Thank you for letting us rent the space, we had a blast and the wedding was beautiful!!

The view- you can't beat it. The amphitheather has been used for wedding ceremonies for a long time and really should start catering a bit more to them.

You do pay quite a bit of money for not a whole lot of services. We did have to pay $5.00 a car for all guests to come up for less than an hour, which really isn't a discounted rate at all. You pay a $200 dollar fee to use the location and there are a lot of restrictions. They don't allow the wedding party to hide in the small building which is a shame. It is a state park- so it's run by rangers, but like I said- if they are willing to take brides money they should start catering a bit more to wedding parties.

The Rib Mountain Amphitheater is a beautiful area to get married, and I am so happy we chose it as our ceremony venue. I was not happy with the lack of communication with those in charge, and felt like I really had to dig for information. Let me just say too, you pay simply to use the area, nothing else is included. I was particularly disappointed that I was not told that my photographer would have to purchase a permit simply to take pictures up there, nevermind that she's a professional. Luckily she was able to purchase one on the spot, merely twenty minutes before the ceremony started. That being said, if you know that in advance, it's a great location!
