Considering my wedding dress randomly broke one hour before my ceremony and I didn't even worry that Katie had my back (literally - sewing it all together), I can't recommend enough having her by your side day of. She manages day of coordination and crises with a confidence and a smile, and she allows you to enjoy all of the fun and chaos without worry. She is kind and thoughtful and available if you have questions at any point in the process. I was so grateful to have her with me on my wedding day!

We wanted to be actively involved in planning our wedding but recognized early on that we would need some extra help getting everything across the finish line. Katie came on board about two months before our wedding to help coordinate last-minute vendor arrangements and finalize the details. Although we were in regular contact during those final two months, Katie went above and beyond throughout our year-and-a-half-long planning process, checking in on our progress and answering quick questions over email. She is kind, responsive, and always willing to guide you in the right direction.

Katie’s services on our wedding day, October 17, 2026, exceeded all our expectations. We truly felt like guests at our own wedding! She checked in with us about last-minute details, was always available whenever we needed her, and made sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong behind the scenes, we never knew about it! Our day was perfect and turned out exactly as we had envisioned.

Katie also went the extra mile with the little details that made a big difference. At the end of the night, she sent us detailed videos showing where all our décor had been packed into our respective cars. She even helped us by returning our rented cake stand to our cake vendor after the wedding. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail made the entire experience that much more seamless.

Katie is phenomenal and a must have for your wedding day. I had heard horror stories about planners and was not crazy about having one, but Katie proved me wrong. I absolutely could not have planned this day without her. I used Katie’s 8 week out package- it is incredibly budget friendly and I believe I got a lot more than I paid for. I had my vendors picked and a relative idea of how I wanted things to go on my wedding day, but you don’t know what you don’t know. Katie stepped in and with her expertise planned every minute to a tee. I had a few last minute hiccups with vendors and Katie stepped in and took the burden to allow me to remain stress free. Katie ran the entire rehearsal which made the wedding day flow seamlessly. She stood by my side, made sure my every need was met on my wedding day, and even had all my belongings packed in the car before the end of the night! She followed up to check in on me the day after the wedding and helped me close out a few items post wedding. She is worth every dollar and then some - I cannot more highly recommend her! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Katie. From start to finish, she was an absolute pleasure to work with—so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely amazing. She felt like such a big part of our wedding day, not just as our planner but as someone who truly cared about us and our vision.

During our planning process, life was incredibly busy for us—we were in the middle of moving into our new home while planning the wedding—and she was beyond accommodating with our timing. She always worked around our schedule to meet, talk, and discuss details, which took so much stress off our shoulders.

I’ll be the first to admit that I wasn’t always the most responsive and often felt stuck when it came to deciding on details or articulating what I wanted. Somehow, she took what little direction I gave and curated everything more perfectly than I ever could have imagined. Every detail was thoughtful, beautiful, and completely “us.”

ON TOP OF THAT, In addition to everything she did for us, every single vendor she connected us with—from our photographer and videographer, to our makeup artist, florist, and everyone who played a role in bringing our day to life—was an absolutely perfect choice. Each person was incredibly talented, professional, and a joy to work with, and it was clear how thoughtfully she curated her team. The entire group worked together so seamlessly, and it truly showed on our wedding day. We couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Honestly, I truly felt like I could have just given her the go-ahead and trusted her completely—and the wedding would have been just as perfect as it already was. That level of trust speaks volumes about her talent, professionalism, and heart. I am endlessly grateful for everything she did and cannot recommend her enough to any couple looking for a planner who will go above and beyond!!

The entire year leading up, Katie consistently checked in, asked if I needed help on anything, reviewed contracts, and helped keep my brain together. She has such valuable in-site and wisdom.
