Let me start with an easy summary: HIRE LAUREN!

My fiancé and I were on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator, originally. After researching different coordinators and meeting with Lauren, we knew we had to work with her. Lauren is responsive, organized, attentive, and thoughtful in everything she does.
Throughout our meetings with Lauren, she truly listened to what we were looking for, while making sure that she shared her vast wedding knowledge with us. She was able to guide us through decision-making, gave great advice on all aspects of the wedding, and truly cared about the outcome. Each time we spoke with her, we felt a great sense of relief, and felt like our crazy to-do list was manageable because we had Lauren.

There are far too many things to list that Lauren took care of for us. We would have forgotten or missed half of the things on our wedding schedule if not for her. Our family was grateful that she took care of so many things and they were able to simply enjoy the day. Our other vendors were delighted to work with Lauren, as she was so incredibly organized and easy to partner with. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Lauren, and recommend her to all of our engaged friends. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding, spend time with family and friends on the dance floor, and not once did we have to worry about anything on our wedding day.

If you are planning your wedding, do yourself a favor and hire Lauren! She is incredible and you will be so thankful that you did!

I never write reviews, but I felt like I needed to because Lauren was incredible!

She was super helpful during wedding planning, and solved a lot of the logistics that we never would have thought of. She was able to steer our planning in a really great direction while still customizing it based on our preferences.

We had 2 weddings (a Cambodian one on Friday and a Western one on Saturday). Lauren was instrumental for both of them. She even researched the Cambodian wedding before hand. There were several custom/unique aspects of our wedding as well as last minute / "in real time" changes that Lauren orchestrated perfectly.

She generally had a calming affect to everyone involved, and knew how to navigate when to be patient and when to be firm.

I cannot recommend her more!

I cannot recommend Lauren enough!!! After a not-so-great experience with our first “full service” planner who was going to charge us 3-4x as much, Lauren was a god-send. She went above and beyond what we ever expected from a “month-of” coordinator – she was friendly, detailed, communicative, and most importantly, had us excited about our wedding, rather than stressed in the weeks leading up to it. Although we were planning from out-of-state, I was completely at ease knowing that she was just an e-mail away. While the wedding day itself had a few hiccups, Lauren still managed to keep it stress-free and moving smoothly. Would absolutely hire her again!

Lauren was our wedding planner for our 4/9/2022 wedding and helped with planning for really the whole year before that as part of her full service package. She was so critical in making our vision come to life! As an out of town bride getting married in Austin I really depended on her for everything. And she definitely delivered! From vendor recommendations, to design ideas, to managing day of coordination, she was there from start to finish. Giving me options that matched my budget, without overwhelming me with choices. Her connections throughout Austin were critical in making our day a success. As someone who had no idea what flowers she wanted, or what linens would look well with what, Lauren really helped to guide me on choices that made the day still feel like me, but also looked like an elegant and cohesive planned event. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, managing last minute fiascos including glassware mishaps, and our shuttle breaking down a few days before the event! I got so many compliments from my guests on how everything seemed to have been thought through, and how the day flowed so well together. And that was all thanks to Lauren! I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a partner (and a friend!) to help you through this process. Couldn't have done it without her!

We had the pleasure of working with Lauren for my daughter’s event on December 18th. She was so easy and pleasant to work with and calm and collected during times that could have been stressful. Being the owner of a wedding venue, we witness many sorts of planners. The wedding day went completely according to plan, and Lauren was a huge stress relief for our family. For larger events or events with extensive decorations, be sure an assistant to your coordinator is hired prior to the ceremony time. No matter how wonderfully they do their job, I feel two staff members are needed for last minute preparations and the ceremony. Lauren Saulnier was an excellent choice and I highly recommend her!

I am one who never imagined the details of my wedding day and just wanted it overall to look good and be fun for my guests. After our first meeting, I felt that I could trust her instantly and she didn't let me down! For this reason, I let Lauren make a TON of decisions on my behalf (I let her pick all my flowers, decor, vendors...you name it!). She kept me along the timeline, communicated seamlessly and made amazing choices and suggestions from décor to vendors. She is so knowledgeable about the process so there were zero hiccups along the way. On the day of, she was so calm and collected and everything went soooo smoothly. She gave out awesome advice to myself, bridesmaids, father, etc. I cannot recommend her enough, and highly recommend you book her ASAP before her schedule inevitably fills up!

We could not have asked for a better person or wedding planner than Lauren. From the day we first sat down with her until our final goodbye leaving the wedding, Lauren did an incredible job. Her knowledge of the Austin wedding industry, amazing attention to detail, vendor management skills and her wonderful friendliness made planning our wedding so much easier and more fun. We were so lucky to have her help and could not recommend her more for anyone looking for a wedding planner. Thanks Lauren!
