I could breathe and enjoy the rest of the wedding comfortably. They also adjusted my timeline on the fly so that despite me being sick and away from the reception for a little bit, I was still able to do and experience everything. They worked with our vendors to ensure they knew what was going on and where they should go and when so they didn't miss anything and to ensure everything went smoothly despite the hic-up. They also ensure that at the end of the night, every single thing was broken down and returned to the appropriate people. I did not have to think about a single thing, they did it all! Weddings are hectic and it's tough to try and enjoy your big day when you have to think about a million little things and worry about all the logistics, Danielle, Linor, and Christine took care of EVERYTHING so all I had to do was get married and enjoy the weekend. I see a lot of people debating whether to get a wedding planner or day of coordinator and I cannot recommend getting both a day of coordinator and planner enough, especially through Save The Date!! I honestly do not know what we would've done without them, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. If you not only want your event be out of this world amazing but you also want to actually enjoy every single second of your event, hire Save The Date!!!!! I also have to give a shout out to their founder/CEO Cara Weiss, who is also exceptional to work with!

Cara was a huge help to me in planning my son's bar mitzvah in the midst of a pandemic. When our original plans to travel to Israel were cancelled, I reached out to Cara having done nothing at all to plan an event here in Bethesda. Cara helped brainstorm on ways to celebrate safely, following the ever changing county rules, and also helped incorporate Israel into the event. She's creative, energetic, and a real advocate for her clients. Her colleague Danielle was an enormous help on the day of the event. I look forward to working with them again for my daughters' bat mitzvahs in the future.

Save the date was simply OUTSTANDING to work with - Christine Ash and Cara Weiss listened to us, never pressured us one way or another, gave us excellent vendors to work with and make the planning process easy and fun. Christine suggested small things that really made the event special - those "extras" tied the entire event together and made the difference. Save the Date is respectful of your budget and ideas. On the day of our event, I did not worry about one thing - all the details were taken care of - I knew all our vendors would be there and the room set up exactly as we thought it would. I just can't speak highly enough of Save the Date!
